Batasan Perubahan Hukum karena berubahnya keadaan menurut Muhammad Qasim al Mansi, studi teoritis analitis
Muhammad Qasim al Mansi adalah salah seorang Doktor Guru Besar di Fakultas Darul Ulum Universitas Kairo, salah seorang anggota Persatuan Ulama Muslim Internasional. Beliau juga adalah seorang Ulama besar yang banyak mengisi Seminar Fiqih Kontemporer tingkat Internasional. Menulis banyak buku yang berkaitan dengan Fiqh kontemporer di antaranya adalah kitab “Taghayyur al Zhuruf wa Asaruhu fi Ikhitlaf al Ahkam fi al Syariah al Islamiyah”. Keistimewaan kitab ini adalah menetapkan batasan dan aturan yang jelas dalam setiap perubahan Hukum, sehingga tidak ada yang berpikir bahwa semua Hukum dapat berubah.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metodologi pendekatan deskriptif analitik yang mengedepankan deskripsi akurat tentang isi penelitian, dimulai dengan mencari Pokok Pembahasan, mengumpulkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan materi penelitian, kemudian diakhiri dengan analisa dan kesimpulan. Adapun sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Data Premier yaitu Kitab yang ditulis oleh Muhammad Qasim al Mansi dan juga wawancara langsung dengan beliau, juga Data sekunder seperti buku-buku fiqh menurut Imam-imam Mazhab dan juga Qawaid Fiqh, serta yang ditulis oleh ulama dan pemikir Muslim atau non muslim.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: Bahwa Islam adalah Agama Rahmat , sesuai dengan setiap masa dan tempat, Syariat Islam bersifat Ilahiyah Rabbaniyah berbasis pada toleransi dan mudah untuk dilaksanakan memiliki tujuan kemanusiaan yang tinggi untuk merespon lingkungan yang berbeda, dan keadaan yang berubah, namun memiliki kemampuan yang jelas untuk mempertahankan keaslian dan esensinya, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh Kaedah “Taghayyur al Ahkam bi Taghayyur al Zaman”. Dalam aplikasi kaedah ini terjadi kegoncangan di antara para pemikir muslim, ada yang terlalu luas dan ada yang terlalu sempit dalam memahami mana hukum yang berubah karena faktor keadaan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Muhammad Qasim al Mansi meletakkan batasan atau persyaratan dalam perubahan hukum yang menjadi jawaban bagi pertanyaan tentang masalah ini. Batasan-batasan ini adalah: (1) Tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan legalitas Quran dan Sunnah, (2) Perubahan tersebut bersifat stabil atau sering, (3) Bersifat Esensial, (4) Memiliki keyakinan yang kuat, (5) Selaras dengan Maqashid Syariah. Reinvestigation of the ν 3 – ν 6 Coriolis interaction in trifluoroiodomethane
An updated fit to the interacting levels ν 3 and ν 6 of CF 3 I has been evaluated in this work.The lowest-frequency fundamental ν 6 of trifluoroiodomethane (CF 3 I) has never been directly observed and analyzed at high resolution in the gas phase. The ν 6 (e) level interacts with ν 3 (a 1 ) at 286.297 cm −1 via a b -axis Coriolis interaction, which perturbs the rotational structure of both levels. In this work, we report low- J microwave transitions (for J ranging from 0–2) within the ν 6 vibrational level. The l -type doubling observed in our spectrum agreed poorly with the predictions of previously published models of the interacting ν 3 – ν 6 levels, prompting us to refine the model. We performed ab initio anharmonic force-field calculations, which were used to constrain some of the parameters, and which served as a check on some of the floated parameters. We fit a dataset consisting of 3593 transitions, which combined our measurements with previous microwave, millimeter wave, and high-resolution infrared observations. Reformasi Pemikiran dan Praktik Pendidikan Islam: Analisis Komparatif atas Gagasan Muhammad Qasim Zaman di Timur Tengah dan Asia Selatan
This article explores the reform of Islamic educational thought and practice through a comparative analysis of Muhammad Qasim Zaman's perspectives on the Middle East and South Asia. The method used in this research is qualitative, using content analysis techniques on Zaman's book, Modern Islamic Thought in a Radical Age: Religious Authority and Internal Criticism, as well as Zaman's other books and writings. The analysis focuses on how religious authority, the role of clerics, and political engagement affect Islamic educational institutions and discourses. The findings show that Zaman presents a critical reflection on the intersection between tradition and modernity in both regions, demonstrating how educational reforms were shaped by debates between traditionalist and modernist currents. These dynamics contributed to the formation of new educational models-such as reformed madrasas and integrated universities-that sought to integrate classical Islamic knowledge with modern sciences. This study highlights Zaman's contribution to understanding the trajectory of Islamic education reform in different socio-political contexts

PENDEKATAN AL-QUR’AN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN POLA PIKIR MENURUT HUDA ABDUL RAHIM MUHAMMAD QASIM MIMANY
The Qur\u27an is a source of knowledge, which explains several fields of science and knowledge for mankind to think about. With reason, humans can utilize this reason by thinking, which will add new insights. The aim of writing this scientific work is to find out the Al-Qur\u27an approach to improving the mind according to Huda Abdul Rahim Muhammad Qasim Mimany. The method used in this research is the library method by collecting data sources from books, journals, articles and other references related to the research. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is content analysis. This research produced findings, namely: 1) The Qur\u27an explains how important it is to use the mind in achieving the goals of life on earth, which is explained in surah al-Baqarah verse 164 and surah an-Nahl verse 125. 2 ) Humans have five senses and conscience can help him to understand his environment, based on surah al-Jasiyah verse 13. Apart from that, human thought is a guide to knowing the truth and achieving the truth by carrying out his obligations and good deeds. 3) Allah SWT glorifies humans who think and have knowledge, because knowledge is the path to God, while reason is the part of humans who think, reflect, and through this gain knowledge. 4) The Qur\u27an as a source of knowledge, which explains several fields of science and knowledge for mankind. This research has enormous potential to make a positive contribution to various aspects of life. This research can be a basis for developing programs that are more effective in improving the quality of human life.Al-qur’an merupakan sumber ilmu, yang mana di dalamnya menjelaskan beberapa bidang ilmu sains dan pengetahuan bagi umat manusia untuk berpikir. Dengan adanya akal, manusia dapat memanfaatkan akal tersebut dengan berpikir, yang akan menambah wawasan baru. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan al-qur’an untuk meningkatkan pikiran menurut Huda Abdul Rahim Muhammad Qasim Mimany. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber data dari buku, jurnal, artikel, dan rujukan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis konten. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan, yaitu: 1) Al-Qur’an menjelaskan betapa pentingnya menggunakan pikiran dalam mencapai tujuan hidup di muka bumi, yang dijelaskan di surah al-Baqarah ayat 164 dan surah an-Nahl ayat 125. 2) Manusia dengan adanya panca indera dan hati nurani dapat membantunya untuk mengetahui lingkungannya, berdasarkan surah al-Jasiyah ayat 13. Selain itu pemikiran manusia sebagai penuntun untuk mengetahui kebenaran dan mencapai kebenaran dengan melaksanakan kewajibannya dan amal shaleh. 3) Allah Swt memuliakan manusia yang berpikir dan memiliki ilmu, karena ilmu merupakan jalan menuju Tuhan, sedangkan akal merupakan bagian dari manusia yang berpikir, merenung, dan dengan melaluinya memperoleh ilmu. 4) Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber ilmu, yang menjelaskan beberapa bidang ilmu sains dan pengetahuan bagi umat manusia. Penelitian ini memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk memberikan kontribusi positif bagi berbagai aspek kehidupan. A Review on Multi-organ Cancer Detection Using Advanced Machine Learning Techniques
Abnormal behaviors of tumors pose a risk to human survival. Thus, the detection of cancers at their initial stage is beneficial for patients and lowers the mortality rate. However, this can be difficult due to various factors related to imaging modalities, such as complex background, low contrast, brightness issues, poorly defined borders and the shape of the affected area. Recently, computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) models have been used to accurately diagnose tumors in different parts of the human body, especially breast, brain, lung, liver, skin and colon cancers. These cancers are diagnosed using various modalities, including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), colonoscopy, mammography, dermoscopy and histopathology. The aim of this review was to investigate existing approaches for the diagnosis of breast, brain, lung, liver, skin and colon tumors. Chirped-pulse Fourier transform microwave spectrum of the HCl–DCl heterodimer
Hydrohalic acid dimers provide a fundamental opportunity to study hydrogen bond rearrangement dynamics at a high level of detail. The (HCl)2 and (DCl)2 homodimers do not have a pure rotational spectrum due to rapid geared tunneling motions that interchange the role of the hydrogen bond donor and acceptor. In this work, we report the pure rotational spectrum of HCl–DCl, which has a preference for deuterium in the hydrogen bond donor position. However, the quadrupole coupling constants indicate a significant amount of geared tunneling, consistent with significant zero-point wavefunction amplitude in the less stable DCl–HCl configuration. A comparison of experimental results with previously published wavefunction calculations based on model and ab initio potentials is consistent with a picture in which about 14% of the probability density distribution is located in the less stable well.National Science Foundation 10.13039/10000000
