    In this study, the author has the aim to determine the influence of situational leadership style, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Tretes Ngawi either partially or simultaneously.The hypothesis in this study is: It is suspected that the situational leadership style, work environment and work motivation have an effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Tretes Ngawi either partially or simultaneously.The data required in this study are primary data obtained by a questionnaire method from a sample of 55 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and determination coefficient test.The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the situational leadership style, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Tretes Ngawi either partially or simultaneously

    This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and rewarding on employee performance. Both partially and simultaneously. This study is also to determine the most dominant influence that affects employee performance. The population in this study were employees of Optik Pranoto Surakarta Branch. The number of samples taken as many as 33 respondents using a questionnaire and multiple regression analysis tools with the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that motivation, work discipline, and the provision of rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously

    This study aims to analyze effect working capital on sales as a proxy of MSMEs performance, and to analyze the effect of working capital on MSMEs performance moderated entrepreneurial attitude. This study using sample of 108 batik MSMEs in Surakarta, with purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by using moderating regression analysis. The conclusion of the hypothesis test results (1) working capital has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance, (2) entrepreneurial attitude is moderating variable have moderates in the effect of working capital on MSMEs performance
