No full textDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Programa de Pós-graduação em Multidisciplinar em Saúde, Florianópolis, 2013Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo convergente assistencial, que teve como objetivo construir com a equipe de enfermagem em uma unidade de emergência um instrumento de ações para ressuscitação cardiopulmonar. Participaram da pesquisa 18 profissionais de enfermagem A coleta dos dados ocorreu no período de novembro a dezembro de 2012 através de três encontros de grupo de convivência a fim de obter o maior número de opiniões possíveis. Os encontros tiveram como objetivos a reflexão dos princípios da Ressuscitação Cardiopulmonar e melhor posicionamento/função de cada profissional no atendimento a fim de a equipe de enfermagem expressar suas ideias e opiniões, a olhar a situação e identificar carências e/ou problemas. Os grupos tiveram em média uma hora e meia de duração e no final deste processo, teve-se como resultado a construção da equipe de atendimento em Ressuscitação Cardiopulmonar (número de profissionais, cargos, funções, responsabilidades e organização). Para a análise dos dados, utilizou-se os quatro processos genéricos: apreensão, síntese, teorização e transferência. Da análise dos dados qualitativos surgiram três categorias: o enfermeiro como líder da equipe; propondo funções na equipe de Ressuscitação Cardiopulmonar e o despreparo da equipe. Identificou-se lacunas no atendimento de enfermagem na parada cardiopulmonar quanto ao conhecimento técnico-científico, principalmente relacionado ao aspecto prático, relacionado a dificuldade de se trabalhar em equipe de forma dinâmica e organizada assumindo cada um o papel ao qual foi designado. Mostrou ainda que ter e reconhecer o enfermeiro como líder que direcione o atendimento de forma correta e de qualidade, bem como ter instrumentos que padronizam o atendimento ao paciente grave auxiliam no atendimento seguro e de excelência. Abstract: This is a qualitative research, convergent assistance type, which aimed to build with the nursing staff in an emergency department an instrument of action to cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Participants were 18 nurses. Data collection occurred from November to December 2012 through three acquaintanceship group meetings in order to get as many opinions as possible. The meetings had as objectives the thinking of principles of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and better positioning / role of each professional in service to the nursing staff express their ideas and opinions, to look at the situation and identify needs and / or problems. The groups had on average an hour and a half long and at the end of this process, had as result the construction of a service team in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (number of professional positions, roles, responsibilities and organization). For data analysis, we used the four generic processes: gathering, synthesizing, theorizing and transfer. Analysis of the qualitative data emerged three categories: the nurse as team leader; proposing functions on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation team and the lack of knowledge of the staff. There were gaps identified in nursing care in cardiopulmonary arrest on the technical and scientific knowledge, primarily related to the practical aspect, related to the difficulty of working dynamic and organized in a team, assuming each one the paper in which it was designed. Also showed that having and recognize the nurse as leader who directs the service correctly and with quality, as well as having tools that standardize patient care serious help in safe care and excellence

Kanunkoyucu bu suçu kamu güvenine karşı işlenen suçlar altında düzenleyerek suçla korunan hukukî değerin kişilerin mülkiyet hakkı değil, toplumun tedavüldeki paralara duyduğu güven olduğunu kabul etmiştir. 5237 sayılı TCK’daki suç tipi, 765 sayılı TCK’daki parada sahtecilik suçundan farklı unsurlara sahiptir. Bu farklılıktan hareketle bu suç tipinde özellikle maddî ve manevî unsur bakımından ve nitelikli haller bakımından birtakım değişikliklerin yapılması ihtiyacı bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada hem Türk hem de Alman öğreti ve içtihatlarından faydalanılarak mevcut suç tipinde yapılması gereken değişikliklere ilişkin önerilere, mevcut düzenlemenin yorumlanmasına ve uygulamadaki sorunlu noktaların çözümüne ilişkin değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir

They exist everywhere under different names and guises (Parada et al., Academia Revista Latinoamericana De Administración 20:19–30, 2016; Tu et al., Business Horizons 45:39–46, 2002). Their emergence and development showcase the dynamics of families in business and the decisions they proactively, or reactively, take to business opportunities or institutional and contextual challenges.
