Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al- Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang
ABSTRAK
Lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan lembaga yang bercirikan Islam dan mempunyai akar budaya yang kuat ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Keberadaan lembaga pendidikan Islam termasuk madrasah sangat diperlukan dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak, akan tetapi disisi lain ada persoalan internal kelembagaan yang dialami diantaranya: kualitas guru, kurikulum, fasilitas yang kurang dan yang lainnya memerlukan solusi yang tepat. Mengatasi masalah tersebut, tidak terlepas dari peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran agar berkembang dengan pesat dan tidak ketinggalan dengan lembaga pendidikan yang lainnya Berpijak dari hal inilah penulis tertarik mengambil judul Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Manajemen Pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang?, Apa faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang? dan Apa usaha kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang?
Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang, faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang, usaha kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang, Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan dalam pengumpulan data, penulis mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, waka, guru, komite, dan siswa. Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati sehingga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan triaggulasi, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan berdiskusi dengan teman sejawat.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat di sampaikan di sini bahwasanya peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran di MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang adalah sebagai leader, manajer, motivator, fasilitator, evaluator, supervisor, sedangkan penerapan manajemen pembelajarannya meliputi:a). Perencanaan, b) pelaksanaan, c). Evaluasi. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang adalah faktor internal meliputi rendahnya sumber daya manusia, kurangnya dana, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana. Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang adalah faktor internal meliputi Tujuan/visi misi madrasah, Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, lingkungan sekolah dan iklim kerja yang baik dan eksternal meliputi kerja sama dengan masyarakat. Sedangkan Upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen pembelajaran MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, dan peran serta masyarakat.
ABSTRACT
Islamic educational institution is an institution characterized by Islam and have strong cultural roots amongst the people. The existence of Islamic educational institutions including madrasas are indispensable in the formation of the child's personality, but on the other hand there are internal problems experienced by such institutions: the quality of teachers, curriculum, facilities that are less and others require a proper solution. Resolve the issue, not apart from the principal role in improving the management of learning to grow rapidly and do not miss with the other educational institutions of this the author Rests interested in taking the title role of the Principal in Improving Learning Management in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang. The formulation of the problem in this study is: How does the principal role in improving the management of learning in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang?, What are the factors inhibiting and supporting management in improving teaching in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang? and What are the principal effort in improving the management of learning in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang?
The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the role of principals in improving the management of learning in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang, limiting factors and management support to improve learning in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang, the principal effort in improving the management of learning in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi poor, the author of this study is included in the qualitative descriptive study. And in data collection, the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation, and informants in this study were the principal, waka, teachers, committees, and students. The author in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely the data is written or verbal behavior of people and observed that in this case the authors attempt to conduct a descriptive study thoroughly about the real situation. Checking the validity of the data in this study by using triaggulasi, increase persistence, and discussions with colleagues.
Results of research on the author can be delivered here that the principal role in improving the management of learning in MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang is a leader, manager, motivator, facilitator, evaluator, supervisor, while the learning management application include: a). Planning, b) implementation, c). Evaluation. The limiting factor in improving the management of learning MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang is the internal factors include the lack of human resources, lack of funds, lack of facilities and infrastructure. Contributing factor in improving the management of learning MI Al Khoiriyah Gondanglegi Malang is the internal factors include goal/vision of Islamic mission, quality human resources, the school environment and a good working climate and includes cooperation with the external community. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Students’ Perceptions Using Slido Application as Learning Media for Social Sciences in a Primary School Students
This research is driven by the subdued classroom atmosphere, evidenced by a lack of student motivation to engage in learning, minimum participation in discussions, and numerous instances of late assignment submissions. Consequently, the author tried to address this issue. Slido, a contemporary learning media and evaluation platform, ultimately provided a solution. This research investigates the perceptions of UIN SATU Tulungagung students regarding the Slido application as a learning medium for the subject of learning IPS for MI/SD. The researcher employs descriptive research with a qualitative approach that aims to elucidate the phenomenon in depth and comprehensively. The participants in this study are 32 students of class B from the fifth semester of the PGMI program during the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity test utilized triangulation and was analyzed using the methods of Mike and Huberman analysis. The findings indicated that students held a positive perception of the Slido application. This research aligns with the ongoing digitalization of learning initiatives. Future researchers are encouraged to investigate a broader range of digital platforms to advance national education

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
