    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya tradisi di Indonesia yang menjadi ciri khas dan pembeda antara negara Indonesia dengan negara lain. Tradisi tersebut bukan saja sebagai ciri khas akan tetapi juga sebagai warisan bangsa yang memiliki nilai kebenaran dan kesucian dalam kehidupan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis etnografi, yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi mengenai suatu tradisi ataupun budaya. Adapun sumbar data dalam penelitian ini yaitu satu orang tokoh adat, satu orang tokoh agama, dan satu orang tokoh masyrakat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi langsung, wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi lngsung. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan/verifikasi.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Sejarah dan prosesi munculnya tradisi bayar niat mandi Jum`at berawal dari suku Kodah yang banyak memiliki hajat, namun hajat tersebut tidak dikabulkan oleh Tuhannya. Akan tetapi setiap hajat tidak dikabulkan. Sehingga suku Kodah meminta bantua kepada orang Lebai agar hajatnya dapat dikabulkan oleh Tuhannya. Kemudian orang Lebai tadi mengajak suku Kodah untuk memeluk agama Islam sehingga terciptalah tradisi bayar niat mandi Jum`at. Adapun prosesi dari tradisi ini meliputi pembukaan, pelaksanaan dan penutup. 2) asimilasi tradisi kultural ini meliputi. Pertama, pada penggunaan Bahasa. Kedua, system religi atau ibadah. Ketiga, kepercayaan kepada Tuhan. Keempat, makanan dan minuman. 3) keterkaitan antara tradisi bayar niat mandi Jum`at dengan Pendidikan Islam meliputi. Pertama, Tarbiyah dengan penekanan pada pengembangan dan bimbingan jasad, akal, dan jiwa. Kedua, Taklim sebagai proses pemberi pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengertian, tanggung jawab dan penanaman Amanah. Ketiga, Ta`dib adalah penekanan pada kesopanan, keramahan, kehalusan budi pekerti dan ketaatan terhadap kekuasaan dan keagungan Tuhan

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing communication mix variables on the purchasing decision of batik at Rivicha Klewer market, Solo. This research was conducted at Klewer market, Solo. The population in this purchase were all people who bought batik at Rivicha Pasar Klewer Solo totaling 42 respondents. The data taken was in the form of a questionnaire for the Marketing Communication Mix variable consisting of Advertising (X1), Sales Promotion (X2), Public Relations and Publications (X3), Personal Selling (X4), Direct Marketing (X5). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.          The results of the Multiple Linear Regression Test have shown: Y = -0.521+0.190 X_1+0.145 X_2+0.317 X_3+0.236 X_4+0.219 X_5+e. The t-test obtained results: Advertising (X1) obtained a significance coefficient of 0.190 with a t-count value of 2.076 with a probability value of 0.045 thus Advertising (X1) has a positive effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Sales Promotion (X2) obtains a significance coefficient of 0.145 with a t-count value of 2.111 with a probability value of 0.042 thus Sales Promotion (X2) has a positive effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Public Relations and Publications (X3) obtained a significance coefficient of 0.317 with a t-count value of 2.134 with a probability value of 0.040 thus Public Relations and Publications (X3) had a positive effect on Purchase Decision (Y).Personal Sales (X4) obtains a significance coefficient of 0.236 with a t-count value of 2.076 with a probability value of 0.045 thus Personal Sales (X4) has a positive effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Direct Marketing (X5) obtains a significance of 0.219 with a t-count value of 2.100 with a probability value of 0.043 thus Direct Marketing has a positive effect on Purchase Decision (Y).          Based on the F test obtained F count 22,603 with a probability value of 0,000. Because this significance value is less than 0.05, this means that Advertising (X1), Sales Promotion (X2), Public Relations and Publications (X3), Personal Selling (X4), and Direct Marketing (X5) simultaneously or jointly have an influence significant to Purchase Decision (Y)

    This research aims to examine and provide empirical evidence on the relationship between the strategies of defender organizations and prospectors on human resource policies and practices. To obtain research data, it was carried out by distributing questionnaires, observing and studying the literature. The population in this study are industrial and service companies in SUBOSUKAWANOSRATEN (Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Sragen, Klaten). The sample consists of 50 industrial companies and 50 service companies. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. To test the hypothesis used t test statistic. The tcount value that is greater than the ttable value indicates that the relationship between the two variables is significant or the probability is greater than 0.005. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it can be concluded that organizations with a defender strategy will implement make-oriented sourcing policies and practices; and organizations with a prospectors' strategy will implement proven buy-oriented human resource policies and practices. Meanwhile, organizations with a defender strategy will adopt human resource policies and practices that are more buy-oriented, and organizations with a prospector strategy will implement policies and practices that are oriented to make human resources unproven

    Mengembangkan bisnis usaha Snack Egg Roll Pawon Yangkong Kebakkramat Karanganyar, sarana promosi yang digunakan Pawon Yangkong masih sangat terbatas. Saluran yang digunakan untuk mempromosikan produk tersebut hanya berupa gambar atau foto amatir yang diunggah di story Whatsapp, cara itu kurang efisien untuk meningkatkan daya jual produk. Saat melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pemilik usaha kripik pisang Pawon Yangkong membutuhkan media promosi sosial media yang lebih menarik untuk mencakup jangkauan pembeli yang lebih luas. Maka dari itu, dikembangkannya media sosial instagram Pawon Yangkong supaya dikenal oleh khalayak umum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendataan, yaitu Kepustakaan, Observasi, metodologi pendekatan masalah yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengambilan gambar dan pemindahan file, editing, rendering dan uji coba dan implementasi.     This study aims to determine empirical evidence regarding the effect of product quality, price, andconsumer loyalty on fabric purchasing decisions (a case study on fabric consumers Abdulloh TextileBeteng Trade Center Ground Floor Blok J12a-j14a Solo) by testing each variable either partially orpartially. simultaneously. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from a questionnairefilled out by some fabric consumers.Sampling in this study using a non probability sampling method (not all populations can be theresearch sample). With the non probability sampling method, a sample of 75 respondents was obtained.The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model carried out with thehelp of the SPSS version 18.0 for Windows computer program.The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1) has a significant positive effect on theinfluence of fabric purchasing decisions at BTC Ground Floor Blok J12a-j14a Solo, price (X2) has apositive and significant effect on fabric purchasing decisions at Beteng Trade Center Ground Floor BlokJ12a-j14a Solo, while consumer loyalty (X3) does not have a significant effect on the decision to buyfabrics at BTC Ground Floor Blok J12a-j14a Solo.     This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, promotion on customer satisfaction at Karim Mart Stores, Mojogedang, Karanganyar. The population in this study are consumers of Karim Mart Stores whose number is not known with certainty. The limeshow formula is used to determine the number of samples and the results of the limeshow formula. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, analytical techniques and using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The conclusions from the results of testing each hypothesis show that (1) Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Karim Mart stores. (2) Prices have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Karim Mart store. (3) Promotion has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (4) Service Quality, Price, Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Karim Mart store

    This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT. Senang Kharismatex Kebakkramat. This research is a quantitative case study. This research consists of one dependent variable and two independent variables. The dependent variable in the study is employee performance. The independent variables in this study were motivation and work discipline. This sampling technique used random sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study was 60 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the motivation variable had a significant effect on employee performance while work discipline had no significant effect on employee performance, the two variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of production employees at PT. Senang Kharismatex Kebakkramat, Karanganyar. The influence of motivation and work discipline variables on the performance of production employees at PT. Senang Kharismatex Kebakkramat, Karanganyar by 24.7%
