Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) untuk mengetahui peran perempuan dalam
upaya meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga pada bisnis rumahan di Kecamatan
Pattalasang Kabupaten Gowa (2) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mendukung dan
menghambat peran perempuan dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga pada
bisnis rumahan di Kecamatan Pattalasang Kabupaten Gowa.
Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kasus
sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deksriptif kulaitatif, data yang
dikumpulkan dengan mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi kasus pada
penelitian ini adalah 10 orang perempuan yang sekaligus berperan sebagai bisnis rumahan di
Kecamatan Pattalasang Kabupaten Gowa.
Berdasarkan hasil dari pembahasan tentang peran perempuan dalam upaya
meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga pada bisnis rumahan di Kecamatan Pattalasang
Kabupaten Gowa. Peneliti menemukan kesimpulan sebagai berikut (1) peran perempuan
dalam upaya meningatkan perekonomian rumah tangga pada dapat dilihat dari peran seorang
perempuan(rumah tangga di Kecamatan Pattalasang) yang banyak membantu memajukan
perekonomian keluarga (2)faktor-faktor yang mendorong seorang perempuan untuk bekerja
antara lain adalah ekonomi keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan suami, jumlah
tanggungan keluarga, dan jam kerja. Sedangkan kesulitan yang sering kali dihadapi oleh
seorang ibu yang bekerja diantaranya yaitu faktor internal yakni manajemen waktu, dan
faktor eksternal seperti dukungan suami, kehadiran anak-anak, masalah pekerjaan,peraturan
kerja, serta faktor relasional.

No full textThis research originated from the author’s interest in seeing the phenomena that occurred in the national political in 2019, which in that year was a political year, namely the implementation of elections simultaneously throughout the archipelago both in elections for the executive body to the legislative body starts from the national level to the local level each political contestant has considerable moral and materian encouragement from the investors in every process of implementing the election, both at the local and national levels. Thus bringing the author to take a deeper look at the political participation of entrepreneurs in taking their participation in every procession of winning Mrs. Khofifah and Emil Dardak in the election for Governor of East Java in 2018. Then because that, the author uses two problem formulations in this study as follows: (1) How is the process of political participation of entrepeneurs in winning Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawansa, M.Si and Dr. H. Emil Elistianto Dardak, M.Sc in the election for Governor of East Java in 2018? (2) What are the reasons for entrepeneurs involved in the winning process Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawansa, M.Si and Dr. H. Emil Elistianto Dardak, M.Sc in the election for Governor of East Java in 2018? To be able to answer the problem formulation the writer uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this study, the authors used data collection teach techniques in the form of observation, interviewes, and documentation. And for the theory used in the study the writer uses two theoretical approaches, namely Milbart and Goel’s theory of political participation and Gordon Tullock’s theory of rent seeking. The results of this study indicate that the political participation of entrepeneurs and political elite rulers are two things that can’t be separated in any political process, either acting as a political contestant or acting as an election winning still take team, an entrepreneur will still take on their respective roles according to the resources they have. Have to process in the political world, especially in the 2018 East Java regional elections, this is done with the aim that any political policy related to the business world can provide great benefits or the businesses they are in

No full textThis research is motivated by mathematics which has a very important role in the development of scientific disciplines and developing human thinking. In mathematics there are several concepts, one of which is the concept of geometry. Geometry is still a difficult material for students, especially in the curved side of the cylinder. This causes the low learning achievement of students in the material. One of the learning models that can be used to improve mathematics learning outcomes is project-based learning. This learning model with a piggy bank project can foster a more active and creative learning attitude in students. This study aims to determine the effect of project-based learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IX students on tube material using the piggy bank project. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The research model used was post-test only control group design. The population in this study were 9th grade students of SMPN 15 Kota Serang. This study involved two sample classes, namely class IX D as the experimental class and class IX E as the control class. The data collection technique used a test instrument consisting of 5 description questions. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that there was a positive effect of project-based learning on math learning achievement.

This Field working practice was intended to fulfill graduation requirement
for Diploma 3 Law program, vocational school, GadjahMada University and to
obtain degree AhliMadyaHukum. Benefit author get during field working practice
is real experience as candidate professional employee. Author can share
creativity in working world particularly in law field and apply knowledge
obtained in class in working field in Yogyakarta Religion Court.
Result of this final assignment report indicated that substituting heir
system may occur when people relate directly to the grantor has died. The
regulation is stipulated in Article 185 of the Islamic Law compilation explaining
that (1) heir that dies before the grantor, their standing may be replaced by their
son, except for them mentioned in article 17

No full textThis thesis discusses the Independent Entrepreneurship Program 2023 which discusses all the activities carried out by the author when carrying out activities from start to finish and carrying out activities at the UMKM Bamboe Koening Farm goat farm. Wirausaha Merdeka is a policy that aims to encourage students to be creative and innovative after graduating from college. Wirausaha Merdeka as part of the implementation of the independent campus policy is a strategic program that is beneficial for students in presenting and enhancing the development of entrepreneurial skills. Apart from this, in the Independent Entrepreneurship program, there is also an internship program that can find out what problems the Bamboe Koening Farm MSMEs are experiencing and what solutions are being carried out to prevent these problems. The implementation of Wirausaha Merdeka was carried out for 5 (five) months from August 05, 2023, to December 12, 2023. The basic method used in this thesis is Direct Practice. In this report, the author reviews the activities of the 2023 Merdeka Entrepreneurship, Internships at the Bamboe Koening Farm etawagoat farm, superior products produced from goat milk, and problems that exist during the 2023 Merdeka Entrepreneurship activities. The result of the Merdeka Entrepreneurship program implemented by the author is that the author can gain experience in entrepreneurship well in carrying out all activities

No full textThe final assignment report of the Certified Student Internship Program discusses all activities carried out by the author while carrying out an internship at Jasa Tirta II Public Company. Certified Student Internship Program is a real manifestation of BUMN in the community and presents synergy "BUMN' present for the country" which aims to provide a true picture of work in order to create superior human resources and global competitiveness. In addition, it aims to know the working patterns in Jasa Tirta II Public Company and can be implemented well by the author. The internship was conducted for 6 months from August 14, 2020 to February 14, 2021. The basic methods used in this report are Interviews, Observations, Field Practice, and Case Studies. In this report, the author reviews the analysis of changes in Organizational Structure and Work Procedure (SOTK), due to changes in the rules of directors of organizational structure and work procedures in Jasa Tirta II Public Company that coincides in the sub-field of writers namely Organizational Development and Industrial Relations. Good SOTK is very important in the sustainability of the company in order to perform well. The results of the internship practice carried out by the author is to show positive value in working and gaining good work experience

No full textCV Mustka Flamboyant is a company which engages in beverage industry. It produces drinking product with lemon as the basic ingredients. The product called Jeniper. Jeniper is quite well-known in its origins, but unfortunately not outside the city. This is caused by CV Mustika Flamboyant's promotional strategies which was not really intensive.
This issue attracted the author�s attention to conduct research about marketing�s Jeniper. The reseacrh analyzed Jeniper�s marketing strategy and made additional strategy for CV Mustika Flamboyant. The author also used I-E matrix analysis to determine the position of the company on IE quadrant. This research used both quantitive and qualitative approach as the research methods. Meanwhile, author used SWOT analysis which consists of of S(strengthness), W(weakness), O(opportunities), and T(Threatness). Questionnaire was used as a tool to assess the current condition of the company in accordance with the concept of SWOT. The questionnaire was disseminated to CV Mustika Flamboyant's employees and Jeniper's consumers.
The result of the questionnaire showed that CV Mustika Flamboyant located in the first quadrant in the IE matrix. It means that CV Mustika Flamboyant is in the growth strategy. Growth strategy was designed to achieve growth in sales, assets, profit, or the combination of all three. Last but not least, author recommended CV Mustika Flamboyant to continue innovating in promoting Jeniper so it can dominate both local market and the market outside its origin
