Square Dancing with the Stars to Enhance Dynamic Hirschman Linkages?
In this Presidential Address, the author takes the reader on a reconnaissance of his life and time as a regional scientist. He points out scenery he found scintillating along the way, hoping that some may pick up the banner and chew on a few of the ideas for a while. He suggests a revisit to Albert O. Hirschman’s notion of key sectors and more empirical analysis related to Marcus Berliant’s and Masahisa Fujita’s notion of knowledge creation and transfer.Presidential Address, San Antonio, Texas, March 29, 2014 (53rd Meetings of the Southern Regional Science Association
Peer reviewe

Letter to Mr. Damkroger from Laurence L. Doggett about fraternities (March 14, 1917)
This letter is to Mr. Ernest L. Damkroger from Laurence L. Doggett, president at Springfield College, about fraternities at Springfield College (March 14, 1917). The top of this letter indicates that this is a copy of the letter and it was sent to Mr. Jeffrey at a later date that year. The letter is addressing a fraternity on campus. This letter is officially asking the fraternity to disband and state that fraternities, brotherhoods, and permanent social clubs are not in the best interest of the college. For more information on L.L. March AB, March AB1: new March tests for unlinked dynamic memory faults
Among the different types of algorithms proposed to test static random access memories (SRAMs), March tests have proven to be faster, simpler and regularly structured. New memory production technologies introduce new classes of faults usually referred to as dynamic memory faults. A few March tests for dynamic fault, with different fault coverage, have been published. In this paper, we propose new March tests targeting unlinked dynamic faults with lower complexity than published ones. Comparison results show that the proposed March tests provide the same fault coverage of the known ones, but they reduce the test complexity, and therefore the test tim
