No full textMotor vehicle tax is a tax imposed on ownership of motorized vehicles and is one of the regional revenues. The author observes the number of vehicles operating in the city of Medan, therefore government services are needed so that people pay their motorized vehicle taxes. One of the means of government service efforts is the One-Stop One-Stop Administrative System Joint Office (SAMSAT).
This study aims to find out about the implementation of mobile samsat innovation services in an effort to improve motor vehicle tax payment services at the south field samsat office, to find out the obstacles experienced by taxpayers while using the mobile samsat system in paying motor vehicle taxes, to find out the solutions taken by the mobile samsat implementer in anticipating existing obstacles.
The research method used in this study is qualitative research, namely research that has a descriptive basis to understand a phenomenon more deeply and uses field data and uses existing theories as support. This study uses primary data in the form of observations and interviews with employees of UPPD SAMSAT Medan Selatan and taxpayers, as well as secondary data in the form of data obtained from UPPD SAMSAT Medan Selatan.
The results obtained after conducting research are known that the Implementation of Mobile Samsat Innovation Services in an Effort to Improve Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Services at the South Medan Samsat Office has been very effective because it is seen from the amount of motor vehicle tax receipts through the mobile Samsat for the last three years, namely 2018-2020 continued to increase, namely for 2018-2019 as much as 7.31% and in 2019-2020 there was a surge in the acceptance rate of 67.63%.Pajak kendaraan bermotor merupakan pajak yang dikenai atas kepemilikan kendaraaan bermotor dan merupakan salah satu penerimaan daerah. Penulis mengamati banyaknya kendaraan yang beroperasi di kota Medan maka dari itu pelayanan pemerintah sangat diperlukan agar masyarakat membayar pajak kendaraan bermotornya. Salah satu sarana upaya pelayanan pemeritanah yaitu Kantor Bersama Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang implementasi layanan inovasi samsat keliling dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor pada kantor samsat medan selatan, untuk mengetahui kendala yang dialami oleh wajib pajak selama menggunakan sistem samsat keliling dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor, untuk mengetahui solusi yang diambil oleh pihak pelaksana samsat keliling dalam mengantisipasi kendala yang ada.
Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang memilki dasar deskriptif untuk memahami suatu fenomena dengan lebih mendalam dan menggunakan data lapangan serta menggunakan teori yang sudah ada sebagai pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara dengan pegawai UPPD SAMSAT Medan Selatan dan wajib pajak, serta data sekunder berupa data - data yang di dapatkan dari UPPD SAMSAT Medan Selatan.
Hasil Penelitian yang didapat setelah melakukan penelitian adalah diketahui bahwa Implementasi Layanan Inovasi Samsat Keliling Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Pada Kantor Samsat Medan Selatan sudah sangat efektif karena dilihat dari jumlah penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui samsat keliling untuk tiga tahun terakhir yaitu 2018-2020 terus mengalami peningkatan yaitu untuk tahun 2018-2019 sebanyak 7,31% dan tahun 2019-2020 terjadi lonjakan angka penerimaan sebanyak 67,63%.93 HalamanKertas Karya Diplom

brem adalah pengepresan sari tape sebagai bahan baku brem
karena selain membutuhkan waktu yang lama, kualitas dan pengerjaan lainnya bergantung pada proses ini. Namun, tahap ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan peralatan kayu. Selain itu hasil press juga tidak higenis karena wadahnya berupa kayu yang mudah terpapar bakteri.
Oleh karena itu, melalui tugas akhir ini, kami membuat alat
AUTOMATIC TAPRESS (TAPE PRESS) BREM yang
menggunakan sistem mekanis sebagai solusi masalah tersebut.
Mesin ini berfungsi untuk menekan tape dalam keadaan padat
sehingga menjadi cair.
Kami berharap dengan adanya alat SEMI AUTOMATIC TAPRESS (TAPE PRESS) BREM dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dari UD. Atika Murni sehingga permintaan pasar
terpenuhi,meningkatkan kualitas brem karena lebih higenis.

One of the featured product in Madiun, Jawa Timur is Brem. Home industry that produce Brem is UD Atika Murni in Bancong Village, Madiun. UD. The most important process in making brem is the pressing of tape extract as the main ingredients, because not only takes long time to do the process also the quality and the next process is determined by this process. However, this process still done manually with wooden equipment. And then the product result from this process is not hygiene because the container is made by wood that easily exposed by bacteria.
Therefore, through this final project, we built a tool SEMI AUTOMATIC TAPRESS (TAPE PRESS) Brem which uses a mechanical system as a solution to the problem. This machine
serves to press the tape in a solid state so that it becomes liquid.
We hope that with AUTOMATIC TAPRESS (TAPE PRESS) BREM tool can increase productivity from UD. Atika Murni so that the market demand is met, improve the quality of brem because more hygienic

Get PDFSebagian besar sampah yang dihasilkan di masyarakat merupakan sampah organik yaitu sampah yang terdiri dari sisa-sisa sayuran dan daun kering. PUSDAKOTA, Rungkut, Surabaya merupakan salah satu tempat pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos. Hingga kini proses di PUSDAKOTA masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses pembuatan pupuk kompos. Butiran material masih berukuran besar dan kadar air masih cukup banyak, sehingga waktu pembuatan pupuk relatif lama dan kualitasnya tidak optimal. Melalui Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa ini, kami merancang alat COMPOST C-PRESS (Cut and Press) yang memiliki efisiensi dan efektivitas tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pupuk kompos. Alat ini dilengkapi pencacah untuk memperkecil dan memperhalus butiran serta pengepress guna mengurangi kadar air secara optimal. Pada tahap awal pengerjaan, dilakukan pengamatan di mitra untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan alat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut berdasarkan studi literatur yang ada. Tahap berikutnya adalah pembuatan alat yang termasuk pencarian bengkel, material-material serta pengawasan terhadap pengerjaan alat. Setelah alat sudah jadi, dilakukan pengujian untuk melihat kinerja alat. Setelah hasil pengujian dirasa baik, maka penggunaan alat diterapkan pada mitra dan dibuat laporan mengenai program ini. Dengan adanya alat ini proses pembuatan pupuk kompos dapat diselesaikan dalam 25 hari, padahal secara manual pekerja menyelesaikannya selama 1,5 bulan.

The intimacy which is knowledge : female friendship in the novels of women writers
Get PDFThe thesis offers a historical account of the
representation of friendship in the novels of English
women writers from the nineteenth century to the
present. Questioning the prevalent understanding of the
history of women's friendship in terms of a single major
rupture, from nineteenth-century 'innocence' to
twentieth-century 'guilt', the thesis identifies
narrative configurations which recur throughout this,
period, and which define friendship as a formative
learning experience integrally related to the
acquisition of gendered identity. It concludes that
there can be no final and 'perfect' representation of
friendship, since the nature of the "knowledge' shared
has continually shifted in relation to changing
understandings of femininity.
Chapter 1 identifies the origins and nature of the
Victorian concept of the "second self", in which the
friend acts as the mirror of, and means of access to, an
idealised female subjectivity. Chapter 2 analyses the
ways in which this concept informs the narrative
patterns and rituals in Victorian fictions of
friendship. Chapter 3 offers a new reading of novels by
Elizabeth Gaskell, George Eliot and Charlotte Bronte, in
which the conventions identified in Chapter 2 are
adapted to question the existing boundaries of feminine
identity. Chapter 4 examines the impact of changes in
women's education upon the representation of friendship
in turn-of-the-century feminist and anti-feminist
novels, and in a new genre, the school story for girls.
Chapter 5 shows that the scientific construct of
lesbianism produced a new distinction between the
'healthy' and the 'unhealthy' relationship, but that the
terms of this distinction were contested; in
twentieth-century novels of the 'gyriaeceum', the
tradition continues, but is newly eroticised. Chapter 6
looks at friendship as 'revision' in recent English and
American novels, in which earlier configurations are
redeployed in the light of contemporary feminist concern
to recuperate and re-imagine the past

Get PDFSelf-Efficacy is the belief that a person is capable of achieving a specific goal or performing a particular task while motivation represents the foundation for success in all activities that an individual engages in. This study aimed to determine the correlations between self-efficacy, motivation and academic performance of 862 students. Using spearman’s rho, results revealed that self-efficacy and motivation go along together for all students with different specializations. Most of the students’ grades are not directly affected by the motivation and self-efficacy. Responses of students for most of the challenges they encountered during the flexible learning mode are limited home setup for activities that require actual performances followed by the distraction they get from social media. Results of this study reveals that even during the pandemic, the students have positive outlook in life, but grades are not dependent on their self-efficacy and motivations.La autoeficacia es la creencia de que una persona es capaz de lograr una meta específica o realizar una tarea específica, mientras que la motivación representa la base para el éxito en todas las actividades en las que se involucra un individuo. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar las correlaciones entre la autoeficacia, la motivación y el rendimiento académico de 862 estudiantes. Utilizando la rho de Spearman, los resultados revelaron que la autoeficacia y la motivación van de la mano para todos los estudiantes de diferentes carreras. La mayoría de las calificaciones de los estudiantes no se ven afectadas directamente por la motivación y la autoeficacia. Las respuestas de los estudiantes a la mayoría de los desafíos que encontraron durante el modo de aprendizaje flexible se limitan al entorno del hogar para actividades que requieren un desempeño real, seguido de la distracción que obtienen de las redes sociales. Los resultados de este estudio revelan que, incluso durante la pandemia, los estudiantes tienen una visión positiva de la vida, pero las calificaciones no dependen de su autoeficacia y motivaciones.A autoeficácia é a crença de que uma pessoa é capaz de atingir um objetivo específico ou realizar uma tarefa específica, enquanto a motivação representa a base para o sucesso em todas as atividades em que um indivíduo se envolve. Este estudo teve como objetivo determinar as correlações entre autoeficácia, motivação e desempenho acadêmico de 862 alunos. Usando o rho de Spearman, os resultados revelaram que a autoeficácia e a motivação andam juntas para todos os alunos com diferentes especializações. A maioria das notas dos alunos não é diretamente afetada pela motivação e autoeficácia.
