No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SMA Al – Islam Krian. PMM merupakan inovasi teknologi pendidikan yang dikembangkan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi sebagai bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap guru-guru di SMA Al – Islam Krian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan PMM secara optimal mampi meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan digital guru. Selain itu platform ini membantu gutu dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Namun tantangan berupa kurangnya pelatihan teknis dan infrastruktur yang terbatas masih perlu diatasi. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan pelatihan dan dukungan teknis bagi guru dalam pemanfaatan PMM

The film is a genre of teen drama, directed by Gina S.Noer and produced by Startvision Plus. The film starring by Angga Aldi Yunanda (Bima), Adhisty Zara (Dara), Lulu Tobing (Ms. Dara), Cut Mini Theo (Ms. Bima), Ariella Calista (Dara's friend) and Cindy Hapsari Maharani Pujiantoro Putri (Dara's friend) This film tells about the pregnancy of high school teenagers out of wedlock, promiscuity, and many moral messages displayed in this film. In this film there are Scenes that want to find out their meaning through Roland Barthes's semiotics. Namely with a model consisting of three main elements, namely the markers Denotation, Connotation, Myth. In this study using qualitative research methods with a semiotic analysis approach. This study uses the technique of Triangulation, which is a data validity checking technique that utilizes something else outside of that data for the purposes of checking comparison of data such as interviews conducted by the author of an informant as checking the truth of information. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study show that this film conveys a positive message to the public, by adding elements of moral messages. The pieces in the Scenes presented in this film have 4 moral messages that are depicted in the whole film, namely: Honest, Responsible, Moral Courage, Critical

No full textPT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Surabaya branch is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) engaged in the field of maritime transportation services. As part of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), PT PELNI has the responsibility to provide reliable and efficient shipping services, ensuring the mobility of goods and passengers in the waters around Surabaya. With a modern fleet of ships and various shipping routes, PT PELNI Surabaya strives to make a positive contribution to the economic growth of the local and national regions through reliable and safe maritime transportation facilities. A company's profile website is commonly used as a medium to facilitate individuals seeking information about the company easily. However, the profile website for PT PELNI Surabaya is currently unavailable. This absence often leads customers to make errors, such as not knowing information related to ticket booking and payment procedures at PT PELNI Surabaya. This situation prompted the author to design and create a UI web profile prototype for PT PELNI Surabaya. The method employed in creating the UI prototype design is "Keep it Simple, Stupid." The author needs to analyze customer needs and how customers will use the product or application. The obtained data will be used to identify patterns and trends among customers, facilitating the author in designing a UI prototype with more clarity. Subsequently, after the prototype is launched, the author will evaluate user feedback to rectify and enhance any shortcomings found in the prototype. Based on the design of the UI prototype for the web profile of PT PELNI Surabaya, several crucial points were identified, such as information regarding the company's profile, details about various types of ships, including regular ships, pioneer ships, and cargo ships. Additionally, contact information and the necessary procedures for each type of shipment were included. This UI design prototype is intended to address the issues raised by the author. In the creation of the UI design, the tools used were Figma. The UI design process was facilitated by the features provided by Figma, serving as the tool for creating the UI design prototype for the web profile of PT PELNI Surabaya

(2) describe the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of the Islamic Personal Development Program in forming commendable morals for students of Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School in 2021/2022.
In this study, the author uses a type of field research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were teachers of the Islamic Personal Development program and several students of Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School. Collecting data the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, for the data analysis technique the author uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research on the implementation of the Islamic Personal Development Program in Shaping the commendable character of the Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School Students in 2021/2022 are the BPI program is a program created to form the commendable character of the Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School students and in it there are several activities such as, Halaqah, Faniyah, Mukhoyam, Tasqif, Mabit (Malam Bina Takwa), Keakhwatan, Rihlah, and Murabbi school. Then, the obstacles experienced were the shortage of Murabbi or coaches and the lack of student activity in participating in Islamic Personal Development activities
UPAYA JUDICIAL SCRUTINY MELALUI PERAN HAKIM PENGAWAS DAN PENGAMAT TERHADAP NARAPIDANA YANG TELAH MEMPEROLEH PUTUSAN BERKEKUATAN HUKUM TETAP
No full textThere is a division of authority between supervising judges and observers with Correctional Institutions so that it is considered less effective in its implementation. That there is an overlap of rules that causes legal uncertainty about the role of the supervisory judge and observer. As a result, the results of supervision and observation issued by supervisory judges and observers (wasmat) reported to the chief justice seem futile and only become a pile of files. Departing from this, the researcher wants to dig deeper into the legal certainty or binding laws and regulations related to the role of supervising judges and observers in judicial scrutiny efforts against inmates who have obtained decisions that have permanent legal force. If it is known that it is related to its legal certainty, then the researcher wants to find out about the mechanism for following up on the results of the supervision and observation report of the supervisory judge and observer or wasmat as an effort to judicial scrutiny of convicts who have obtained a verdict that has permanent legal force.
This research was conducted using the nature of descriptive and analytical research. Researchers in this study use a juridical-empirical approach. The researcher also used data sources that included primary data sources and secondary data sources. The researcher uses data collection techniques with interviews, documentation, and literature studies in order to support and answer the problems raised in this study. As an analytical knife, this study uses the theory of legal certainty (Legal Certainty Theory) which focuses on the legitimacy of an action or authority possessed by law enforcers and the implementation theory which emphasizes more on the results of the implementation of a rule or policy.
The results of the author's research show that when dissected with the theory raised in this scientific paper, then with legal certainty the implementation of the duties of supervisory judges and observers or wasmat as part of judicial scrutiny efforts has not been fully achieved. Although this is confirmed by the technical regulations in the Circular Letter of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 1985 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of the Duties of Supervisory Judges and Observers. Therefore, more specific arrangements are still needed regarding the authority of supervisory judges and observers. In terms of the implementation of a regulation or policy, the implementation of the duties of supervising judges and observers is not felt to be beneficial to the inmates and the punishment itself. This is because there are still several regulations that are not implemented properly. Therefore, the implementation of policies within the framework of responsive legal theory discussed by the author is not fully in accordance with the facts that occur in the field
