PT. Pertamina ini merupakan salah satu industri perusahaan yang terletak
di kecamatan Kramat dan diresmikan sekitar tahun 2019. Jalan alternative Tegal –
Slawi tergolong pada jalan yang mengalami tingkat kemacetan lumayan tinggi,
beroprasinya PT. Pertamina ini secara langsung akan mengakibatkan perubahan
arus lalu lintas, beban jalan, dan kapasitas jalan. Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk
mengetahui besar dampak yang diakibatkan oleh pengoperasian PT. Pertamina
terhadap kinerja lalu lintas Jalan Alternatif Tegal – Slawi. Dengan mengetahui
kinerja lalu lintas, nantinya akan diprediksi perkembangan kinerja lalu lintasnya
untuk beberapa tahun kedepan.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan mengumpulkan data
secara langsung dilapangan yaitu survei volume kendaraan dengan teknik traffic
counting, survei bangkitan, dan survei dengan teknik inventaris yang bertujuan
untuk mengukur geometrik jalan. Data tersebut dihitung dan kemudian di input ke
aplikasi PTV Vissim untuk mengetahui kondisi beban jalan pada 20 tahun
mendatang.
Setelah dilakukan penelitian, didapatkan nilai bangkitan sebesar 102,7 smp
yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap ruas hari kerja sebesar 1,4% dan pengaruh
terhadap ruas hari libur sebesar 1,69%, serta didapatkan pula prediksi kinerja ruas
jalan yang terdampak oleh PT Pertamina pada hari kerja dan hari libur selama 20
tahun mendatang. Pada tahun 2020 pada hari kerja dengan nilai V/C Ratio 0,44
Los B mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2040 dengan nilai V/C Ratio sebesar 1,71
Los F. Hari libur pada tahun 2020 dengan nilai V/C Ratio 0,34 Los B mengalami
kenaikan pada tahun 2040 dengan nilai V/C Ratio sebesar 1,30 Los F.

Membangun Kesalehan Sosial melalui Dakwah di Bulan Suci Ramadhan 1446 H
The holy month of Ramadan is considered an opportune moment for the performance of good deeds. Muslims engage in a greater number of acts of worship during the month of Ramadan than at any other time. Consequently, this period is considered optimal for a Da’i to disseminate the tenets of Islam. It is through this da’wah that the formation of piety in an individual is aspired to be achieved. The present research is classified as qualitative, incorporating two approaches: the field study approach and the autoethnographic approach. This approach is employed because, in addition to the author going directly to the field, the author as a researcher is also the object under study, because the author himself delivers da’wah messages. The findings of this study demonstrate that, in addition to mau’idhah hasanah, wisdom constitutes an approach adopted by the author in their preaching. This approach is employed to adapt to the mad’unya. For instance, in a discourse directed towards mothers, the author employs the theme of maintaining one's verbal conduct. In the context of delivering a sermon to students, the author employs the theme of the significance of manners and knowledge. In the context of tarawih prayer congregations during Ramadan, the author employed the theme of piety as the underlying purpose of fasting. In the context of halal bi halal events, the author employs the theme of maintaining silaturrahim. The dissemination of da’wah messages that are tailored to the mad'unya is anticipated for the author as a preacher, with the objective of fostering piety in individuals according to their specific needs
Peran orangtua dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim telaah Al-Qur’an Surat Luqman ayat 12-19

كما عرفنا أن التربية مهم في الحياة، اينما التعليم يستطيع أن يحمل الإنسان إلى السعادة الحقيقية. على الأخص التربية الإسلامية، لأن بعلوم الدين يجعل الإنسان عنده الوجهة في خطوة، حتى يخلق شخصية مطابقا بإرشاد الشريعة. والوالدين هو حجر اول في تكوين شخصية المسلم، بجانب ذلك لابد من الوالدين ان يكون أسوة حسنة لوالده لخلق الجيل المستقبل الطاعة في الدين ويسير كل شيئ في الحياة مطابقا بالمعيار أو المعالم الشريعة.
وأما أهداف هذا البحث يعنى 1) لتعيين شخصية المسلم في سورة لقمان الآية 12-19. 2) لتعيين دور الوالدين في تكوين شخصية المسلم مطالعة القرآن سورة لقمان الآية 12-19.
ولحصول إلى الأهداف الآتية، استخدمت الباحثة المدخل الكيفي بنوع البحوث المكتبية. لأن البيانات في هذا البحث بشكل الصورة، الكتب أو المقالات المكتبية. نحصل البيانات بطريقة الوثائق من القرآن، السنة والكتب. والكتاب التفسير يكون المراجع الأساسى عند الباحثة لفهم الآية الأتية. وأحليل البيانات بالقاعدة الحث، الإستنتاجي والمقارن. واستخدمت الباحثة الطريقة الموضوعى والطريقة التفسيري.
وأما نتائج البحث هو 1) سلوك شخصية المسلم في سورة لقمان الآية 12-19 يشمل على ثلاثة وجهة الأساسية، أولا التربية العقيدة، تشمل على: تحريض الشكر، منع الشرك بالله والإيمان بوجود الجزاء على ما فعل. ثانيا التربية الشريعة، تشمل على أمر لإقامة الصلاة وعمل معروف نهى المنكر. ثالثا التربية الاخلاقية، تشمل على أمر لحسن العمل إلى الوالدين، نهى عن المتكبر وأمر عن المتأدب والكلام اللطيف. 2) دور الوالدين لوجود تكوين شخصية المسلم بطريقة الموعظة، إما بالنصيحة المباشرة أو بالطريقة التذكير.
ABSTRACT
Education is the most important thing in life, where education is capable of delivering essential happiness on someone. His primary religious education religious science, because someone will have to bow in the Act, resulting in a personality in accordance with the guidance of Shari'ah. The parent is the first stone in the formation of the personality of the person, in addition parents should get to be giving a good Queen for her children so that the next generation created a devout in religion and run everything in accordance with the norm of life or signs that fit the Shari'ah.
The purpose of this study is to: (1) identify the muslim personality in the Quran surat Luqman v. 12-19, (2) identify the role of parents in shaping the personality of Muslims in the Qur'an surat Luqman v. 12-19.
To achieve the above purposes then this research using qualitative research approach with the types of research libraries (library reseach), because the data are examined in the form of papers, books, or articles that are sourced from the library. Data is obtained by using the method of documentation that is taken from the Quran, the Sunnah, and books. Tafsir book became the major reference by the author to understand these verses. Data were analyzed using the method of inductive, deductive, and comparative. In addition, the author also uses the maudhu'i method or hermeunetik method and thematic.
As for the results of the research indicate that, (1) the attitude of muslim personalities contained in letter 12-19 verse Luqman covers three principal aspects of education, first, education advice include: aqeedah grateful, the prohibition of God, and believes the Allied presence in return for what he has done. Second, the education of Shariah include: command set up prayer and charity ma'ruf nahi commands it. Third, moral education include: orders do good to both parents, the prohibition to behave arrogant, impolite commands as well as and to talk meek. (2) the role of parents to realize the establishment of muslim personalities by using mau'idzah, either by way of advice directly or by way of tadzkir or warnings.

Pendidikan merupakan hal paling penting dalam kehidupan, di mana pendidikan mampu mengantarkan seseorang pada kebahagiaan yang hakiki. Utamanya pendidikan agama, karena dengan ilmu agama seseorang akan mempunyai haluan dalam bertindak, sehingga terciptalah kepribadian yang sesuai dengan tuntunan syari’at. Orangtua merupakan batu pertama dalam pembentukan kepribadian seseorang, selain itu orangtua harus bisa menjadi suri tauladan yang baik bagi anak-anaknya agar tercipta generasi berikutnya yang taat dalam beragama dan menjalankan segala sesuatu dalam kehidupan sesuai dengan norma atau rambu-rambu yang sesuai syari’at.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mengidentifikasi kepribadian muslim dalam Al-Qur’an surat Luqman ayat 12-19, (2) mengidentifikasi peran orangtua dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim dalam Al-Qur’an surat Luqman ayat 12-19.
Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach), karena data-data yang diteliti berupa naskah-naskah, buku, atau artikel-artikel yang bersumber dari kepustakaan. Data-data diperoleh dengan mnggunakan metode dokumentasi yang diambil dari Al-Qur’an, as-Sunnah, dan buku-buku. Kitab tafsir menjadi rujukan utama oleh penulis untuk memahami ayat-ayat tersebut. Data-data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah induktif, deduktif, dan komparatif. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan metode maudhu’i atau tematik dan metode hermeunetik.
Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) sikap kepribadian muslim yang terdapat dalam surat Luqman ayat 12-19 meliputi tiga aspek pokok pendidikan, pertama, pendidikan aqidah meliputi:anjuran bersyukur, larangan menyekutukan Allah, dan meyakini adanya balasan atas apa yang telah diperbuat. Kedua, pendidikan syari’ah meliputi: perintah mendirikan shalat dan perintah amal ma’ruf nahi munkar. Ketiga, pendidikan akhlak meliputi: perintah berbuat baik kepaa kedua orangtua, larangan berperilaku sombong, dn perintah sopan serta berbicara lemah lembut. (2) peran orangtua untuk mewujudkan pembentukan kepribadian muslim dengan menggunakan cara mau’idzah, baik dengan nasehat secara langsung maupun dengan cara tadzkir atau peringata
Perancangan Animasi Keris Berbasis Augmented Reality sebagai Sarana Pengembangan Hasil Kebudayaan Jawa dengan Media Baru
When it comes to cultural richness, it can’t be denied that Indonesia has abundant amount of cultural products. As Indonesian citizens who love culture, the diversity of existing cultural products should always be preserved and developed in order to maintain the echo of the existence of a distinct culture. It goes well with a statement that says, “culture is a reflection of national character and identity”. Referring to the meaning of the word “preserve” whic is maintaining the philosophical values as they are in an existing culture, while “developing” in this context means taking the values from the original Indonesian culture and then combining them with new external elements without losing their very own characteristics. This scientific text explains the process of designing a short animation in the form of a keris which had been combined with a touch of fantasy, and then displayed using augmented reality (AR) system. This animation plays its role to developing one of the Javanese cultural product, especially keris, without losing the distinctive characteristics of the keris itself. In creating this animation, the author, who also acts as the animation designer, used Clip Studio Paint software to create visual assets for the animation, then converted it to GIF format using the Procreate appliacation, and finally imaged it in AR form using a software called Adobe Aero. The result of this series of processes is a QR code that can be scanned with a smart phone which will display a short animation of the keris itself in AR form. But, note that the audiences must first download Adobe Aero on their smart phone to watch the animation
Nano-graphene oxide/polyurethane nanofibers: mechanically flexible and myogenic stimulating matrix for skeletal tissue engineering
For skeletal muscle engineering, scaffolds that can stimulate myogenic differentiation of cells while possessing suitable mechanical properties (e.g. flexibility) are required. In particular, the elastic property of scaffolds is of importance which helps to resist and support the dynamic conditions of muscle tissue environment. Here, we developed highly flexible nanocomposite nanofibrous scaffolds made of polycarbonate diol and isosorbide-based polyurethane and hydrophilic nano-graphene oxide added at concentrations up to 8%. The nano-graphene oxide incorporation increased the hydrophilicity, elasticity, and stress relaxation capacity of the polyurethane-derived nanofibrous scaffolds. When cultured with C2C12 cells, the polyurethane–nano-graphene oxide nanofibers enhanced the initial adhesion and spreading of cells and further the proliferation. Furthermore, the polyurethane–nano-graphene oxide scaffolds significantly up-regulated the myogenic mRNA levels and myosin heavy chain expression. Of note, the cells on the flexible polyurethane–nano-graphene oxide nanofibrous scaffolds could be mechanically stretched to experience dynamic tensional force. Under the dynamic force condition, the cells expressed significantly higher myogenic differentiation markers at both gene and protein levels and exhibited more aligned myotubular formation. Kreativitas guru Agama Islam dalam memotivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran Fiqih Kelas II di MI Plus Walisongo Trenggalek

التربية في إندونيسيا لا تزال نادرة في تلبية المعلمين الذين هم قادرون على تطوير قدراتهم الإبداعية، لاسيما من المعلمين في مجال الدين. تطوير الإبداع في التعلم مهم جدا لأنه إذا لم يكن قادرا على تطوير الإبداع أو المواد أو الطريقة في التعلم فسيكون التعلم مملا وغير ناجح. ينبغي أن يكون المعلم المهنية قادرا على خلق الأفكار أو الإبداع الذي يمكن على التسبب في الروح والحماس للمتعلمين في عملية التعلم في الفصل.
هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الإبداع لمعلم الفقه في MI زائد والي سانغا ترينغاليك في التخطيط، التنفيذ والتقييم مادة الفقه الصف 2 في MI الزائد والي سانغا ترينغاليك ومعرفة الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية للطلاب بعد تعلم الإبداع من معلم الفقه المذكور.
لتحقيق الأهداف المذكورة أجرى البحث النوعي. يتم جمع البيانات الداعمة من خلال الملاحظة، المقابلات، والتوثيق متعلقا بالتركيز البحثي. دور الكاتب هنا كالمراقب في المراقبة، في حين لتحليل البيانات استخدم الكاتب متنوعة من أساليب جمع البيانات، من البيانات التي تم جمعها من سجلات الميدان، المقابلات والتوثيق. ثم تجميعها وتنظيمها حيث يمكن الإجابة على صياغة المشاكل التي صاغها الباحث.
أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مؤشرات لتخطيط المعلمين في عملية التعليم مما يلي: أ) صياغة الأهداف التعليمية، ب) القدرة على المواد، ج) إعداد الأداة أو الوسيلة للتعليم، د) وضع تخطيط التدريس، ه) أدوات الإعداد أو وسائل الإعلام، و) إعداد الأدوات لتقييم التدريس. أمل الطريقة أو الإبداع من معلم الفقه الصف 2 على النحو التالي: أ) المحاضرات ب) طريقة السؤال والجواب، ج) طريقة إعطاء الوظيفة، د) طريقة المناقشة، ه) طريقة الممارسة أو المظاهرة. أما التأثير الإيجابي من إبداع المعلمين هو تحسين روح التعلم للطلاب، يصبح الطلاب أكثر نشاطا وتركيزا وحبا لدرس الفقه
ABSTRACT
Education in Indonesia is still rare to find teachers who are able to develop their creativity, moreover, teachers in the field of religion. Developing creativity in learning is very important because if they cannot develop their creativity or materials or methods in the learning, the learning itself will be boring and not successful. A professional teacher must be able to create ideas or creativity which will trigger the spirit and enthusiasm of learners in the learning process in class.
This study was aimed to know the creativity of fiqh teachers in MI Plus Walisongo Trenggalek in planning, executing and evaluating the subject of fiqh Grade 2 of MI Plus Walisongo Trenggalek and to know the positive and negative impacts on the students after knowing the creativity of the fiqh teachers.
To achieve these objectives a qualitative research was conducted. The supporting data was collected through observation, interviews, and studying documents related to the focus of research. The author here had a role as an observer in the observation, while for the data analysis the author used various data collection techniques, namely from a lot of data collected from field notes, interviews and documentation. It was then grouped and organized so that it could answer the formulation of problems formulated by researchers.
The results of research showed that the indicators of planning of teachers in the teaching process included: a) formulation of teaching objectives, b) material mastery, c) preparation of tools or means of education, d) creation of lesson plans, e) preparation of tools or teaching media, f) preparation of teaching evaluation tool. As for methods or the creativity of fiqh teachers Grade 2 were as followed: a) method of lecture, b) question and answer method, c) method of giving tasks, d) method of discussion, e) method of practice or demonstration. While the positive impact of the creativity of teachers was that it could improve the students’ spirit of learning, students became more active, focused and liked the lesson of fiqh
ABSTRAK
Pendidikan di Indonesia ini masih jarang di temui guru-guru yang mampu mengembangkan kreativitasnya, apa lagi guru-guru dalam bidang keagamaan. Mengembangkan kreativitas dalam pembelajaran itu sangat penting karena jika tidak mampu mengembangkan kreativitas atau bahan atau metode dalam pembelajaran maka pembelajaran tersebut akan membosankan dan tidak berhasil. Seorang guru yang professional harus mampu menciptakan ide-ide atau kreativitas yang mampu memicu semangat dan antusias peserta didik dalam proses belajar didalam kelas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru fiqih di MI Plus Walisongo Trenggalek dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi mata pelajaran fiqih kelas 2 di MI Plus Walisongo Trenggalek serta mengetahui dampak postif dan negative siswa setelah mengetahui kreativitas guru fiqih tersebut.
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian kualitatif. Data pendukung dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara (interview) , dan study dokumen yang terkait dengan focus penelitian. Penulis disisni berperan sebagai pengamat dalam observasi, sedangkan untuk analisis data penulis menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu dari banyak data yang terkumpul dari catatan lapangam, wawancara dan dokumtentasi. Kemudian dikelompokkan dan diorganisasikan sehingga dapat menjawab rumusan masalah yang dirumuskan oleh peneliti.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator perencanaan guru dalam proses pengajaran meliputi: a) perumusan tujuan pengajaran, b) penguasaan materi, c) penyiapan alat atau sarana pendidikan, d) pembuatan rencana pembelajaran, e) penyiapan alat atau media pembelajaran, f) penyiapan alat evaluasi pengajaran. Adapun metode atau kreativitas guru fiqih kelas 2 sebagai berikut : a) metode ceramah, b) metode Tanya jawab, c) metode pemberian tugas, d) metode diskusi, e) metode praktek atau demonstrasi. An analysis of the Concept of Freedom and its Implications for Educational Theory and Practice in Egypt, 1805-2000
The current study attempts to analyse the learners' right to freedom in education in order to determine the nature and content of their education. This analysis will be in relation to the philosophy of education in Egypt to improve the efficiency of the educational system. In this sense the aims of the study can be determined as follows: first to propose a theoretical framework of freedom in education in relation to its meaning, conditions, restrictions and
value, secondly, to develop this theoretical framework of education based on freedom so that it suits Egyptian society, can improve the efficiency of the educational system through the idea of freedom, and thirdly, to identify the difficulties and challenges that might
confront the claim to freedom in education in Egypt.
To achieve these aims the study contains seven chapters, an introduction, a conclusion and appendix that are necessary to achieve its aims and answer its questions. The introduction discusses the general outline of the study and the major issues, questions, aims, methodology and plan of the study. The main aim of chapter one is to analyse the concept of freedom in western and Islamic thought to build a theoretical framework of the meaning of freedom, its conditions and value, which is necessary and important to construct a theoretical framework of the meaning, conditions and value of freedom in education for
learners at school level. Chapter two aims to construct a theoretical framework of freedom in education that will depend on the analysis of the concept of freedom made in chapter one. This analysis will deal with the implications of freedom in education with respect to its conditions, restrictions and value in education. Through this analysis, chapter two aims also to analyse and examine the learners' rights to be free regarding their education. To have a
complete theoretical framework of freedom in education, chapter three discusses other implications with respect to restrictions which might limit learners' freedom by being
subject to state authority.
Chapter four investigates and analyses freedom in educational theory and practice in the history of Egypt from 1805 to 1991, whereas chapter five focuses on the period from 1992 to 2000. Following the analysis of the concept of freedom and its implications in education that will be made in the first five chapters, it would be sensible to construct a framework of educational theory based on freedom that, on one hand, should suite the Egyptian context in chapter six, on the other hand, that guarantees a range of freedom that allows learners and
society derive benefit from its value in education. Having proposed a framework of a theory of education based on freedom that suits the Egyptian context to improve the
efficiency of its educational system chapter seven will discover and examine the conditions and difficulties which need to be considered for the successful implementation of freedom in education. Also, the study will attempt to give some suggestions that might help to reduce the gap between the educational situation, its circumstances and the conditions that must be satisfied for the successful implementation of freedom in education
