Field application of tight oil factory fracturing in Mahu sag
Reservoirs in the Triassic Baikouquan formation of Mahu sag in Xinjiang oilfield is a typically tight permeable formation. Considering the purpose of the development and comprehensive analysis, by the factory fracturing ideas of zipper fracturing and subdivision cutting volume fracturing by plug fracturing with multi-stages and multi-clusters, we explored and created a factory fracturing method that is used in 2 horizontal wells of 2 000 meters long in well area Ma131 by using pre-acid pretreatment, slick water multi-plug, low damage gel fracturing fluid which is causing a complex net volume on the role of stress interference. 26 and 22 stages fracture were respectively implemented in 2 wells with the fracturing fluid of 20 162 m 3 and 23 765 m 3 and proppant of 1 803 m 3 and 1 702 m 3, which leads to a good stimulation with the oil yield over 30 tons per day after hydraulic fracturing. The successful study and use of factory fracturing make a good foundation for the later stimulation of Mahu tight oil and provide safeguard for the scale effective development of tight oil in this area
Perceptions of Mahu Land Communities About Rice and Sague In East Saparua District, Central Maluku District
Rice as a national food has contributed to all corners of the land in Maluku. Sago, which is usually present on the dining table, is now paired with rice. Research conducted in Mahu land’s Administrative, East Saparua District, Central Maluku Regency aims to determine the perceptions of people in Mahu land regarding rice and sago and how interested they are in eating sago in Mahu. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative with descriptive research characteristics. Primary data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires, FGD with stakeholders according to the research objectives. To determine strategic steps to increase interest in consuming sago, a SWOT analysis was used. The research results show that rice is an additional food, tends to be consumed by the younger generation, sago is still a staple food/main food

An avirulent Brachyspira hyodysenteriae strain elicits intestinal IgA and slows down spread of swine dysentery
Swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, results in substantial economic losses in swine producing countries worldwide. Although a number of different vaccine approaches have been explored with regard to this disease, they show limitations and none of them have reached the market. We here determine the vaccine potential of a weakly haemolytic B. hyodysenteriae strain. The virulence of this strain was assessed in experimental infection trials and its protection against swine dysentery was quantified in a vaccination-challenge experiment using a seeder infection model. Systemic IgG production and local IgA production were monitored in serum and faeces respectively. Across all trials, pigs that were colonized by virulent, strongly haemolytic B. hyodysenteriae strains consistently developed swine dysentery, in contrast to none of the pigs colonized by the weakly haemolytic B. hyodysenteriae vaccine strain. In the seeder vaccination trial nearly all immunised animals developed swine dysentery on subsequent challenge with a virulent strain, but the speed of spread of swine dysentery and faecal score were significantly reduced in animals immunised with the weakly haemolytic strain compared to sham-immunised animals. The IgA response of immunised animals upon challenge with a virulent B. hyodysenteriae strain significantly correlated to a later onset of disease. The correlation between local IgA production and protection induced by a weakly haemolytic B. hyodysenteriae strain provides leads for future vaccine development against swine dysentery

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
