Selain itu tujuan praktisnya adalah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut apakah rumah sakit (RSI) bertanggung gugat atas kekurang hati-hatian dokter dalam melakukan tindakan medis yang menyebabkan robeknya usus Muryati berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa rumah sakit (RSI) bertanggung gugat, karena adanya tindakan dokter IAS yang kurang berhati-hati dalam melakukan tindakan medis, yang berakibat robeknya usus Muryati, sehingga Muryati menderita kerugian, dan dokter IAS adalah dokter yang bekerja pada rumah sakit (RSI). Dengan Adanya kerugian yang telah diderita oleh Muryati tersebut, Muryati dapat mengadukan dokter IAS kepada Majelis Kehormatan Disiplin Kedokteran Indonesia (MKDKI), apabila sudah diberikan keputusan oleh MKDKI, maka berdasarkan Pasal 58 ayat (1) UU No. 36 Thn 2009 dan Pasal 46 UU No. 44 Thn 2009 Muryati dapat menuntut ganti rugi terhadap rumah sakit (RSI), selain UU tersebut didasarkan pada Pasal 1367 KUHPerdata berdasarkan Vicarious Liability maka rumah sakit (RSI) harus bertanggung gugat terhadap kerugian yang diderita oleh Muryati, sebagai akibat tindakan dokter IAS yang bekerja pada rumah sakit (RSI)

Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanpadakondisiawalketerampilan guru diperoleh 56%, siklus I diperoleah 68%, siklus II diperoleh 84%, dansiklus III diperoleh 85%,presentasi inya79% dengan indikato rkeberhasilan 75%.Motivasi belajar diperoleh 54%, siklus I diperoleh 58,5%, siklus II diperoleh 76%, siklus III diperoleh 82%, presentasinya 75% dengan indikator keberhasilan 75%. Sedangkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPA pada kondisi awal diperoleh 21,24%,siklus I diperoleh 45,24%,siklus II diperoleh 73,80%,sedangkan pada siklus III 83,33%. presentasinya 80%dengan indikator keberhasilan 80%. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Pengaruh Umur Buah dan Faktor Iklim terhadap Serangan Penggerek Buah Jeruk Citripestis sagitiferella Mr. (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae)
Get PDFABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh umur buah dan faktor iklim terhadap serangan hama penggerek buah jeruk Citripestis sagitiferella. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Batu, Malang mulai bulan Agustus 2001 sampai dengan Juli 2002. Penelitian untuk mendapatkan data serangan penggerek buah jeruk pada berbagai umur buah dan iklim dilakukan dengan metode survei, sedangkan untuk mengetahui komposisi senyawa atsiri pada berbagai umur buah dilakukan dengan jalan ektraksi kulit buah dengan distilasi uap. Minyak hasil ekstraksi tersebut dianalisis komposisinya dengan metode kromatografi gas di Laboratorium Analisis Kimia dan Fisika Pusat Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat serangan C. sagitiferella di lapang dipengaruhi oleh perubahan konsentrasi dari komponen senyawa atsiri dari umur buah yang berbeda dan jumlah hari hujan. Komponen utama minyak atsiri jeruk, yaitu limonen secara sendiri tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang nyata terhadap preferensi ngengat C. sagitiferella, tetapi bersama komponen yang lain berpengaruh meningkatkan preferensi dan jumlah hari hujan yang tinggi meningkatkan tingkat serangan ngengat. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk monitoring hama penggerek C. sagitiferella sehingga saat pengendalian yang tepat dapat ditentukan.ABSTRACT. Muryati. 2007. The Effect of Fruit Maturity and Climatic Factors on Damage Intensity of Citrus Fruit by Fruit borer Citripestis sagitiferella (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae).The objective of this research was to understand the effect of fruit maturity and climatic factors on damage intensity of citrus fruit by fruit borer C. sagitiferella. The experiment was conducted at Batu, Malang from August 2001 to July 2002. The experiment to observe the fruit damage by citrus fruit borer on several fruit maturity and climatic conditions were conducted by survey method, while the composition of volatile compounds was done by extraction of fruit peel through steam distilation. Characterization of volatile compounds composition were analized by gas chromatography at Laboratorium of Physic and Chemistry Analysis, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. The results showed that damage intensity of fruit caused by C. sagitiferella was influenced by concentration of the component of volatile compounds on the different fruit maturity and the number of the rainy days. Limonen as the dominant component on citrus volatile compounds did not affect the preference of C. sagitiferella moth, but along with other components increased the preference. The high number of rainy days increased fruit damages by the moth. The results of this research was usefull for minitoring programe of C. sagitiferella so that the right time of controlling the pest can exactly be decided

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
