No full textBakalářská práce Claude Debussy a Maurice Ravel: Analýza klavírních cyklů Rytiny a Zrcadla se zabývá analýzou klavírních cyklů Rytiny a Zrcadla, jež zkomponovali významní impresionističtí skladatelé Claude Debussy a Maurice Ravel. Bakalářská práce nejprve nastiňuje životní osudy Debussyho a Ravela, jakožto autorů výše uvedených cyklů. Nastínění životních osudů je klíčové k pochopení toho, co je pro tvorbu každého z nich příznačné. Práce se zabývá formální, interpretační a komparativní analýzou cyklů. Skrze vybrané klavírní cykly autorka práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem se vyvíjela hudební řeč skladatelů. Prostřednictvím analýzy se autorka práce věnuje též otázce virtuozity, jež nemusí být vždy na první pohled patrná.The bachelor's thesis Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel: Analysis of the piano cycles Estampes and Miroirs deals with the analysis of the piano cycles Estampes and Miroirs, which were composed by important impressionist composers Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel. The bachelor's thesis first outlines the life destinies of Debussy and Ravel, as the authors of the above-mentioned cycles. The outline of life destinies is key to understanding what is characteristic of the creation of each of them. The work deals with formal, interpretative and comparative analysis of cycles. Through selected piano cycles, the author of the work examines how the composers' musical language developed. Through the analysis, the author of the work also addresses the issue of virtuosity, which may not always be apparent at first glance

No full textDiplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Pričujoče delo obravnava skladatelja Clauda Debussyja in njegovo klavirsko delo Estampes. Samo delo je ciklus treh skladb: Pagodes, Soirée dans Grenade in Jardins sous la pluie. Raziskana in obdelana je njegova življenjska pot in ustvarjanje. Skladbe so raziskane in analizirane v oblikoslovnem, ritmičnem, harmonskem in interpretacijskem vidiku.
V diplomskem delu so uporabljene naslednje metode: metoda analize in sinteze, deskriptivna metoda, zgodovinska metoda, komparativna metoda ter metoda generalizacije in specializacije.This diploma paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. It discusses the composer Claude Debussy and his piano piece Estampes. The piece is a cycle of three songs: Pagodes, Soirée dans Grenade and Jardins sous la pluie. Author\u27s private as well as creative life has been researched and is discussed in the paper. The songs have been researched and analysed from the morphological, rhythmic, harmonic and interpretational point of view.
In the process of writing the following methods were used: the method of analysis and synthesis, the descriptive method, the historical method, the comparative method and the method of generalisation and specialisation
Explosive lineage-specific expansion of the orphan nuclear receptor HNF4 in nematodes
No full textInternational audienceThe nuclear receptor superfamily expanded in at least two episodes: one early in metazoan evolution, the second within the vertebrate lineage. An exception to this pattern is the genome of the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans, which encodes more than 270 nuclear receptors, most of them highly divergent. We generated 128 cDNA sequences for 76 C. elegans nuclear receptors, confirming that these are active genes. Among these numerous receptors are 13 orthologues of nuclear receptors found in arthropods and/or vertebrates. We show that the supplementary nuclear receptors (supnrs) originated from an explosive burst of duplications of a unique orphan receptor, HNF4. This origin has specific implications for the role of ligand binding in the function and evolution of the nematode supplementary nuclear receptors. Moreover, the supplementary nuclear receptors include a group of very rapidly evolving genes found primarily on chromosome V. We propose a model of lineage-specific duplications from a chromosome on which duplication and substitution rates are highly increased. Our results provide a framework to study nuclear receptors in nematodes, as well as to consider the functional and evolutionary consequences of lineage-specific duplications

No full textCe travail propose de montrer de quelle manière Clément Marot a conçu son métier d auteur. À cette fin, il prend d abord appui sur une reconstruction synthétique et critique de la carrière du poète, des premiers engagements auprès de Nicolas de Neufville ou (peut-être) de la reine Claude, jusqu au service de François Ier, afin d en comprendre les contraintes, et la façon dont elles conditionnent l écriture (I). Suit logiquement l étude des représentations du métier d auteur dans l œuvre, c est-à-dire du discours par lequel le poète se met en scène en tant qu auteur ; celle-ci comprend ainsi l analyse de la signature marotique ainsi que des choix lexicaux et métaphoriques qui caractérisent le regard que le poète pose sur son activité (II). Marot faisant partie des premiers écrivains à s impliquer fortement dans le processus d impression, la troisième partie est consacrée à l enquête bibliographique qui s intéresse à la totalité des éditions marotiques autorisées : elle en présente les différents acteurs et propose une description matérielle des ouvrages, afin de reconstituer l histoire de leur fabrication et de déterminer la mesure de la collaboration du poète (III). Les conclusions de l enquête sont exploitées dans la dernière partie pour mettre en évidence le sens du projet poétique et éditorial des recueils considérés. L étude de leur ordonnancement en est la clé principale, Marot s emparant du critère de l organisation pour se réapproprier une œuvre qui lui échappe en raison même de son succès, et faire finalement de la presse un instrument essentiel pour réaliser ses intentions (IV).This study offers to show how Clément Marot conceived of his role as an author. For this purpose, it begins with a synthetic and critical narrative of the poet s career, from the first appointments, under the patronage of Nicolas de Neufville or (maybe) Queen Claude de France, to the service of Francis I, so as to bring to light the constraints of the office and the way they influenced his writing process (I). The study then explores the representations of the author s work in the text, i.e. the way the poet portrays himself as an author; it includes the analysis of Marot s signature and of the lexical and metaphorical choices which define the way the poet looks at his own activity (II). Because Marot is one of the first writers to get fully involved in the printing process, the third part is devoted to a bibliographical inquiry dealing with all the authorized editions of Marot s works: it presents the various actors involved and offers a material description of the books, in order to reconstruct the story of their making and to determine the extent of the poet s collaboration in the process of their production (III). The findings of the inquiry are used in the last part to highlight the import of Marot s poetical and editorial project. No full textIn may 1967 France was recording its trade figures for the first time. The first results released by the I.N.S.E.E. in 1969 give complete and varied data connected with employaient and business in the trading branch.
Using a part of these data, the author applies himself to demonstrate that the future prospects of the retail trade of food products in France are more dependant on the size of the tradin firms and on the consumers' purchasing power than on the demographie expansion.
