Pengaruh harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan membeli pada UD.Usaha Lubis Panyabungan Kota
Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan membeli. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah apakah ada pengaruh positif secara parsial maupun secara simultan antara variabel atribut harga, lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan membeli pada UD.Usaha Lubis Panyabungan Kota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel atribut harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan membeli pada UD.Usaha Lubis Panyabungan Kota. Pembahasan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan pemasaran produk.Sehubungan dengan itu, pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah teori teori yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran sebagai aspek atau bagian bagian tertentu dari keilmuan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan skala likert, dalam hal ini angket di berikan pada responden konsumen UD.Usaha Lubis Panyabungan Kota. Kemudian diolah dengan bantuan SPSS 23,0.Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel harga adalah thitung =1,684 dan ttabel 2,002 maka diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 1,684 >2,002. Maka tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli. Secara parsial variabel lokasi thitung =0,635 dan ttabel =2,002. Jadi thitung > ttabel atau 0,635 > 2,002.Maka memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli. Dengan R2 sebesar 0,799, pengaruh variabel harga dan lokasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan membeli adalah sebesar 79,9 persen. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,1 persen disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian ini. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “apakah harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan membeli pada UD.Usaha Lubis Panyabungan Kota. Pemberian Amelioran Terhadap Status Hara, Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Padi di Lahan Gambut Dataran Tinggi
This study aims to determine the effect of volcanic sand, zeolite, and sea water to
nutrient status, growth and production of Dendang rice. This research was
conducted in highlands peat in Hutabagasan, Dolok Sanggul Sub-District Humbang
Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra. This study used non factorial randomized
block design with four treatmentsare G0 (control), G1 (Volcanic Sand 5 kg). G2
(Volcanic Sand 5kg + Sea Water 2.5 L), G3 (Volcanic Sand 5kg + Zeolite 1kg + Sea
Water 2.5L) and 3 replicants. The results showed that the addition of sea water (G2
and G3) can increase soil electrical conductivity. The addition of zeolite (G3) may act
as soil pH buffer. Applications all ameliorant have not positive influence on the
number of tillers, number of productive tillers, plant dry weight, root dry weight and

Pengaruh Pemberian Zeolit dan Minyak Neem Terhadap Bentuk N-Tanah dan Efisiensi Pemupukan Urea pada Tanaman Padi Sawah (Oryza sativa L.)
Tingginya tingkat kehilangan N di lahan sawah menjadikan efisiensi pemupukan Urea di lahan sawah menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu digunakan bahan amandemen yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pemupukan Urea di lahan sawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk Urea dan jenis bahan amandemen serta interaksinya terhadap bentuk N-tanah, pertumbuhan tanaman dan efisiensi pemupukan Urea pada tanaman padi sawah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sumatera Utara, dari bulan Juni-September 2019. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu dosis pupuk Urea (0, 100 dan 200 kg N/ha) dan jenis bahan amandemen (tanpa amandemen, minyak neem, Zeolit mix dan Zeolit coated). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk Urea nyata meningkatkan N-NH4+ dan N-NO3- pada minggu kedua, aplikasi Zeolit dan minyak neem nyata meningkatkan N-NH4+ pada minggu keempat dan nyata menurunkan N-NO3- pada minggu kedua. Interaksi pupuk Urea dan jenis bahan amandemen nyata menurunkan N-NO3- pada minggu kedua. Aplikasi beberapa dosis Urea nyata meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, kadar N, serapan N dan efisiensi serapan N dan menurunkan pH tanah. Aplikasi Zeolit mix dan Zeolit coatead nyata meningkatkan jumlah anakan, pH tanah, serapan N dan efisiensi serapan N. interaksi pupuk Urea dan jenis bahan amandemen nyata meningkatkan pH tanah pada minggu keenam. Aplikasi Urea dengan dosis 100 kg N/ha dan aplikasi Zeolit mix nyata meningkatkan efisiensi serapan N paling tinggi.The high rate losses of N in paddy fields caused Urea fertilizer efficiency use of rice in the paddy fields was low. Therefore, the use of amendments was expected to improved the efficiency use of Urea fertilizer in paddy fields. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of urea fertilizer and amandements and its interaction of N-NH4+, N-NO3-, on the growth of rice and efficiency Urea fertilizers in paddy soil. The research was conducted in the greenhouse, Research and Technology Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan from June until September 2019. This study used a randomized block design factorial consists of two factors. The first factor was urea (0, 100 and 200 kg N/ha). The second factor was the type of amandements (without amendment, neem oil, Zeolite mix and Zeolite coated). The results of this study showed that the application of urea fertilizer significantly increased N-NH4+ and N-NO3- at the second week, increased the growth, tillers, canopy and root dry weight, N level, N uptake and N uptake efficiency and decreased the soil pH. Zeolite mix, Zeolit coated and neem oil significantly increased on value of N-NH4+ at the fourth week, decreased N-NO3- at the second week, increased rice tillers, N uptake, N uptake efficiency and decreased the soil pH. Interaction urea and type of amendments significantly decreased N-NO3- at the second week and increased the soil pH. Analisis Kandungan Kadmium (Cd) Pada Media Tanam dan Serapannya oleh Tanaman Sawi Pada Penggunaan Kompos Sampah Kota dari TPA Pada Berbagai Perbandingan dengan Inceptisol
This study aimed to determine the effect of municipal solid waste compost taken
from some depth and composition of the planting medium pH, organic C, total
soil Cd, Cd mustard plant, fresh weight and dry weight of mustard on the ground
Inceptisol. The design used was a randomized block design factorial consisting of
two factors with three replications. The first factor is the depth of the layer of
compost municipal solid waste consists of compost top (K1), compost middle
(K2) and Compost bottom (K3). The second factor is the composition of the
planting medium (M) consisting of 0% compost + 100% mineral soil (M0), 25%
compost + 75% mineral soil (M1), 50% compost + 50% mineral soil (M2), 75%
compost + 25% mineral soil (M3), and 100% compostable + 0% mineral soil
(M4). The results of this study showed that administration of urban waste compost
taken from multiple depths significantly affect the increase in organic C, total soil
Cd, and Cd mustard plants but did not significantly affect the increase in wet
weight and dry weight of mustard and soil pH. The composition of the planting
medium significantly affect the weight of the wet and dry weight of mustard, pH,
organic C, total soil Cd, and Cd of mustard. The depth of the layer of compost
interaction with planting medium composition significantly influenced the
increase in pH, organic C, total soil Cd, and Cd mustard plants but did not

Pengaruh Beberapa Amelioran Terhadap Perbaikan Sifat Kimia Tanah Gambut Dataran Tinggi Toba
This study aimed to determine the effect of ameliorants (sea water, volcanic ash, zeolite and CaCo3) to improvement of Toba Highlands Peatlands chemical propertis .This research used factorial complete randomized design with two factor treatments consist of ameliorant application and washing frequency, with four combination those are (A0) Sea water, (A1) Volcanic dust + Sea water, (A2) Zeolite + Sea water, (A3) CaCO3 + Sea water with 2 replications The results showed that application of ameliorant influenced significantly to increased of soil pH, electric conductivity, C organic, N toal, K-exchange and Ca-exchange. The washing frequency significantly increased of soil pH.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruhpemberian beberapa amelioran (air laut, debu vulkanik, zeolite dan CaCo3 ) terhadap perbaikan sifat kimia tanah gambut dataran tinggi toba. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAL faktorial 2 faktor yaitu amelioran dan frekuensi pencucian, dengan empat perlakuan yaitu (A0) Air laut, (A1) Debu vulkanik + Air laut, A2) Zeolite + Air laut, (A3) CaCO3 + Air lautdengan 2 ulangan. Efek Air Laut, Zeolit, dan Bahan Vulkan terhadap Sifat Kimia Tanah Gambut
The object of this research is to study effect on chemical properties of
peat. This was conducted at green house, fertility-soil chemical laboratory and
research laboratories and technology. This research used factorial randomized
block design with two (2) factors treatments consist of mineral materials
(zeolite and volcanic material) and sea water with three (3) replications.
Dossage of zeolite and volcanic material were 200 gram/pot and 1000 gram/pot.
Volume of sea water were 500 ml (+ 1500 ml fresh water) per pot, 1000 ml (+
1000 ml fresh water) per pot dan 1500 ml (+ 500 ml fresh water) per pot. The
results showed that application of mineral zeolite and volcanic material
influenced significantly increased of soil acidicity, exchange kalium, exchange
calsium, exchange magnesium, number of tillers per clump and number of
productive tillers per clump. Volume of sea water influenced significantly
increase of soil acidicity and electrical conductivity, number of tillers per clump
and number of productive tillers per clump, but not significantly effect on cation

Efektivitas Metode Pemupukan pada Pertumbuhan Dua Varietas Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Pembibitan Utama (Main Nursery)
To achieve success in getting the results of plant growth and development, fertilizing is necessary. But before that, palm oil nurseries must be optimized with fertilization for success in planting in the field. The supply of nutrients contained must be able to complement the macro- and micronutrients. Therefore, the accuracy of fertilizer dosage during the nursery process becomes a benchmark and is a very important factor, and the fertilization method is also the right way and the right target in palm oil nurseries in the main nursery. This research was conducted in the nursery area of the Soil Management Field Laboratory of Institut Teknologi Sawit Indonesia, Medan. Soil observations at the Soil, Plant, Fertilizer, and Water Laboratory at the Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Johor, North Sumatra, and the Laboratory at the Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan by observing soil analysis on chemical, physical, and exchangeable cation properties, as well as vegetative plant observations in the field, plant fresh and dry weights. The study used a Randomized Group Design where the parameters consisted of plant height, stem circumference, number of leaflets, leaflet length, root and crown fresh weight, and root and crown dry weight. The parameters of plant height, stem circumference, number of leaf midribs, and leaf midrib length have the highest values in the sowing fertilization method, as well as the fresh weight of roots, crowns, and dry weight of roots. Crowns also have the highest value in the sowing fertilization method compared to sachet and drip fertigation. This indicates that the growth and development of palm oil seedlings in the main nursery of PPKS 540 and SP-1 (Dumpy) varieties are better with the sowing fertilization method than the sachet fertilization and drip fertigation methods.154 HalamanTesis Magiste
Analysis of The Occurrence of Damage To Crane Operations on Board Km. Lotus Ungu
The smooth maintenance and repair of diesel main engines requires complete and adequate equipment. Hoist cranes are equipment used to lift and move engine components that cannot be moved by human labor. With a hoist crane on board, the machinist on board is easier to lift diesel main engine components such as cylinder heads, pistons, and cylinder liners when carrying out maintenance and repairs. To support the process of lifting diesel main engine components during maintenance and repair, the hoist crane must be in good condition. The main point of a good hoist crane is that the hoist crane can lift loads up to 4 tons. The method that the author uses to make this scientific work is to use a qualitative descriptive method. In this scientific work, the instruments used to produce descriptive data are observation, interviews and documentation. Carrying out these steps is expected to find the problems that cause damage to the hoist crane. Hoist crane damage caused by high temperature electromotor can be prevented by performing maintenance according to the planned maintenance system

The aim of this study to know effect of some ameliorants by toba plateau peat’s chemical characteristic for growth and production Ciherang.The study was conducted at greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture, University of SumateraUtara and analysedatPT.Socfin Indonesia and Laboratories Research and Technology. This research usedrandomized block design non factorial with eight treatments there were G0 (control), G1 (volcanic ash 250 g / pot), G2 steelslag 50 g / pot), G3 (seawater 250 ml / pot), G4 (volcanic ash 250 g + steel slag 50 g / pot), G5 (volcanic ash 250 g + seawater 250 ml / pot), G6 (steelslag 50 g + seawater 250 ml / pot), G7 (volcanic ash 250 g + steel slag 50 g + sea water 250 ml / pot) with three replications. The results showed ameliorant steel slag 50 g increased the soil up to pH 4:35, combinations volcanic ash 250 g and the steel slag 50 g increased the electrical conductivity up to 0,194 mmhos/cm and combination of volcanic ash 250 g and the 50 g of steel slag increased rice growth there are toba highland peat 107,3 cm in height, 25 clumps in number of vegetatif and generatif tillersand reduce the percentage of empty grain up to 78.73%, %, and aplication combination ameliorant volcanic ash 250 g with 50 g of steel slag as well as sea water 250 ml increase the production of rice plants / pots and grain weight 1000 grain with the value of each 24.12 grams and 21.47 grams.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mempelajari pengaruh pemberian beberapabahan amelioran pada sifat kimia tanah gambut dataran tinggi toba untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi padi Ciherang. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara dan analisis parameter dilakukan di Laboratorium PT.Socfin Indonesia dan Laboratorium Riset dan Teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAK non faktorial dengan delapan perlakuan yaitu G0 (kontrol), G1 (abu vulkanik 250 g/pot), G2 (terak baja 50 g/pot), G3 (air laut 250 ml/pot) , G4 (abu vulkanik 250 g + terak baja 50 g /pot), G5 (abu vulkanik 250 g + air laut 250 ml/pot ), G6 (terak baja 50 g + air laut 250 ml/pot), G7 (abu vulkanik 250 g + terak baja 50 g + air laut 250 ml/pot) dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian amelioran terak baja 50 g mampu meningkatkan pH tanah secara nyata dengan nilai 4.35 pada tanah gambut dataran tinggi toba, kombinasi pemberian abu vulkanik 250 g dan terak baja 50 g meningkatkan daya hantar listrik secara nyata dengan nilai 0.194 mmhos/cm pada tanah gambut dataran tinggi toba, kombinasi pemberian abu vulkanik 250 g dengan terak baja 50 g meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman padi yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan vegetatif dan generatif dan mengurangi persentase gabah hampa dengan nilai masing-masing 107,3 cm, 25 rumpun, 25 rumpun dan 78,73 %, serta pemberian bahan amelioran abu vulkanik 250 g dikombinasikan dengan terak JurnalAgroekoteknologi FP USU E -ISSN No. 2337- 6597 Vol.6.No.1, Januari 2018 (21): 146- 152 147 baja 50 g serta air laut 250 ml meningkatkan produksi tanaman padi/pot dan bobot gabah 1000 butir dengan nilai masing-masing 24,12 gram dan 21,47 gram
