EFEKTIVITAS EKSTRAK DAUN BAYAM DURI (Amaranthus spinosus L.) UNTUK MENEKAN SERANGAN Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV) PADA TANAMAN MENTIMUN (Cucumis sativus L.)
No full textCucumber mosaik virus (CMV) merupakan salah satu penyakit utama pada tanaman mentimun dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian hasil panen mencapai 100% serta memiliki kisaran inang yang luas. Pengendalian virus CMV dengan pestisida nabati seperti bayam duri (Amaranthus spinosus L.) merupakan alternatif pengendalian yang murah dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh frekuensi aplikasi ekstrak bayam duri yang efektif dalam menekan serangan CMV pada tanaman mentimun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari ekstrak tanaman bayam duri yang diaplikasikan dengan frekuensi yang berbeda pada tanaman mentimun yaitu: 1 kali ke (7 hari setelah tanam), 2 kali (7 dan 11 hst), 3 kali (7 , 11, dan 15 hst), 4 kali (7, 11, 15, dan 19 hst) Kontrol negatif: Aplikasi sap CMV, tanpa aplikasi ekstrak daun bayam duri. Kontrol positif: Tanpa aplikasi ekstrak daun bayam duri dan tanpa sap CMV. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam, apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua perlakuan ekstrak bayam duri mampu menekan serangan CMV dan A4 (4 kali aplikasi) merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan masa inkubasi 11 hari setelah inokulasi, persentase daun terserang 19.25% dengan efektivitas 74.58% ,serta intensitas serangan 8.25% dengan efektivitas 86.30%

This research is motivated by the difficulty of the community in finding information about the spell that came from the South Coast, hence the author designing a search tool in the form of a Mantra Collection Design in Nagari Aur Duri Sutera Subdistrict, Pesisir Selatan Regency, which includes a synopsis short spell. This study aims to assist users in materialize the means to find information about the spell collection in South Coast District. The method used in this research method development, to produce a product that is valid, effective and practical. With the stages of needs analysis, design, test development try products that are produced and validated by expert validators and do limited trials through individuals and groups. Result of Product development is a valid set of mantras, product that is designed is valid and appropriate, can be used with practical and effective. The results of large group trials also prove that the resulting product is practical with an agreed value of 60% and strongly agree 35% also the product produced is effective with a value of agree 35% and strongly agree 62.5%. The results of the study concluded that Mantra Collection Design in Nagari Aur Duri, Sutera District, District This South Coast can make it easier for users to find information about Mantra in Nagari Aur Duri, Sutera District, Coastal District South.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sulitnya masyarakat mencari informasi tentang mantra yang bersal dari Pesisir Selatan, maka dari itu penulis merancang alat telusur berupa Rancangan Kumpulan Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, yang meliputi sinopsis singkat mantra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mewujudkan sarana untuk menemukan informasi tentang kumpulan mantra di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan, untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang valid, efektif dan praktis. Dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan uji coba produk yang dihasilkan dan divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan melakukan uji coba secara terbatas melalui perseorangan dan kelompok. Hasil dari pengembangan produk adalah sebuah rancangan kumpulan mantra yang valid, produk yangdirancang sudah valid dan sudah sesuai, dapat digunakan dengan praktis dan efektif. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar juga membuktikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan praktis dengan nilai yang setuju 60% dan yang sangat setuju 35% juga produk yang dihasilkan efektif dengan nilai setuju 35% dan sangat setuju 62,5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Rancangan Kumpulan Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari informasi mengenai Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

No full textLanguage errors are the use of language both verbally and in writing that deviates from Indonesian grammar rules. Morphology is a science that discusses forms and word formation, so the analysis of errors in the language level of morphology is to analyze errors about word formation that deviate from Indonesian grammar rules. Language errors especially at the level of morphology I still find in the Riau Pos newspaper. Errors that continue to occur will affect the reader language development. After seeing the phenomenon of the misuse of Indonesian, especially at the morphological level of the Edge-Duri-Dumai news the author felt interested in researching it. The problem in this research is how is the language error in the morphological level on the news of the Edge of the Dumai Riau Pos newspaper ?. The theory that I use is the theory contained in the book Setyawati (2010) and several supporting theories from experts. The method used is a case study method, a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are documentation and hermeneutic techniques. The results of the analysis of language errors in the morphological level on the news of the Edge-Dumai-Dumai Riau Pos newspaper was the elimination of affixes as many as 8 errors in the word can, do, try, rehab, commitment, and 3 errors in writing color words. The sound that should be melted is not passed as much as 1 error, namely in the word communicating. As well as 4 errors in the use of affixes that are not appropriate, namely 3 uses of the word concreteisation and the word semisasi. Based on the data collection the author did on the news of the Edge-Duri-Dumai Riau Pos newspaper the author did not find a mistake regarding the melting of sounds that should not melt
Evaluasi Dampak Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU) Dikelurahan Duri Barat Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
No full textThis study aims to evaluate the impact of the slum-free city program (kotaku) in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were interviews, observation, documentation and note-taking and recording. By using the theory of impact evaluation according to Anderson such as the expected impact and the unexpected impact. The results that the researchers carried out on Kelurahan Duri Barat were that the impact evaluation based on indicators in the comparison of slum conditions showed that the various problems faced by local communities and the residential environment had not been completely resolved. The prominent changes are the development of basic infrastructure and facilities, especially environmental roads and drainage as well as boreholes and clean water, as well as the unfinished handling of all indicators of slum settlements. This Kotaku program is aimed at overcoming the problem of slum settlements and improving people's welfare through improving the quality of slum settlements that are realized as a whole. For the inhibiting factor, there are still some people who do not take care of the development that has been implemented. The author suggests that stakeholders and the community hold a meeting related to the city program without slums (kotaku) at a time that they think is possible for all surrounding communities, concerned to be present in evaluating and maintaining the surrounding environment so that it is always clean, more beautiful, comfortable, flood-free so that as expected
