Kata Kunci: Model Quantum Writing, Kemampuan Menulis, Karangan Deskripsi Proses pembelajaran menulis karangan dalam Bahasa Indonesia di SDN Martopuro 1 ini kurang meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, terutama dalam menulis karangan deskripsi. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil karangan deskripsi siswa yang tidak sesuai dengan kaidah Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Peneliti menggunakan model Quantum Writing sebagai model untuk pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karangan deskripsi. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikanpenerapan modelQuantum Writinguntukmeningkatkankemampuanmenuliskarangandeskripsi siswakelas IVA SDN Martopuro 1 Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan dan untuk mendeskripsikanpeningkatan kemampuan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa kelas IVA SDN Martopuro 1 Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan setelah penerapan model Quantum Writing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, penilaian aktivitas siswa dan hasil menulis karangan deskripsi. Peneliti menerapkan 2 siklus pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil kemampuan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa meningkat cukup signifikan. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai rata-rata 78,68 dan nilai tersebut masuk dalam kategori baik. Adapun dari 37 siswa kelas IVA, terdapat 2 siswa yang tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran menulis karangan deskripsi menggunakan model Quantum Writing terdapat tahapan yang memudahkan siswa. Tahap-tahap tersebut, yaitu: (a) tahap persiapan ; (b) tahap draf kasar; (c) tahap berbagi, (d) tahap revisi, (e) tahap penyuntingan, (f) tahap penulisan kembali dan (g) tahap evaluasi. Guru harus menguasai dan menerapkan pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam menulis karangan, sehingga siswa menjadi antusias, aktif dan termotivasi

This study analyzes the Factors Affecting Supervision of the Work of Highways Employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs Office of the Riau Islands Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research type with a qualitative descriptive research type which aims to provide a factual and accurate systematic description of the data in the field regarding work supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques that are used to obtain information about the Factors of Work Supervision. Monitoring indicators used are direct supervision, indirect supervision and preventive supervision. Get PDFUnpredictable global warming is still an environmental issue that is often discussed in most countries including Indonesia. Companies must voluntarily disclose carbon emissions in order to gain the trust of investors and potential investors and increase company profits. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of company size, institutional ownership, and leverage on carbon emission disclosure in energy sector and industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sample consisted of 42 companies using a purposive sampling method, while the data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size has a significant positive effect on carbon emission disclosure, while institutional ownership and leverage have no effect on carbon emission disclosure
Sustainability Reporting: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik Pada Database Scopus
Get PDFThe aims of this study is to capture the development of sustainability reporting research using the Scopus Database. This study use bibliometric method to present quantitative result in capturing those development. There are several indicators used such as citation numbers, authorship, source of the articles, theory mapping, research approaches and country. The result show that the highest citation number for sustainability reporting were 861. The most research approach used is qualitative and the commonly used theories in the field of sustainability reporting is legitimacy and stakeholders theory. GarcÃa-Sánchez I.M was the most productive author in publishing sustainability reporting research with 12 total number of publication. Based on the article source journal of cleaner production was the most leading journal in sustainability reporting research with 76 publications on it. Based on the country, USA has the highest number of sustainability reporting publication than many other countries
