No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini adalah ketidaksiapan siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja. Tujuan dari diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kompetensi dan gambaran tingkan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Selain itu juga, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner yang dikumpulkan dari responden dengan ukuran sampel 82 orang siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat kompetensi dikategorikan tinggi. Sedangkan gambaran tingkat kesiapan kerja dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Selanjutnya untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh terhadap kedua variabel tersebut dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan hasil terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi terhadap kesiapan kerja. This research took place at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. The major problem studied in this research was unprepared student class XII OTKP at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung on the work. The research consists of 2 variables is student competency and work readiness. The purpose of this research is to find out the descriptions of student competency and work readiness student class XII OTKP SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Furthermore, The purpose of this study to know how competence affects student performance. This work used survey method using a questionnaire's data collection technique gathered from a respondent who had a sample size of 82 student class XII OTKP SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. The results of data processing show that the description of the level of competence is high level. Whereas the description of the level of work readiness with is very high level. To prove the correlation between student competencies and work readiness, this research uses simple regression and it confirmed that student competency has a significant and positive influence to work readiness

in the lyrics of the song Akon, and find the most dominant type of moral values.
The method used in this paper is Qualitative Method. The data source of this
research is a few of Akon selected songs. The technique used to describe the data
by performing a few steps,among others , (1) listening and reading 6 lyrics of
several selected Akon songs, (2) understanding the contents of Akon's song lyrics,
and (3) writing lyrics related to moral values. After describing the moral values
contained in the songs, the researcher found several good moral values, namely:
bravery: 3,8 %, honesty: 26,9 %, steadfastness: 11,5 %, love and affection: 7,7 %,
sympathy to others: 11,5 %, cooperativeness: 11,5 %, thankfulness: 7,7 %, and
sincerity: 19,2 %, and the most dominant moral values is honesty and bad moral

The title of this final report is “ analysis accounting treatment of tangible fixed assets at PT. Global Multipack Palembang” which is located on Pangeran Sido Ing Kenayan No. 89 RT. 18 Rw. 06, Kel. Karang Anyar, Kec. Gandus, Palembang. The company is a company engaged in the production and sales packing ruber. The purpose of this final report is to analyze the accounting treatment of tangible fixed assets at PT Global Multipack palembang based on financial Accounting Standards. The author uses some research methods such as interviews and observation. After anayzing the data was gottern from the company. After analyzing the data was gotten from the company, found some problems, that the calculating of the cost of fixed assets of the company is not in suitble with Financial Accounting Standards and the calculating of depreciation charging that less than one-year period by using the straight-line method for all assets in not correct. To overcome these problems, some of the suggestions presented in the report, the company should follow generally accepted accounting principles that is Accounting Standards to recognize the cost incurred in connection with fixed assets as an alement of cost and depreciation calculations for the imposition of fixed assets purchased for less than one accounting period and the company should record the fixed assets in suitble in financial Accounting Standards so that the financial statements reflect the true valu
Impact of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction on UMKM in the Field Kota Medan
No full textThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in MSMEs in Medan City, namely in the coffee shop business. The research method used is a survey with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire which obtained a sample of 100 respondents through judgment sampling. The data in this study were analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that service quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality through customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality through customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

No full textMany patients go to Dr. Finera Winda S. Tobing at HAMS Kisaran Hospital for the treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae. Meanwhile, there is only 1 special doctor (specialist) who handles this problem. This makes it difficult for doctors to work optimally because it can cause human error due to fatigue at work, so a system is needed that is able to help doctors carry out initial diagnoses of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae and provide solutions to this problem. Based on the description above, the author implemented an expert system related to Mycoplasma Pneumoniae at HAMS Kisaran Regional Hospital. The author hopes that this system can help the public find out about Mycoplasma Pneumoniae earlier and help doctors diagnose patients. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, which is research that only collects data and explains it descriptively/narratively without having to process it with statistical testing. This research will only utilize data obtained from the research site and input it without changing anything. The results of this research are that the expert system for diagnosing Mycoplasma Pneumoniae is effective and efficient in helping doctors, Dr. Finera Winda S. Tobing and makes it easier for patients to consult because patients can consult with a doctor online and can find out their disease correctly so that this research can truly be achieved to overcome existing problem
The Effect of Providing Moringa Leaf Flour (Moringa oleifera) in Feed as a Feed Additive on Increasing the Performance of Super Village Chickens (Gallusgallus domesticus L. variation joper)
No full textJoper chickens are breeds of kampung chickens, Bangkok chickens, or other local breeds of chickens separated from purebred chickens. In addition to genetic factors and feed management, the use of natural constituents as feed additives can affect the meat quality of super hens. Feed additives are ingredients that do not include food substances that are added to the stove in small amounts and are aimed at spurring growth and increasing feed efficiency. The existence of various studies in the selection of feed raw materials that produce quality feed additives that are easy to use and cheap to meet the needs of super rural chickens are moringa leaves. The design used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment consisted of T0 (Ration does not contain Moringa leaf flour), T1 (Ration contains 6% Moringa leaf flour), T2 (Ration contains 9% Moringa leaf flour), T3 (Ration contains 12% Moringa leaf flour), The parameters observed were feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. The results showed that Moringa leaf flour had a significant effect on feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. The best results were obtained in treatment T1, namely the ratio containing 6% Moringa leaf flour, which was able to increase feed consumption by 367.46 grams, body weight gain by 88.62 grams and feed conversion ratio by 4.16
Approaches and critiques of Positive Accounting Theory (PAT) and Normative Accounting Theory (NAT) : a literature review
No full textPositive Accounting Theory (PAT) is an accounting theory that aims to explain and predict accounting practices carried out by companies. This theory emerged as an alternative to the normative approach which emphasizes more on what accountants should do in presenting financial information. However, PAT also received criticism related to the assumptions used in this theory. Therefore, this paper aims to review how the approach and criticism of PAT. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which is conducted by identifying, assessing, and interpreting all available research evidence regarding approaches and criticisms of PAT. The sources used in this paper are articles, books, and journals related to Positive Accounting Theory (PAT) and the criticisms raised against it. The results show that PAT has developed into a science that can be used to explain the choice of methods to be used by managers and other constituents of financial statements that can be used for decision making. However, PAT has also been criticized including issues related to research methods, methodology, and the basic assumptions underlying the theory. In conclusion, Positive Accounting Theory (PAT) has had a significant impact on accounting practice, but keep in mind that this theory also has limitations and has been criticized by some parties. This paper provides an in-depth insight into the approaches and criticisms of Positive Accounting Theory (PAT), as well as highlighting the importance of critical evaluation of accounting theory in the development of accounting science as a whole

The problems of this research are (1) What are the language errors at the phonological level in the Criminal News of TribunPekanbaru newspaper? The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze, and interpret language errors at the phonological level in the Criminal News of TribunPekanbaru newspaper. The theory that I use in this research is the theory put forward by Setyawati (2010), Chaer (2010). The source of data in this research is the daily newspaper TribunPekanbaru, published in Pekanbaru, edition 1 to 31 December 2019. The method that the author uses in this study is the Content Analysis method. Content analysis is a type of research that utilizes written information or content as material symbols. The type of research that the author does is the type of library research. The results of the study were: 1) there were 3 changes in phonemes, namely (changes in focal phonemes) 2) 11 elimination of phonemes, namely (removal of double vowels into single vowels (3), removal of consonant clusters (1), removal of consonant phonemes (5), removal of phonemes. vowels (2). 3) the addition of 12 phonemes, namely (addition of vowel phonemes (6), addition of consonant phonemes (6). The conclusion is that there is a language error at the Phonological Level in the Criminal News of TribunPekanbaru Newspaper, December 01-31 2019 edition, totaling 25 language error data
