Al-Tahawwul min Naqd al-Sanad ila Naqd al-Matn li Hasan Hanafi: al-Ahadis al-Aqa\u27idiyyah Namudzaj
Artikel ini membahas tentang pergeseran kritik hadis yang digagas oleh Hassan Hanafi. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa Kritik hadis berada pada posisi yang sangat penting dalam menyeleksi hadis-hadis nabi dari pemalsuan dan penyimpangan. Tentu, adalah sangat logis jika para ulama telah meletakkan postulan-postulat ketat dalam kritik hadis, khususnya kritik sanad. Meski demikian, Hanafi memandang bahwa kajian dan pembaharuan terhadap kritik hadis –konsep dan metodenya- telah tertutup. Bagi Hanafi, dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan, transisi dari kritik sanad menuju kritik matan menjadi keharusan yang tidak dapat ditawar lagi
Hasan Fehmi Tümerkan's life and works
İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti, Osmanlı Devleti'nin son zamanlarında ve Cumhuriyet Dönemi'nin ilk zamanlarında siyasi olarak oldukça etkili olmuştur. Bu cemiyetin sarıklı mebuslarından Hasan Fehmi Tümerkan Meclis-i Mebusan'da ve akabinde TBMM'de yapmış olduğu konuşmalarla, önerilerle ve kanun teklifleriyle ön plana çıkan mebuslardan biri idi. Kendisi, dönemin yenilikçi anlayışını benimseyerek reform taraflısı oldu. Hasan Fehmi Bey eğitimini bitirince İlahiyat Fakültesi'nde müderrislik yapmış ve Sinop Müftülüğü görevini icra etmiştir. İstanbul'un işgalinin ardından ise Malta'ya sürgün edilen isimler arasındadır. Esaret hayatı boyunca kendisini Kur'an'ı Türkçe'ye çevirme işine adamıştır. Böylelikle sadece bir siyasetçi değil; aynı zamanda dini ilimlere katkı sunan bir yazar da olmuştur. Şunu da belirtmek gerekir ki Sinop mebusu ve ardından Kastamonu milletvekili olarak görev yaptığı zamanlarda, kaleme aldığı eserleri ile ilmi ve fikri yönünü ortaya koymuştur.The Committee of Union and Progress (İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti) played a pivotal role in the political landscape during the final years of the Ottoman Empire and the early period of the Turkish Republic. Among its notable members was Hasan Fehmi Tümerkan, a turbaned deputy who distinguished himself through his speeches, legislative proposals, and policy suggestions in both the Ottoman Chamber of Deputies (Meclis-i Mebusan) and later in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). Tümerkan embraced the progressive ideology of the era and was a staunch advocate of reform. Following his education, Hasan Fehmi served as a professor at the Faculty of Theology and later held the position of Mufti of Sinop. After the occupation of Istanbul, he was among those exiled to Malta. During his time in captivity, he dedicated himself to translating the Qur'an into Turkish. In doing so, he emerged not only as a politician but also as an author contributing to Islamic scholarship. It is also worth noting that during his tenure as a deputy representing Sinop and later Kastamonu, he demonstrated his intellectual and scholarly inclinations through the works he authored
Nilai hadits-hadits Rakatayil Fajri dalam Sunan Abi Dawud
Skripsi ini berjudul Nilai Hadits- hadits Rakatayil Fajri Dalam Sunan Abi Dawud. Dengan tujuan penelitian sebagai berikut: pertama, untuk mengetahui peran serta Imam Abu Dawud dalam memelihara hadits dari campur tangan sekelompok manusia yang sengaja merusak Islam dari dalam. Kedua, untuk mengetahui kedudukan Sunan Abi Dawud di antara kutubus sittah. Ketiga,untuk menetapkan nilai sanad dan matan hadits- hadits Rakatayil Fajri dalam Sunan Abi Dawud. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hadits tentang Rakatayil Fajri sebanyak empat belas buah hanya ada satu hadits saja yang sahih yaitu hadits yang ke delapan. Sepuluh buah hadts hasan lighairihi yaitu hadits pertama, kedua, ketiga, keempat, kelima, ke sembilan, ke sepuluh, keduabelas, ketigabelas. Tiga hadits dhaif yaitu hadits ketujuh, kesebelas dan ke empat belas. Dari hadits tentang rakatayil Fajri sebanyak empat belas buah, maka yang dapat dijadikan hujjah ada sebelas hadits. The dynamic of thought, study, and learning is a necessity. The interaction of subjects and objects, added by some problems which are being or have occurred and the challenges that will be faced become the reasons for this dynamic. It is not a problem if perspectives, approaches or scientific paradigm have shifted significantly later. Islamic study formulated in the Ulum al-din, al-Fikr al-Islamy or Dirasat Islamiyyah is ideally always dynamic and evolving as a study in general. Despite of the various problems faced by Muslims today, Ibrahim M. Abu Rabi ‘(hereinafter typed Abu Rabi') found no significant development of Islamic studies. Stagnation of Islamic studies at least can be found in the various elements. Through the study of Islamic thought history, Abu Rabi' tried to uncover the “disease” which was lull. Then, he tried to resuscitate the intellectuals to fully understand the role and function inencouraging Islamic studies with a scientific perspective developing at this time. The issue becoming increasingly complex cannot be explained satisfactorily by the classical Ulum al-Din theory which is only focused on text, especially only a portion of the text. Three-Dimensional Compatible Sacrificial Nanoimprint Lithography for Tuning the Wettability of Thermoplastic Materials
We report the tuning of surface wetting through sacrificial nanoimprint lithography (SNIL). In this process, grown ZnO nanomaterials are transferred by imprint into a metallic glass (MG) and an elastomeric material, and then etched to impart controlled surface roughness. This process increases the hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of both surfaces, the Pt57.5Cu14.7Ni5.3P22.5 MG and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), respectively. The growth conditions of the ZnO change the characteristic length scale of the roughness, which in turn alters the properties of the patterned surface. The novelty of this approach includes reusability of templates and that it is able to create superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic surfaces in a manner compatible with the fabrication of macroscopic three-dimensional (3D) parts. Because the wettability is achieved by only modifying topography, without using any chemical surface modifiers, the prepared surfaces are relatively more durable.Peer reviewe

Bu çalışmada, İş Bankasındaki görevinden emekli olduktan sonra, 2000?li yılların başından itibaren edebiyat dünyasına adım atan Hasan Eskil?in roman ve hikâyeleri, klasik metin tahlili yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Hasan Eskil kaleme aldığı romanlarda, kendi öz yaşamından veya belgelere dayalı tarih okumalarından yola çıkarak konusunu köy veya tarihten alan eserler kaleme almıştır. Olaylarını merkezî figürlerin etrafında kurgulayan Eskil?in romanları, Köy Enstitüleri bağlamında ortaya çıkan edebiyattan farklı bir yerde konumlanırken, tarihî romanın kurucusu Walter Scott ile ciddi benzerlikler göstermektedir. Heyecan unsuruna yaslanmış metinler kaleme alan yazar, zaman zaman özensiz kurgulanmış cümle yapıları ve karakterlerle karşımıza çıksa da, incelediğimiz metinlerin hepsi sinematografik etkileyicidir. Türk edebiyatına şu ana kadar yedi roman ve bir hikâye kitabı kazandıran yazar, alt metinlerde oluşturduğu sosyal arka planla da dikkat çekmektedir.In this work, novels and stories of Hasan Eskil, who stepped into the field of literature from the beginning of the 21st. Century after his retirement from İş Bankası, are examined through the classical text-analysis method. Hasan Eskil, through his own life experiences or his readings based on the documented history, penned works that base their subjects in history or countryside. While the village novels of Eskil, who constructs incidents around the central figures, are in a different field from the literature that takes its roots from the institution authors; his historical novels have serious similarities to the founder the genre, Walter Scott. Although we sometimes witness the carelessly-constructed sentences and characters of the author that gives priority to excitement elements, all of the narrations are competent in terms of cinematography. The author, who redounded seven novels and a storybook to the Turkish Literature, stands out with the social background that he created in subtexts
ABU HASAN KRUENG KALEE: THE CHARISMATIC ULAMA OF ACEH
Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee is one of Aceh's charismatic scholars who teaches religious knowledge and other sciences. Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee has an important role in the sustainability of education, politics, and religion in Aceh. The research location that the author examined was Siem Village, Darussalam Sub-District. In this study, the authors used historical research methods, namely investigations that apply scientific solutions to the historical perspective of a problem with the steps of data collection, source criticism, interpretation, and writing method. The author draws a number of conclusions concerning Teungku Hasan bin Teungku Muhammad Hanafiyyah bin Teungku Shaykh 'Abbas bin Teungku Muhammad Fadhil based on the findings of the investigation. Muhammad Hasan was given the first name when he was born on 13 Rajab 1303 H, which corresponds to 18 April 1886 AD, in Gampong Langgoe Meunasah Keutumbu Village, Sangeue, Pidie. Teungku Haji Muhammad Hanafiyah bin Teungku Sheikh Abbas, often known as Teungku Chik Krueng Kalee One or Teungku Haji Muda Krueng Kalee, is the father of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee. Nya'Ti Hafsah bint Teungku Ismail, the mother of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee, was of Arab ancestry and migrated through Pase. Teungku Syekh Abdul Wahab and Asiah, two brothers of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee.. Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee's contributions to religion and the country have been made in the areas of politics, education, and religion. Additionally, works of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee might be used to instruct students. Hasan Rızayi ve Tezkiretü’s-Salikin ile Mahmudiyye adlı eserleri tahkik ve değerlendirilmesi
TEZİN ÖZETİ Tasavvuf tarihinin önemli şahsiyetlerinden Aziz Mahmud Hüdâyî’nin bağlılarından bir Osmanlı kadısı, aynı zamanda şair Hasan Rızâyî Efendi ve onun iki eserini tahkik ve neşre çalıştım. Rızâyî Aksarâyi ve iki eserini tanıtmaya yönelik bu çalışmamız üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Rızâyî’nin hayatı ve eserleri, ikinci bölüm Tezkire ve Mahmûdiyye’nin konuları ve muhtevâsı, üçüncü bölüm de Tezkire ve Mahmûdiyye’nin metnidir. Birinci bölümü teşkil eden Rızâyî’nin hayatı hakkındaki bilgileri genellikle kendi yazmış olduğu eserlerinden edindim. Eserlerine ise bizzat kütüphane kataloklarından ulaştım. Başka eserlerde adı geçen birkaç eserine ise ulaşamadım. Osmanlıca eseri olan “Tezkiratü’s-sâlikîn ve Risâletü’nnâdimîn” i bir başka nüshasıyla karşılaştırarak latinize ettim. Bu eserde Hasan Rızâyî Efendi’nin Aziz Mahmud Hüdâyî’nin Anadolu halifeleri hakkında vermiş olduğu bilgilere rastladım. Bu eseri bu açıdan orjinal buldum. Ayrıca bu eserde tasavvufî temaları içeren güzel şiirleri de neşre değer buldum. Araştırmalarım esnasında Hasan Rızâyî Efendi’nin o günün sosyo-kültürel hayatına ışık tutan “el -Mahmûdiyye fî menâkıb-ı ricâli’l -bilâd” isimli bir başka Arapça eserini daha tercüme ettim. Rızâyî’nin arapça olarak kaleme aldığı Mahmûdiyye adlı eserinin bazı bölümlerinde imlâ ve gramer hatalarına rastladım. Bunları dipnotta gösterdim. Birkaç yer ve şahıs ismini okuyamadığım için bu kelimeleri tercümede parentez içersinde aynen gösterdim. Müellifin bu eserinde yaklaşık otuz- kırk beldede karşılaştığı 350-400 şahsın tarîkat, meşreb ve mezhepleri hakkında bilgi verdiğini; Şahit olduğu kerâmetler, latîfeler, siyâsî olaylar, şeyhlerden aldığı tesbih ve dualardan bahsettiğini gördüm. Çalışmamın, Aziz Mahmûd Hüdâyî, Celvetîlik ve bu yolun bağlısı Rızâyî hakkında yapılacak çalışmalara bir başlangıç olacağını umuyorum.OF THESİS I have tried to investigate and evaluate one of the important personalities Aziz Mahmut Hüdayi’s dependent’s, an Ottoman Muslim judge at the same time a poet Hasan Rızâyî Efendi and his two Works. This research of Rızâyî Aksarâyî and his two Works is composed of three parts. The first part consists of his life and Works, the second part the subjects and contents of Tezkire and Mahmudiye and the last part the text of Tezkire and Mahmûdiye. I mostly gained the information of Rızâyî’s life from his own works which forms the first part. I especially reached his Works at the catalogues of libraries. I couldn’t reach some of the Works in his other Works. I latinized ‘Tezkiraü’s-sâlikîn’ which is his ottoman-Turkish and ‘Risâletü’nnâdimîn’ by comparing with another copy. In this work I discovered that Hasan Rızâyî Efendi Aziz Mahmud Hüdâyî gave information about Anatoilan’s sheikh’ assistants. Therefore I found this work at this point interesting. Apart from it I also found it worth to publish the poems including themes of Sophistic subjects. During my researches I also translated another Arabic work of Hasan Rızâyî Efendi ’el –Mahmûdiye fî manâkıbı ricâli’l bilad” which gives light to the sociocultural life of that time. I found some spelling and grammatical mistakes in some parts of Rızâyî’s work called ‘Mahmûdiyye’ which he wrote in Arabic. I showed these at footnote. As I couldn’t read some of the person’s and place name I showed these words in original in parenthesis. I recognized that this author gave information about 350-400 person’s religious way, natural characters, sects with whom he met in 30-40 different towns, miracles he met, witticisms, political events, prayers and religious orders from Sheiks. I hope that my research will be a start to the studies of Aziz Mahmud Hüdâyî, Way of Celvetî and Rızâyî the dependent of this way

Therefore, necessity of qualified sources about values education is increased. When it’s looked from this point of view Hasan Aycın, who has some works with tales and illustrations that are two important type, is an important author and illustrator for child development.
In this work, Hasan Aycın’s (as an author and illustrator) novels and tales are researched in terms of educational values. In this research, the method of literature review is used. At the end of essay, the place of these works are specified in the children’s literature
