The author has offered his own vision on this issue. In particular, the author has defined the principles of the legal basis, scientific and practical basis as the main sources of forming particular forensic
technique. Herewith the principle of legal basis means obligatory accounting the requirements of
regulatory acts related to the developed scientific product. The scientific basis provides the knowledge and use of the latest achievements of criminalistics and other sciences, the provisions of which
are needed to build the appropriate technique, as well as compliance with the general rules of research in the process of its formation. In its turn, information and practical basis means obligatory deep studying by a researcher of criminal
activities of a certain type, features in detecting and investigation of the variety of crimes, their prevention, as well as the account of the needs and opportunities of operative and search, investigative,

The author discusses the basic theoretical assumptions by analyzing the issue of participation in relation to Polish and foreign literature of the subject. Available from: http://www.ijmyco.org/text.asp?2019/8/4/341/271478Головна мета статті - вивчити ефективність антитуберкульозної хіміотерапії у пацієнтів з рецидивом туберкульозу легень порівняно з пацієнтами з недавно діагностованим процесом.Background: To study the effectiveness of antituberculosis chemotherapy in patients with relapse pulmonary tuberculosis (RTB) compared with patients with the newly diagnosed process. Methods: We examined 285 TB patients, including 126 individuals with RTB (Group 1) and 159 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis (NDPTB) (Group 2). All patients were diagnosed with infiltrative PTB. Effectiveness of the basic course of antimycobacterial treatment was assessed in accordance with the following data: time required for the normalization of clinical manifestations, smear conversion, cavity healing, disappearance of infiltrative and focal changes in the pulmonary tissue, as well as the final clinical effectiveness of therapy. Results: Disappearance of clinical symptoms was statistically significantly faster in Group 2 compared with RTB patients in 2.25 ± 0.11 and 3.40 ± 0.15 months, respectively (P < 0.001). Sputum culture conversion was observed after 6 months of treatment in 138 (86.79%) patients with NDPTB and 89 (72.22%) patients from Group 1 (P = 0.0023). Closure of cavities and disappearance of infiltrative and focal changes in the lungs occurred within 6 months of chemotherapy only in 55 (43.65%) patients with RTB and 93 (58.49%) patients with NDPTB (P = 0.0133). Conclusions: Standard treatment for patients with NDPTB is considered successful in case of faster health improvement and stabilization, less pronounced rates of toxic adverse reactions to antiTB drugs, faster sputum smear and culture conversion and cavity healing, signs of clinical and radiological convalescence, and the reduced number of large residual changes after the treatment compared with RTB.Главная цель статьи - изучить эффективность антитуберкулезной химиотерапии у пациентов с рецидивом туберкулеза легких по сравнению с пациентами с недавно диагностированным процессом

Analiza literatury przedmiotu, wyników badań oraz doświadczeń autorki w zakresie organizacji szkolnego wolontariatu w grupie młodych osób reprezentujących pokolenie Z pozwoliła odpowiedzieć na pytania dotyczące tego, jak należy organizować wolontariat wśród młodych ludzi z pokolenia Z. W końcowej części artykułu autorka na podstawie własnych doświadczeń jako koordynatorka wolontariatu opisuje sylwetkę młodego, szkolnego wolontariusza.The article presents a short description of the generation Z in terms of values, expectations, attitudes, character traits and motivation to volunteering work. The analysis of the literature on the subject, research results and the author’s experience in the organization of school volunteering in a group of young people representing generation Z, allowed to answer questions on how to organize volunteering among young people from generation Z. In the final part of the article the author, on the basis of her own experience as a volunteering coordinator, describes the figure of young school volunteer

Wielokulturowość w (przed)pandemicznym świecie i jej znaczenie dla procesu uczenia się międzykulturowego
No full textZjawisko wielokulturowości jest jednym z kluczowych wyznaczników kreujących współczesny świat i relacje międzyludzkie, oparte między innymi na spotkaniu z Innym. Głównym celem rozważań w prezentowanym tekście jest ukazanie tego, w jaki sposób zagrożenie epidemiologiczne związane z rozprzestrzenianiem się wirusa SarsCov2 zmieniło perspektywę postrzegania wielokulturowości, a tym samym zdeterminowało (być może) nowe myślenie o potrzebie interakcji międzykulturowych. Autorka artykułu odwołuje się zarówno do interdyscyplinarnej literatury przedmiotu, jak i dokonuje własnych przemyśleń na temat zjawiska wielokulturowości, ukazując jej znaczenie dla procesu uczenia się międzykulturowego. W części końcowej zostały zawarte najważniejsze wnioski i konkluzje dotyczące społeczeństwa wielokulturowego, szans i możliwości jego rozwoju w zglobalizowanym (przed)pandemicznym świecie.The phenomena of multiculturality is one of the key determinants that create the modern world and multicultural relations based among others on the meeting with the Other. The main purpose of the considerations in the presented text is to point the way how epidemiological threat connected with the expansion of SarsCov2 virus has changed the perspective of preception of multiculturality and at the same time how it has determined (perhaps) the new thinking of the need of multicultural interactions. The author of the article appeals to both interdisciplinary literature subject and makes her own thoughts about the phenomena of multiculturality, presenting its meaning for the learning process. In the final part the most important conclusions and rethoughts about the multicultural society, chances and possibilities of its development in the globalised (before)pandemic world are contained
