Summary:
Magnesium is a very important macronutrient in the human body. Its main storage is bones. The correct concentration of this macronutrient within the normal range is necessary for the proper functioning of the body. Deficiency of this element negatively affects the entire body. One of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency is depression and other psychiatric disorders. The factors explaining the mechanism of magnesium's antidepressant effect are not fully understood, however,
a relationship between magnesium deficiency and the pathogenesis of depression has been demonstrated. Supplementation with preparations of this element improves the condition in ill people with depression. [3][6]

ASBTRACT
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a known disease among endocrinologists and gynecologists. The aforementioned disease entity affects up to six to twelve percent of women of reproductive age. In 2017, the incidence among women of childbearing age was 82.44 per 100,000 population. A decade ago, it was 1.45% lower. PCOS is a disease in which we have abnormal hormone levels. The result may be a problem with regular menstruation, problems with becoming pregnant, acne or excessive body weight. Most often, patients are diagnosed only when complications occur. It is closely related to a significant reduction in living standards. There are problems such as hair loss, acne and infertility.
In this literature review, we present current treatments for polycystic ovary syndrome based on the latest guidelines. The area of our interest is the use of metformin in the treatment of hyperinsulinemia and after-effects, clomiphene citrate to stimulate ovulation, alleviation of symptoms PCOS with hormone replacement therapy, behavioral changes and diet treatment.

Summary:
Magnesium is a macronutrient that is very important for the proper functioning of the human body. Deficiency of this element is crucial in the development of many disorders in the proper functioning of many organ systems. The optimal level of magnesium has a significant influence on the functioning of the cardiovascular system, among others. Although the factors showing the mechanism of lowering blood pressure by magnesium ions are not fully understood, the influence of the correct concentration of magnesium in the human body on cardiovascular protection is beyond doubt. Magnesium supplementation produces positive effects in the functioning of blood vessels and in maintaining blood pressure within the normal range. In our article, we focused on the role of magnesium in maintaining normal blood pressure at the molecular, cellular and tissue levels, as well as on the impact of magnesium supplementation on reducing blood pressure.

ABSTRACT
CRPSdifferentfrom other chronic pain conditions by the presence of signs indicating autonomic and inflammatory changes in the area of pain.[4]Otherwise called Sudeck syndrome, it is characterized by pain and swelling of the affected limb, and in the final stage - contractures in the joints. The skin becomes dry and trophically changed. If the cause of the symptoms is known, causal treatment is used, if not - the following attempts are made to treat this syndrome. The pathophysiology of CRPS is unknown, so diagnostic tests are used to rule out a pathology other thanComplex Regional PainSyndrome. The average age of onset is 42 years. Statistically, women suffer from the disease three times more often than men. [7]

SUMMARY
Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic autoimmune disease of connective tissue of unknown etiology. Specific for it is the involvement of symmetrically small and medium-sized joints, leading to degradation of their structure, stiffening and muscle contractures. It is also characterized by extra-articular and generalized symptoms, such as fatigue, low-grade fever and sweating. It can occur with or without elevated RF and / or ACPA antibodies, causes disability and contributes to premature death. Drugs for this disease can be categorized into disease-modifying drugs as well as glucocorticosteroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The first-line drug is methotrexate. In case of ineffectiveness of the treatment, biological treatment can be started.

Summary:
High-altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) is a life-threatening form of non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema, that develops within the first 2–5 days in rapidly ascending individuals at altitudes above 2,500-3,000 m. The clinical features are cyanosis, tachypnoea, tachycardia and elevated body temperature generally not exceeding 38.5 °C. It is often severe and potentially fatal manifestation of acute mountain sickness (AMS).
The aim of this study was to assess the methods of prevention and treatment of high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE). Our study material consisted of publications, which were found in PubMed, ResearchGate and Google Scholar databases. The first step was to find proper publications from the last 30 years .The second step was to carry out an overview of the found publications.
Gradual ascent and staged ascent are the most effective methods of prevention of HAPE Pharmacologic prophylaxis with nifedipine should only be considered for individuals with a history of HAPE. Before initiating treatment of HAPE differential diagnosis should be done. Descent shoud be initaited and oxygen therapy shoud be started when HAPE is suspected or diagnosed. If these methods are unavailable, nifedipine or Gamow bag can be used.

SUMMARY
Magnesium is one of the important elements in the human body. It plays an extremely important role in over 300 enzymatic reactions. Magnesium is one of the seven macroelements. Macronutrients are elements that constitute not less than 0.01% of the dry weight of each organism. By definition, their daily requirement exceeds 100 milligrams.
According to Harvard T.H Chan, school of pubic heatlh, the recommended amount of magnesium intake is 400-420 mg per day for men and 310-320 mg for women. Interestingly, it is difficult to overdose on magnesium as excess magnesium is excreted in the urine.12 However, high doses of magnesium can cause diarrhea or nausea.3 The diarrheal effect of magnesium salts results from the osmotic effect of unabsorbed salts in the intestine and colon and the stimulation of gastric motility. 4

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
