Prediksi Time Series Curah Hujan di Kota Malang Menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes
No full textABSTRAK Curah hujan adalah faktor penting yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan. Saat ini, pergantian musim setiap enam bulan sekali tidak sepenuhnya akurat, karena hujan bisa terjadi sepanjang tahun. Indonesia memiliki curah hujan yang tinggi dan sering menimbulkan bencana banjir. Menurut Kepala Stasiun Klimatologi BMKG pada tahun 2017 terjadi curah hujan yang tinggi di beberapa kawasan seperti di Jawa Timur terutama pada Kota Malang yang akhir - akhir ini sering terjadi banjir dan mengakibatkan kerugian pada masyarakat. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan seperti terganggunya kegiatan sehari - hari, terhambatnya transportasi, lumpuhnya kegiatan perekonomian dan menimbulkan dampak negatif lainnya. Menghindari kerugian dari curah hujan yang tidak pasti ataupun terjadinya curah hujan yang tinggi, maka dibutuhkan prediksi curah hujan yang akurat. Prediksi dilakukandengan mengolah data dari BadanMeteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) menggunakan metode Naive Bayes karena memiliki performa yang baik dan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Data diproses dengan menghitung jumlah dan probabilitas dari dataset untuk memprediksi peluang masa depan berdasarkan data sebelumnya. Kemudian untuk menghindari nilai 0 pada perhitungan probabilitas menggunakan Naive Bayes, prediksi curah hujan juga menggunakan metode Laplace Estimator. Lalu Pengujian dilakukan dengan membuat 4 skenario yang memiliki proporsi data latih dan data uji yang berbeda dengan menggunakan Confussion Matrix, sehingga dapat dihitung akurasi, error rate, sensitivity dan precissiondari algoritma. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari prediksi curah hujan menggunakan Naive Bayes,dari semua skenario pengujian yang dilakukan, prediksi curah hujan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes dengan menggunakan 2 kelas curah hujan tinggi dan rendah memiliki hasil akurasi terbesar yaitu sebesar 97,74%, error rate sebesar 2,26%, sensitivity sebesar 100% dan precission sebesar 97,74% dengan menggunakan proporsi data latih sebesar 60% dan data uji sebesar 40%. Jadi prediksi curah hujan dengan menggunakan Naive Bayes menghasilkan prediksi curah hujan time series selama tujuh harisecara akurat yang bisa digunakan masyarakat kota malang dalam mengatasi permasalahan akibat hujan.

This paper discusses about “Politeness Strategy of Brown and Levinson in Japanese Anime Haikyuu”. The purpose of this research are to describe kinds of politeness strategy in Japanese anime Haikyuu. The author uses the method of recording to obtained data, then analysing data using the contextual analysis method. And the result of the analysis are presented in an informal method.
Based on the analysis of 19 data found there are positive politeness strategy and negative politeness strategy. The type of politeness strategy that appears most often is positive politeness strategy with 8 types of strategy. Meanwhile, there are only 2 types of negative politeness strategy. This is because the speakers prioritize intimacy between group members so as to create a good collaboration within a team.

Transformasi Koordinat Bola Langit Ke Dalam Segitiga Bola (Equatorial Dan Ekliptika) Dalam Penentuan Awal Waktu Salat
Full text linkThere are four coordinate systems to determine the position of celestial bodies, namely: horizon coordinate system, equatorial coordinate system, the clock angle coordinate system and the ecliptic coordinate system. The crucial point to ask is the way to connect between those coordinate systems and how does it work. The way to connect between the coordinate system is called transformation. Celestial coordinate transformation from one coordinate system to another coordinate system can be done by using the spherical triangle formulas or using the rotation matrix. Both ways of coordinate transformation are essentially the same. This paper discusses the celestial coordinate transformation into a spherical triangle for determining the starting time of prayer. The focus of the study is limited and technically directed to dissect the transformation of the ecliptic geocentric (No. 2) to the equatorial geocentric (No. 3) and vice versa. The author concludes that the sky spherical coordinate system is the basis of reference to determine the position of celestial objects. The results of the transformation in the spherical triangle formula obtained sin, cos and tangent. These are actually the three forms of data which are useful to calculate the times on earth, including the time of prayer. Position of a star (in this case the sun) is very important in the beginning of the prayer time calculations because the data required are; the declination calculation, the height of the sun, and the sun angle. Besides, transformation also calculates the ecliptic longitude ecliptic latitude, the longitude of the sun. Position of the sun can also be used to calculate the direction of Qibla, the initial determination moon and eclipse. Thus, this transformation turned out to be a staple in subsequent calculations
ABDULLAH SAEED'S THEORY OF QUR'ANIC
No full textContextual interpretation is an effort to interpret Al-Qur'an contextually, offered by Abdullah Saeed, a Sultan of Oman Professor of Arab and Islamic Studies. He is a director of the Centre for the study of Contemporary Islam at Melbourne University, Melbourne, Australia. This contextual interpretation is a theory of understanding Al-Qur'an today to be understood in order to meet the needs of these societies. He formulated this theory under the influence of the Muslims in Australia, mostly the minority of Muslim in that country. He proposed his ideas based on his finding that there is a gap between texts which have been understood literally by majority of ulama' and socio-historical context of the Qur'an at the time of revelation in the first seventh century and the contemporary concerns and needs of Muslims today. He doesn't say explicitly that he apply the hermeneutic theory in his approach, but he agrees that in the modern period, the piecemeal treatment of the Qur'an has worsened ad the formulation of an adequate hermeneutical method is imperative. Based on this, he proposes four stages in interpreting the Qur'an: encounter with the world of texts, critical analysis, meaning for the first recipients and meaning for the present.
Therefore, this study is designed to know further and deeper the theory of this concept of interpretation. It's begun from his theoretical base of contextual interpretation until the explanation of his epistemology principles of contextual interpretation which include his models of interpretation.
In order to get the maximum result, the researcher used philosophical approach in the theoretical framework. Saeed's contextual interpretation is similar to the hermeneutic liberation grown by Hasan Hanafi, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, and other Muslim Scholars which argued that audience must be getting right position in the process of interpreting Al-Qur'an, unlike the textual approach that the concern is just focused on text and interpreter without considering audience's situation as context. With descriptive method, where researcher describes all concepts of the figure systematically, analytical method where researcher analyze Saeed's concept of interpretation, and critical method, this research is arranged.
In that theoretical framework and such method, the research got the result such, in the effort of interpreting Al-Qur'an, he does not any interpretation toward verses of Al-Qur'an. It is his opinion-where actually he catch from another Muslim Scholars to make the interpretation relevant to the context of nowadays. Such in the verse of wearing veil, he said, in liberal views, veil can be less of covering whole body of woman's. As the result of that, researcher conclude that a contextual interpretation is no more than just an argument of Saeed's which has an effort to make Al-Qur'an is related to the life of Muslim today. And this theory of interpretation has no need to do and has no need to be elaborated into practical way, as this means we are doubting Allah's revelation. And it is frightened if this theory brings all Muslims in ignoring Allah as the author of the Qur'an.
Thus, hopefully this humble study will be benefit of the large people, particularly everyone who is interested to study the contemporary issues toward de-sacralization of Al-Qur'an. And hoped there will be other researches explore about this contemporary interpretation or Abdullah Saced better and deeper
A GENETIC STRUCTURALISM ANALYSIS ON UTILITARIANISM IN CHARLES DICKENS’ HARD TIMES

This novel criticizes the British social condition in England in the late of Eighteenth Century which is set in industrial revolution. The British society struggle to get advantages in their lives. They live and do activities to reach things materially. Thus, an ideology appears among them which is called as” Ideology of Utilitarianism”. It influences the society’s idea to get more advantages in every of their actions without thinking the consequences.This article has three problems to discuss. The first is the ideology of utilitarianism in the novel Hard Times. The second is the author’s worldview towards utilitarianism, and the last is the social structure that prevails in Victorian Society of Britain. We use qualitative research method for this article to examine the analysis. This article begins with the analysis of the novel and uses genetic structuralism theory. We analyse the structure of Hard Times, the worldview of the author and Victorian social structure. Therefore, there are some results of this article namely We break the analysis of the binary opposition between some characters who apply the ideology of utilitarianism and another characters who do not apply it in their life, the worldview of the author towards the ideology of utilitarianism and the socio-cultural condition in Britain in Eighteenth century

One of characters in Hard Times, Thomas Gradgrind applies this ideology in his daily life. Gradgrind as the utilitarian in the novel by considering his attitude and his thinking of fact in life. He instill his students the ideology to measure this life by getting some advantages. Dickens’ worldview as the author of Hard Times abuses the ideology of utilitarianism. He thinks that it gives the bad impacts for the society’s lives. they measure their actions give them benefits by getting some advantages. He explores how this ideology of utilitarianism applies through the main character in the

Full text linkThe purpose of the research is to design a sales accounting information system in CV Vidi Sukses Berkah. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews and literature studies relating to the subject matter of the research conducted. The problem found is that the sales system still uses a manual system where sales transaction data is still handwritten in the form of notes on notes, resulting in frequent damage to data such as torn or dirty notes. Therefore, a desktop-based sales information system was designed using the waterfall model system development method and tools such as Flowmap, DFD and ERD. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that with a sales information system the company can streamline the process of managing fabric sales transactions, improving customer service and controlling sales transactions directly because of automatic reports presented by the system with daily periods
