Rekruttering av personer med minoritetsbakgrunn til kriminalomsorgen
This project is collaboration between KRUS (The Correctional Service of Norway
Staff Academy) and PHS (The Police Academy). The goal of the project is to
increase the understanding of what restrains the recruitment of people with
minority background to the two academies, and why it is important to increase the
number of staff-members with such a background. However, separate reports are
elaborated. The starting-point for both academies is that the portion of staff with
minority background is low.
This report points to underlying social conditions related to demography,
education and the employment marked that in general are of significance when
recruiting people with minority background. Furthermore, different perspectives
stating the reason for why recruitment to the Correctional staff ought to be
increased are accounted for. A survey on the applicants with minority background
for The Prison Academy in 2006 and a cooperative project between KRUS and
NAV Intro (The Norwegian Labour and Welfare organisation) are also described.
Experiences from other public services, like the Police Academy and the Postal
Service of Norway, are used as examples to gain insight into the practical work
concerning recruiting and increasing the diversity of staff members.
This has in sum formed a foundation for evaluating approaches and measures that
might be of relevance for The Prison Academy (KRUS) and The Correctional
Service. Which of these measures that would be the most prosperous to go forth
with, are to be clarified through separate processes

Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących określenia relacji podatku rolnego w odniesieniu do obciążeń ogółem, składek KRUS oraz kwoty płaconych ubezpieczeń w gospodarstwach rolniczych prowadzących ewidencję działalności w systemie FADN. Podatek rolny w stosunku do obciążeń podatkowych, składek KRUS oraz ubezpieczeń gospodarczych jest wysokim obciążeniem w gospodarstwach rolnych.The paper presents relations between agricultural tax and fiscal burden, insurance and KRUS contribution in agricultural farms in Poland. The ralations were comparatively high. Therefore, replacing the agricultural tax with the income tax mighy be accepted by the farmers, if only it did not increase tax burden
Entwicklung verschiedener Baumaterialien auf der Basis der Paludikultur Rohrkolben
16291635Ausgehend vom bereits in mehreren Gebäuden eingesetzten Typhaboard mit seinen zahlreichen umwelttechnischen und bauphysikalischen Vorteilen wurden inzwischen neue Baustoffe auf Basis von Rohrkolben entwickelt. Neben Magnesit als Bindemittel wurden mit Erfolg andere Kleber getestet, die ebenfalls nachhaltig sind und einer Kompostierung nicht im Wege stehen. Selbst unter Verwendung von Lehm können für Einsatzzwecke, die keiner besonderen Feuchtebelastung ausgesetzt sind, stabile und zugleich dämmende Platten hergestellt werden. Als Baustoff‐Neuentwicklung ist zum einen die Entwicklung eines Boards zur Aufdachdämmung zu nennen, das aufgrund einer speziellen Partikelgeometrie und ‐anordnung eine geringere Rohdichte und Wärmeleitfähigkeit besitzt. Des Weiteren wurde eine staubarme Schüttdämmung aus Rohrkolben und eine Art OSB‐Ersatz mit vergleichbaren Festigkeiten entwickelt sowie ein spezieller sehr schlanker Deckenaufbau aus Typha. Die Entwicklung eines hoch tragfähigen Holzersatzes ist ebenfalls in Arbeit.6
INVENTARISASI DAN PEMETAAN POHON ULIN (Eusideroxylon zwageri Teijsm. & Binn.) DI KEBUN RAYA UNMUL SAMARINDA (KRUS) PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Inventory and Ulin (Eusideroxylon zwageri Teijsm. Et Binn.) Mapping at Botanic Gardens of Unmul Samarinda (KRUS) East Kalimantan Province.The purpose of this study was to determined the diversity of flora especially Ulin trees species (E. zwageri), knowing the potential of Ulin trees species in the plots study and mapping the distribution of the presence of Ulin trees species so that can be basic for KRUS managers to implementing the policy.The object of research in the plots study in KRUS with transects method. Transects were made along each ± 1.000 m, width 20 m, which begins by taking the initial point. The data collected were of primary data at the level inventory of Ulin poles and tree trunks that were ≥ 10 cm in diameter. The data includes the number of individuals captured, the diameter of the tree trunk, bole height and total tree height, while secondary data was obtained directly from the results of previous studies, literature, and writing reports from the relevant agencies that include the location of the area, soil conditions, geogarafi conditions, climate, rainfall and vegetation. As well as interview methods used to obtain the data and information from officers in the field, officials concerned agencies and local residents that has to do with the activities of research and literature support.The results of the research are 1) The diameter of the largest Ulin was 86.1 cm with a total volume of 8.31 m³ found on transect A, while the smallest diameter was 11.3 cm with a total volume of 0.04 m³ which found on transect C. The potential of Ulin can be seen from the number of bole height that found in the observation area in 6 ha were 27.65 m³, while the total volume amounted to 55.86 m³; 2) Distribution of Ulin at KRUS most common in conservation zone covering an area of 3.48 hectares with 11 trees, at collection zone enrichment covering an area 2.24 ha with 10 trees and at recreation zone covering an area 0.28 ha with 8 trees

Large language models in complex system design
This paper investigates the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in engineering complex systems, demonstrating how they can support designers on detail design phases. Two aerospace cases, a system architecture definition and a CAD model generation activities are studied. The research reveals LLMs' challenges and opportunities to support designers, and future research areas to further improve their application in engineering tasks. It emphasizes the new paradigm of LLMs support compared to traditional Machine Learning techniques, as they can successfully perform tasks with just a few examples

Inventarisasi Distribusi Tegakan Puspa (Schima wallichii Korth) pada Berbagai Tipe Kelerengan Di Kebun Raya UNMUL Samarinda (KRUS) Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui potensi pohon Puspa (Schima wallichii Korth) di plot penelitian di Kebun Raya UNMUL Samarinda (KRUS) dan Mengetahui distribusi tegakan dan pertumbuhan Puspa (Schima wallichii Korth) di plot penelitian pada berbagai tipe kelerengan di Kebun Raya UNMUL Samarinda.Objek penelitian di plot penelitian di Kebun Raya Unmul Samarinda (KRUS) dengan metode jalur di KRUS. Transek dibuat masing-masing sepanjang ± 1.000 m, lebar 20 m, yang dimulai dengan mengambil titik awal. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer berupa inventarisasi Puspa pada tingkat tiang dan pohon yaitu yang berdiameter batang ≥ 10 cm. Data yang diambil meliputi jumlah individu, diameter batang pohon, tinggi bebas cabang dan tinggi total pohon, sedangkan data skunder diperoleh langsung dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya, literatur-literatur, laporan-laporan dan tulisan dari pihak instansi yang terkait yang mencakup letak daerah, kondisi tanah, kondisi geogarafi, iklim, curah hujan dan vegetasi. Serta metode wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi dari petugas di lapangan, pejabat instansi terkait dan penduduk setempat yang ada hubungannya dengan kegiatan penelitian dan dari berbagai literatur yang mendukung.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1) Jumlah individu pohon Puspa berdiameter ≥ 10 cm yang ditemukan di plot penelitian seluas 60.000 m² (6 Ha) ditemukan 43 pohon. Diameter yang paling mendominasi adalah pohon yang berdiameter diatas 40 cm 2) Diameter pohon Puspa yang paling besar adalah 100,3 cm dengan volume total sebesar 14,71 m³ yang ditemukan pada transek B sedangkan diameter yang paling kecil adalah 13,5 cm dengan volume total sebesar 0,16 m³ yang ditemukan pada transek A. Adapun potensi pohon Puspa dapat dilihat dari jumlah volume tinggi bebas cabang (V TBC) pohon Puspa yang ditemukan di lokasi pengamatan seluas 6 Ha adalah sebesar 115,38 m³ sedangkan volume total (V Tot) adalah sebesar 240,7 m³; dan 3) Di lihat dari 5 kelas tipe kelerengan, hanya tiga kelas kelerengan yang di temukan yaitu Datar 18 pohon, Landai 18 pohon dan Agak curam 7 pohon. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa walaupun jumlah pohon puspa yang di temukan pada tipe kelerengan datar dan landai sama yaitu 18 pohon puspa, namun pertumbuhanya lebih baik pada tipe kelerengan datar dengan di ketahui diameter rata-rata 58,6 cm dan Volume tinggi total rata-rata 6,21 m3
Pengukuran Tinggi Dan Diameter Tanaman Meranti Merah (Shorea Pauciflora C.f. Gaertn) Di Kebun Raya Unmul Samarinda (Krus)
Forest is a natural resource that can be renewed and utilized. Utilization of forest resources must pay attention to the principle of being beneficial and providing sustainable results for humans. Forests must be maintained in order to get these benefits. The purpose of this study was to determine the height and diameter of the Red Meranti tree (Shorea pauciflora C.F. Gaertn) at the age of 13 at the Botanical Garden Unmul Samarinda (KRUS). The expected results of this study are to provide information on the height and diameter growth of red meranti (Shorea pauciflora.C.F.Gaertn). This research was conducted at the Kebun Raya Unmul Samarinda (KRUS) for 2 months, namely July - August 2020. Sampling was done with simple random sampling, on red meranti plants 13 years old with a spacing of 6 x 6 m as much as 50 trees. Measuring Diameter using Phiband and Height using a clinometer and a 4 m long pole tool. The results obtained were processed with simple statistics and analyzed using descriptive methods. Based on the results of the processing and data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the diameter growth of the red meranti plant aged 13 years in the Botanical Garden of Unmul Samarinda (KRUS) did not vary (relatively uniform) with an average diameter of 13.42 cm, where the plant with a diameter large grow on the edge of the area and small ones are in the middle of the area. Meanwhile, the height growth of red meranti plants did not show any variation (relatively uniform) with an average height of 11.59 m. To get optimal results, both in height and diameter, plant maintenance activities are needed, especially cleaning existing weeds
Próba oszacowania wpływów budżetowych z podatków dochodowych w rolnictwie i reformy KRUS
The article aims to estimate potential government revenue that could be generated from imposing an income tax on incomes derived from agriculture. The author also looks at revenue that could be generated from covering farmers with the general rules of the public retirement system. The author presents different scenarios for such a reform and discusses problems related to its implementation. To estimate potential revenues from the reform, Kula assesses agricultural incomes using data on area payments and statistics on the Farmers’ Social Insurance System (KRUS). This makes it possible to calculate the amount of taxes and social insurance contributions. The results suggest that many farmers – especially those whose farms do not exceed 10 hectares in area – would still be exempt from income taxes even if the reform were introduced. Revenue from taxes and contributions would rise, Kula concludes, but it is unclear if the public sector would benefit from the reform because the changes would also lead to an increase in expenditure

Bu yazıda birisi 18 yaşında olan ve opere edilen, konjenital izole medial krus yokluğu tanısı konan iki kız kardeş sunulmuştur.</p
