No full textOropezella amazonica (Rafael & Ale-Rocha) comb. nov. (Fig. 109) Ocydromia amazonica Rafael & Ale-Rocha, 1990: 739, figs 1–5. Diagnosis. Antennae inserted above middle of head; postpedicel short, almost rectangular with truncate apex; stylus bare, sub-dorsal; frons very short and distinctly dichoptic; one pair of ocellar setae; scutum mostly shining, with tomentum restricted to margins; Rs long, arising near middle of cell bm; R 1 meeting C before middle of wing; two veins originating from cell dm (Fig. 109); mid and hind tibiae bearing long bristles. Male terminalia (Rafael & Ale-Rocha 1990, figs 2–5): hypandrium about twice longer than wide, apex rather pointed; epandrium very deeply cleft dorsally, epandrial lamellae narrowly fused basally; left epandrial lamella shorter than right lamella, lacking dorsoapical process; surstyli similar in length, short, with widened base; articulated distal portion of phallus short, robust, about one third length of basal portion, with basal process short. Remarks. Rafael & Ale-Rocha (1990) originally described this species in Ocydromia based on the dorsal position of the stylus and shape of the postpedicel. However, the short frons, antenna arising above middle of head, face holoptic, anal lobe reduced, pterostigma absent and the acute axillary angle distinguish this species from other representatives of Ocydromia, and justify its removal from that genus. This makes the record of Ocydromia for the Neotropical Region invalid. Material examined. The financial performance evaluation of the oil and gas industry through cash flow ratios in the period from 2014 to 2019
Get PDFEste estudo foca especificamente nos indicadores de desempenho financeiro obtidos através da Demonstração de Fluxo de Caixa (DFC) sugeridos por Braga e Marques (2001), com ênfase no fluxo de caixa das atividades operacionais. A seleção das empresas foi feita com base no valor de mercado para reforçar a relevância da pesquisa. Foram analisadas as 10 principais empresas de Petróleo e Gás, de capital aberto, com ações negociadas na SEC que publicam anualmente suas demonstrações financeiras no formato 20-F ou 10-K, no período de 2014 a 2019. O estudo pretende dar continuidade à pesquisa feita anteriormente por Abrahão, Carvalho e Marques (2015) para o período de 2010 a 2013. Os dados utilizados nesta pesquisa foram obtidos por meio do banco de dados do site Evaluate Energy. A análise dos resultados dos índices calculados mostra que a amostra seguiu um padrão semelhante de crescimento e redução ao longo dos seis anos observado em quase todas as categorias analisadas, para a maioria das empresas. O único indicador destoante foi o de qualidade do resultado, que não demonstrou um padrão consistente. Percebeu-se também
que 2014 e 2018 foram os anos em que o maior lucro líquido foi apurado para a maioria das empresas analisadas, o que gerou um alto valor de dividendos pagos aos acionistas e o maior fluxo de caixa dos resultados operacionais no período analisado
Rehearsing Reality: An Interactive Docufragmentary Exploration of the Theatre of the Oppressed's Engagement with the Brazilian Landless Movement (MST)
Get PDFThis thesis explores the Theatre of the Oppressed's practices at the point of interaction with peasants of Brazil's Landless Movement. It uses the interactive docufragmentary entitled Rehearsing Reality to explore the social and political role of art, and to ask whether particular applications of theatre and film can be used to understand and possibly transform points of view and raise consciousness about contemporary issues in the world.
The Theatre of the Oppressed created by Augusto Boal comprises a series of interactive games, exercises and other theatrical methods developed with the purpose of using these drama techniques as a subjective medium contributing both to question and search alternatives for personal and social problems. Amongst its theatrical methods is Forum Theatre, the main practice adopted by Brazil's Landless Movement. This technique breaks with the conventions of the traditional language of theatre. Its main aim is to transform passive audiences into active participants of a theatrical scene. This thesis argues that Forum Theatre is an open medium that offers people the chance to participate democratically in the theatrical space in order to suggest and rehearse new ideas to be applied into their lives.
In order to explore how these theatrical experiences work in practice this thesis includes a central element entitled Rehearsing Reality, which is specifically designed to adapt some of the main features from Forum Theatre to film language. Its aim is to activate viewers to interact with the film process. This thesis also explores the historical developments of the Theatre of the Oppressed with major emphasis on Forum Theatre and its practices amongst members of Brazil's Landless Movement living in camps and settlements in the hinterland of Sergipe State, North-East of Brazil.
The structure of the thesis is divided into five parts: Chapter One analyses the relevant literature on the subject; Chapter Two provides a reflective account of the filming period; Chapter Three offers an overview of Boal' s life and the development of the Theatre of the Oppressed methods; Chapter Four briefly looks at the history and development of the Brazilian Landless Movement and provides a practical analysis of the experiences of Theatre of the Oppressed amongst the Landless Movement and Chapter Five analyses the creative process of making the docufragmentary Rehearsing Reality. The Conclusion suggests that the social and political aspect of art can significantly contribute to the process of comprehension and transformation of the world

Esta análise é feita a partir do aprofundamento das necessidades humanas básicas que devem ser consideradas no desenho das políticas socioassistenciais tendo em vista a ampliação e a concretização dos direitos sociais em busca da autonomia dos sujeitos. Busca-se ainda perceber como historicamente a população usuária das referidas políticas foram se constituindo para ser hoje uma população que necessita de assistência social, sem ter muito protagonismo sobre a formulação desta política. Analisou-se também o novo desenho da Política Nacional de Assistência Social, visando sustentar a importância do protagonismo popular na estrutura dos programas, projetos e serviços. Quanto à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa social, de natureza qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com 15 mulheres da comunidade Mont Serrat, situada em Florianópolis/SC

Conclui-se que urge repensar as normas à luz de uma interpretação constitucional para atender à função mais importante da responsabilidade hoje reconhecida: indenizar a vítima. A indenização deverá ser reorientada para priorizar as necessidades da vítima em concreto. Estabelece-se como prioridade a reinserção social do lesado, com o auxílio nos amplos recursos tecnológicos, médicos, informáticos atualmente existentes. Propõe-se a criação de um fundo público apto a fornecer, subsidiariamente, os recursos necessários em prol desse objetivo

Aborda a globalização como fenômeno sempre existente na história da humanidade e a sua inexorabilidade na atualidade, e reconhece nos organismos supranacionais instrumentos de concretização e difusão dos valores e consensos hegemônicos que se postula estabelecer como condições para inserção no mundo globalizado, em atividade para-normativa, com a produção de documentos e realizações de eventos para a internalização desses valores. Opera a análise dos documentos produzidos pelo Banco Mundial em relação à Reforma do Judiciário, em especial do Documento Técnico 319, que aborda as reformas do judiciário na América Latina e no Caribe. A doutrina da separação de poderes no Estado Democrático de Direito é abordada como ponto introdutório para verificar o papel do Poder Judiciário dentro da tripartição de funções estatais. Apresentando um histórico sobre o Poder Judiciário no Brasil desde o período colonial e verificando o trato constitucional em cada das constituições do Estado brasileiro, descreve o estado do sistema judicial e sua incapacidade de atender à demanda decorrente da missão constitucional estabelecida a partir de 1988, demonstrando-se a visão da sociedade, dos magistrados e do Banco Mundial. Aborda o conteúdo da Emenda Constitucional 45/2004, que trata da reforma do Poder Judiciário, apontando seus pontos polêmicos e verificando sua coincidência alguns valores indicados pelo Banco Mundial. Discorre por fim sobre o Judiciário emergente após a Reforma Constitucional, entendendo que o sistema judicial não será célere e tampouco eficiente se não forem implementadas as reformas infraconstitucionais sobre a legislação processual. This dissertation presented to Santa Catarina Federal University by Cloves Augusto Alves Cabral Ferreira to get his Master of Laws, that analyses the influence and the internalization of the values recommended by the World Bank in the brazilian judiciary reform. It takes the globalization like a phenomenon all time presents in the humankind history and the nowadays inexorability and recognizes the supremacy organisms, a real instrument and value diffusion, the authority settlement, which establishes conditions to get in the globalized world through paranormative activity, with the producing of documents and events to put in these values. Using document analysis produced by World Bank in relation to judiciary reform, specially the Document number 319, which deals with Latin America and Caribbean judiciary reform. The separation-of-powers theory in the Democratic Constitutional State is the introducing point to check it. The history about Judiciary in Brazil since colonial period and find out the constitutional treatment in which brazilian constitutional laws shows the critic condition of to judiciary system, revealing its incapacity to attend its constitutional mission since 1988, showing the vision the of society, magistrate and World Bank. Dealing with 45ª Amendment to the Constitutional about the judiciary reform, revealing controversial points and some coincidences in indicated values by World Bank, and finally tells emergent judiciary after constitutional reform, understanding that judiciary system never ever been fast and efficient if weren't done constitutional reforms of the federal procedural laws
