Marketing analysis-brand values versus relationships with customers on the example of LPP
The goal and main motive for addressing the above topic was to examine the relationship between the value and image of the LPP S.A. brand and specific issues from the financial, marketing and market areas. The above research and indicated relationships show how LPP presents itself against other brands with which it competes. The work will address specific issues from three analytical areas – they are also presented in these subsequent dashboards – the financial, marketing and market areas. All indicated dependencies are intended to illustrate the company’s market situation. The goal and main motive for addressing the above topic was to examine the relationship between the value and image of the LPP S.A. brand and specific issues from the financial, marketing and market areas. Feelings written by music in Stygmat by Cyprian Kamil Norwid
W pracy zostały również wykorzystane fragmenty mojego autorstwa użyte w pracy dyplomowej Motyw muzyki i muzyka w twórczości Cypriana Kamila Norwida. This article aims to show an atypical expression of feelings. We face such case in Cyprian Kamil Norwid's novella Stygmat, where playing the violin is the only way to express feelings of a main character. Furthermore in the novella we may find an example of synthesis of arts -the author undertakes an attempt in "translating" the main character's music into poetry. On the example of this piece we can see not only a specific kind of expressing one's feelings, but also a community of arts, typical of the romanticism, as well as playing a particular role in the interpretation of the novella.MONIKA STOLARCZYK - studentka filologii polskiej na Wydziale Nauk Humanistycznych Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie. The Libraries of Preacher Brethren of Gidle, Łęczyca, Łowicz, Piotrków Trybunalski and Sieradz and Their Book Collections in the 17th century: A Comparative Analysis
The aim of the hereby article is to present the epitome of Dominican Convent libraries situated
within the area of the former archdeaconry of Łęczyca: in Gidle, Łęczyca, Łowicz, Piotrków Trybunalski
and Sieradz, as well as their book collection originating from XVII century. They were functioning since
the monasteries were funded, the evidence of what is the existence of Dominican schools which could
not do without libraries. Extra thought was given to the books at the Order of Preacher Brethren, which
is expressed in its legislation. Disobedience to the library rules resulted in severe consequences including excommunication. The analysis of the mentioned book resources was carried out on the basis of Latin
library inventories from the 17th century, which were included in the codex of Preacher Brethren of
Łęczyca, Łowicz and Piotrków and Gidle inventory created in the beginning of XX century. All those
inventories are now stored in the archives of the Polish Province of Dominicans in Kraków. The largest
book collection was in the possession of Sieradz Dominicans — about 400 volumes. The second largest
collection was in Gidle library with 345 volumes. In third position was the library of Łowicz Convent
which collection comprised 294 volumes. The fourth biggest library was the library in Piotrków which
stored 215 volumes. In the Łęczyca library there were about 100 volumes in the beginning of XVII

Global Public Goods and Sustainable Development in the Practice of International Organizations ::Responding to Challenges of Today's World /
This volume examines in an innovative and applied perspective the interdependence between the role of international organizations, the existence of global public goods and the need of sustainable development. Moreover, it is set within the context of current challenges in today's world of dramatic transition and clearly responds to the need for filling the existing research gap in this area. It also demonstrates excellent knowledge of primary resources and a very good mastery of the various concepts and policy issues. Moreover, it offers an important added value to the theory, research and recent publications of the concerned broad study field. Contributors are: Aleksandra Borowicz, Leiza Brumat, Diego Caballero Vélez, Giuseppe T. Cirella, Rasa Daugėlienė, Agnieszka Domańska, Małgorzata Dziembała, Lenka Fojtíková, Katja Zajc Kejžar, Agnieszka Kłos, Ewa Kosycarz, Anatoliy Kruglashov, Andrzej Latoszek, Ewa Latoszek, Mirella Mărcuț, Willem Molle, Ewa Osuch-Rak, Marta Pachocka, Nina Ponikvar, Magdalena Proczek, Angela Maria Romito, Piotr Stolarczyk, Aleksandra Szczerba, and Anna Wójtowic
Rosja w polityce zagranicznej Polski w okresie pozimnowojennym (aspekty polityczne)
The purpose of the case study is to highlight the main stages, and their characteristics, in
Polish foreign policy towards the Russian Federation in the twenty‑year
period after the end
of Cold War era. The particular attention has been paid to the most recent period in Polish‑Russian
relations that falls between 2008 and 2011. Author emphasizes new accents in Polish
foreign policy towards Russia, which were introduced by the Government of Donald Tusk
after 2008. The principal thesis of the case study assumes that the character of Polish‑Russian
relations in the post‑Cold
War era did depend on Russia and its internal and external policy,
including the policy towards Poland. However, it didn’t depend on it entirely. The Polish‑
Russian relations were also conditioned by Poland, Polish foreign policy and, above all, by
Polish policy towards Russia and its Western neighbors that had formed part of the Union of
Soviet Socialist Republics before. These bilateral relations were also conditioned by the existence
of Polish governing parties’ political will to improve relations with Russia. Both sides,
Poland and Russia, are responsible for the shape of Polish‑Russian
dialogue. In opposition to
the opinion that prevails in Poland, the Author reckons that the successive governing parties
in this country are somewhat responsible for the poor condition of Polish‑Russian
relations in
the post‑Cold
War era. In the case study the Author gives numerous arguments to back up his
statement

Abstrakt: Kierunki ewolucji europejskiego systemu międzynarodowego w pierwszej i drugiej dekadzie XXI wieku
