Quality of Service at the Menuman Sun Thai Tea Outlet in Stabat District
86 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pada outlet minuman Sun
Thai Tea Kecamatan Stabat. Penulis menyadari luasnya keseluruhan populasi dan
keterbatasan yang dimiliki penulis, maka populasi yang menjadi target dalam penelitian
ini adalah individu yang pernah melakukan pembelian di outlet minuman Sun Thai Tea
Kecamatan Stabat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non
probability sampling dengan teknik purpossive sampling. Teknik nonprobability
sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberi peluang atau kesempatan
yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi yang dipilih untuk menjadi sampel.
Jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil beberapa didapatkan hasil kontribusi
aspek kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati)
yang diperoleh dari outlet minuman sun thai tea di Kecamatan Stabat yaitu, (a)
keandalan sebesar 32%, (b) empati sebesar 22%, (c) bukti fisik sebesar 18%, (d)
ketanggapan sebesar 16%, dan (e) jaminan sebesar 12%. Artinya keandalan adalah
aspek keandalan yang menyumbang kontribusi tertinggi, sedangkan jaminan
merupakan aspek kualitas pelayanan yang menyumbang kontribusi terendah pada
penelitin ini. This study aims to determine the quality of service at Sun Thai Tea beverage outlets in
Stabat District. The author realizes the size of the entire population and the limitations
of the author, so the population that is the target in this study are individuals who have
made purchases at the Sun Thai Tea beverage outlet, Stabat District. The sampling
technique in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling
technique. The non-probability sampling technique is a sampling technique that
provides equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the
population selected to be sampled. The number of samples to be used in this study were
100 people. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be taken some of the results
obtained from the contribution of aspects of service quality (physical evidence,
reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) obtained from sun thai tea beverage
outlets in Stabat District, namely, (a) reliability of 32%, (b) empathy 22%, (c) physical
evidence 18%, (d) responsiveness 16%, and (e) guarantee 12%. This means that
reliability is the aspect of reliability that contributes the highest contribution, while
assurance is the aspect of service quality that contributes the lowest in this study
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Self-Confidence in Achieving Deaf Adolescents
200 HalamanPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan pada remaja penyandang tunarungu berprestasi. Dimana bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prestasi remaja penyandang tunarungu, bagaimana kepercayaan diri remaja penyandang tunarungu berprestasi, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri remaja penyandang tunarungu berprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang dengan karakteristik remaja penyandang tunarungu yang berprestasi bidang seni di SLB Melati Aisyiyah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ketiga responden memiliki prestasi di bidang seni. Ketiga responden memiliki keyakinan akan kemampuannya masing-masing, memiliki sikap optimis akan menang saat mengikuti perlombaan dan yakin dengan cita-citanya, serta bersikap objektif dengan senantiasa memberi pertolongan jika dibutuhkan dan menegur jika seseorang berbuat salah tanpa pandang bulu. Responden pertama dan kedua kurang bertanggung jawab dan masih mau meninggalkan kewajiban mengerjakan tugasnya, sedangkan responden ketiga memiliki rasa bertanggung jawab dan selalu mengerjakan tugasnya. Ketiga responden juga kurang rasional dan realistis dalam berpikir tentang tujuan pembelajaran dan risiko melanggar aturan. Ketiga responden bangga terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki, menilai bahwa dirinya bersikap baik sehingga dekat dengan teman dan keluarga, serta mampu menata penampilan agar tampil rapih dan wangi. Ketiga responden memiliki pengalaman positif yang berkesan, mendapat dukungan dan persetujuan sosial dari teman, guru, dan keluarga. Ketiga responden juga memiliki kompetensi dan prestasi di bidang non akademik khususnya seni. Namun, ketiga responden kurang memberi respon saat menghadapi masalah. Ketiga responden cenderung diam dan tertutup jika memiliki masalah belajar dan masalah lainnya seperti masalah dengan teman ataupun masalah dengan keluarga. This research is a study conducted on deaf adolescents with achievement. Where it aims to find out how the achievements of adolescents with hearing impairments, how the self-confidence of adolescents with hearing impairment achieves, and the factors that influence the self-confidence of adolescents with hearing impairments achieve. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The number of respondents to this study were 3 people with the characteristics of deaf adolescents who excel in the arts at SLB Melati Aisyiyah. Data collection techniques using interview and observation methods. The results of the study explained that the three respondents had achievements in the arts. The three respondents had confidence in their own abilities, had an optimistic attitude that they would win when participating in competitions and believed in their goals, and were objective by always providing help when needed and reprimanding if someone made a mistake indiscriminately. The first and second respondents are less responsible and still want to leave the obligation to do their job, while the third respondent has a sense of responsibility and always does his job. The three respondents are also less rational and realistic in thinking about learning objectives and the risk of breaking the rules. The three respondents were proud of their abilities, considered that they behaved well so that they were close to friends and family, and were able to arrange their appearance so that they looked neat and smelled good. All three respondents had memorable positive experiences, receiving social support and approval from friends, teachers and family. The three respondents also have competence and achievements in non-academic fields, especially art. However, the three respondents did not respond when facing problems. The three respondents tended to be quiet and introverted if they had learning problems and other problems such as problems with friends or problems with family

Metode yang digtmakan dalam penelitian mi adalah metode klmntitatif. Pengambilan data dilaklikan dengan menggtmakan skala likert. Hasil yang
diperoleh dalam penelitian mi diketahui bahwa klmlitas kehidupan kerja memberikan pengaruh 75,7% terhadap tinggi rendalmya semangat kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji asumsi terpenuhi, yaitu variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dan variabel semangat kerja merniliki data yang berdistribusi normal dan memiliki linier. Analisis data menggtmakan teknik statistik korelasi prodtik moment dari pearson, dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS 18.0. Berdasarkan basil analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi klmlitas kehidupan kerja dengan semangat kerja sebesar 0,870 dan p sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
The Influence of Self-leadership on Task Commitment Through Mediation of Self-efficacy in Students of the Faculty of Psychology, Medan Area University
108 HalamanPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan mahasiswa/i. Instrumen penelitian angket yaitu aspek-aspek task commitment, self-leadership dan self-efficacy. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis 1 terdapatpengaruh self-leadership (X) terhadap self-efficacy (M). Pengaruh ini dapat dilihat dari besarnya kekuatan hubungan (nilai R) sebesar 0.542 yang tergolong cukup dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0.293 atau 29,3%. Artinya variabel self-leadership berpengaruh secara langsung sebesar 29,3% terhadap self-efficacy. Hipotesis 2 dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap task commitment. Hipotesis ini terbukti benar karena nilai signifikansi 0.000<0.05. Pengaruh tersebut juga dapat dilihat pada tabel Summary dengan nilai kekuatan pengaruh (nilai R) sebesar 0.549 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.302 atau 30,2%. Artinya, variabel self-efficacy (M) berpengaruh secara langsung sebesar 30,2% terhadap task commitment. Hipotesis 3 yaitu terdapat pengaruh self-leadership terhadap task commitment melalui self-efficacy hipotesis ini terbukti dilihat dari nilai signifikansi pada tabel koefisien regresi sebesar 0.000<0.05. sementara itu didapat nilai R hitung sebesar 0.580. koefisien determinasi didapat nilai sebesar 0.336 atau 33,6%. Artinya, variabel self-leadership dan self-efficacy berpengaruh secara tidak langsung sebesar 33,6% terhadap task commitment. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population and samples used were students. The research instrument was a questionnaire, namely aspects of task commitment, self-leadership and self-efficacy. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results showed hypothesis 1 there is an influence of self leadership (X) onself-efficacy (M). This influence can be seen from the strength of
the relationship (R value) of 0.542 which is classified as sufficient with an R
Square value of 0.293 or 29.3%. This means that the self-leadership variable has
a direct effect of 29.3% on self-efficacy. Hypothesis 2 of this study is the effect of
self-efficacy on task commitment. This hypothesis is proven correct because the
significance value is 0.000 <0.05. The effect can also be seen in the Summary
table with an influence strength value (R value) of 0.549 and a coefficient of determination of 0.302 or 30.2%. This means that the self-efficacy variable (M)
has a direct effect of 30.2% on task commitment. Hypothesis 3, namely that there
is an effect of self-leadership on task commitment through self-efficacy, this hypothesis is proven by the significance value in the regression coefficient table of 0.000 <0.05. while the calculated R value is 0.580. the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.336 or 33.6%. This means that the variables of self-leadership and self-efficacy have an indirect effect of 33.6% on task commitment
Sexual Belief Relations with the Intention of Sexual Harassment in Teenagers at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan
96 HalamanSexual belief adalah keyakinan individu mengenai perilaku seksual
berdasarkan konsekuensi positif (manfaat) dan negatif (kerugian) yang akan
ditimbulkan nya. Intensi pelecehan seksual adalah niat yang didasarkan atas
kemauan dan kesadaran individu yang ingin diwujudkan dalam bentuk
tindakan pelecehan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
hubungan antara sexual belief dengan intensi pelecehan seksual pada remaja
di SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Adapun jumlah sampel penelitian ini
sebanyak 200 orang siswa laki - laki. Metode pengumpulan data
menggunakan Purposive sampling. Sexual belief dan Intensi diukur dengan
menggunakan skala Youth sexual intention scale (YSIS) yang diukur dari
31 aitem yang valid (a = 0,854 ).) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,499. dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil
tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti yaitu terdapat
hubungan positif antara sexual belief terhadap intensi pelecehan seksual
dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa arah
hubungan kedua variabel adalah positif, artinya semakin positif belief
remaja mengenai pelecehan seksual maka semakin tinggi intensi untuk
melakukan pelecehan seksual. Sebaliknya, jika semakin negatif belief
remaja mengenai pelecehan seksual maka semakin rendah intensi untuk
melakukan pelecehan seksual. Sexual belief is an individual's belief about sexual behavior based on the
positive (benefits) and negative (losses) consequences that will result.
Sexual harassment intention is an intention based on the will and awareness
of the individual who wants to be manifested in the form of an act of sexual
harassment. This study aims to determine the correlation between sexual
belief and the intention of sexual harassment in adolescents at SMA Negeri
2 Percut Sei Tuan. The number of samples in this study were 200 male
students. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. Sexual
beliefs and intentions were measured using the Youth Sexual Intention Scale
(YSIS) which was measured from 31 valid items (a = 0.854). The results of
this study showed a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.499. with significant
p = 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis put forward by
the researcher, namely that there is a positive correlation between sexual
belief and the intention of sexual harassment, is acceptable. The positive
correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the correlation
between the two variables is positive, meaning that the more positive the
adolescent's beliefs about sexual harassment, the higher the intention to
commit sexual harassment. Conversely, the more negative the adolescent's
beliefs about sexual harassment, the lower the intention to commit sexual
harassment
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Perempuan Kelas II A Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian
kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang wargabinaan. Religiusitas
diukur berdasarkan dimensi menurut Huber & Huber (2012), Religiusitas yaitu
Intelektual, Ideologi, Public Practice, Private Practice dan Pemgalaman religius.
Diskriminasi diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek diskriminasi Sarwono (2009).
Memperlakukan orang lain secara berbeda dan Perilaku negatif terhadap orang
lain atau target prasangka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment,
terdapat hubungan positif antara Religiustas dan Diskriminasi. Hasil ini
dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,451, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 <
0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) 0,203. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Religiusitas
berdistribusi sebesar 20,3% terhadap Diskriminasi. Hal ini menunjukkan ada
79,7% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi Diskriminasi. Disimpulkan bahwa
Religiusitas tergolong tinggi dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 39.000 dan
nilai mean empirik 50.73, diskriminasi tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean
hipotetik sebesar 69.000 nilai mean empiric 63.07. The aim of this study was to examine the Correlation of Religiousity and
Discrimination of Lesbian in Rutan Perempuan Kelas II A Medan Prisoners. This
research uses quantitative research methods. The research sample is 100
prisoners. Religousity is measured based on dimension according to Huber &
Huber (2012), Religousity namely Intellectual, Ideology, Public Practice, Private
Practice and Religious Experience. Discrimination is measured based on aspects
of discrimination Sarwono (2009)Treating others differently, Negative behavior
towards others or target of prejudice. Based on the results of the product moment
correlation analysis, there is a positive relationship between Religiousity and
Discrimination. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy =
0,451, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) is
0.203. This shows that religiousity is distributed at 20,3% of discrimination. This
shows that there are 79,7% of other factors that influence discrimination. It was
concluded that Religiousity was high with a hypothetical mean value of 39,000
and an empirical mean value of 50,73. Discrimination is classified as medium
with a mean hypothetical value of 69,000 with an empirical mean value of 63.07
