Pengembangan Instrumen Need Assessment Topik Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal Bimbingan dan Konseling Pribadi bagi Siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen need assessment topik layanan bimbingan klasikal bimbingan dan konseling pribadi bagi siswa di SMP N 1 Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan instrumen Saifuddin Azwar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket penilaian untuk menilai instrumen need assessment. Analisis aliditas tampang instrumen menggunakan metode kuantitatif, kualitatif serta focus group discussion (FGD) dengan penilaian dari 2 orang ahli dan 4 orang praktisi. Analisis validitas isi dengan rumus Aiken, analisis validitas konstruk menggunakan exploratory factor analysis (EFA) dan analisis reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan SPPS versi 20 for windows.
Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini adalah instrumen need assessment topik layanan bimbingan klasikal bimbingan dan konseling pribadi bagi siswa SMP N 1 Yogyakarta memiliki validitas tampang 0,76 dengan kriteria baik. Validitas isi yang diperoleh 0,82 dan reliabilitas 0,941. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen need assessment topik layanan bimbingan klasikal bimbingan dan konseling pribadi bagi siswa layak digunakan
PENGARUH LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK ROLE PLAYING TERHADAP PERILAKU AGRESI VERBAL PADA SISWA DI SMAN 4 KOTA JAMBI
Verbal aggression behavior among students is a common issue in schools, including at SMAN 4 Kota Jambi. If left unaddressed, this behavior can damage relationships between students. To reduce verbal aggression, group counseling services using the Role Playing technique were implemented. This study aims to determine: (1) the level of verbal aggression behavior in students before the intervention, (2) the level of verbal aggression behavior in students after the intervention, and (3) the impact of group counseling services using the Role Playing technique on students' verbal aggression behavior at SMAN 4 Kota Jambi. This quantitative study employs an experimental method with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consists of students from classes XI.F10 and XI.F12 at SMAN 4 Kota Jambi, with a sample of 10 students selected using purposive sampling based on recommendations from the school counselor. Data were collected using a verbal aggression behavior questionnaire with 35 items. Data analysis was conducted using KIN (Kontiunum Internal Normatif) and T-test. The pretest results showed an average verbal aggression behavior score of 114.1, categorized as high. After the intervention, the posttest average score dropped to 74.2, categorized as moderate. The T-test results showed a T-value of 7.603, which is greater than the T-table value of 2.228, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orangtua terhadap Tingkat Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Negeri 4 Merangin
Pola asuh orangtua merupakan pendidikan karakter pertama yang diterima oleh seorang anak, perkembangan karakter ini juga meliputi kesadaran dan kedisplinan anak akan kehidupannya. Pola asuh pada umumnya dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu pola asuh otoriter, pola asuh demokratis dan pola asuh permissif. Kedisplinan belajar anak dalam lingkungan belajar juga tidak lepas dari pengaruh pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orangtua. Pelaksanaan penelitian akan berfokus untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pola asuh orangtua pada kedisiplinan belajar anak.. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode expost facto, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 103 responden kelas sepuluh (X) di SMK Negeri 4 Merangin. Hasil penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa dari 103 responden, 22% diantaranya merasakan kecendrungan pola asuh otoriter, 49% kecendrungan pola asuh demokrtais, dan 29% kecendrungan pola asuh permissif. Pada temuan penelitian pola asuh yang memiliki pengaruh dalam kedisplinan belajar adalah pola asuh demokratis dan permissif, dimana masing-masing pengaruh yang ditunjukkan adalah 14,2% dan 27,6%
Improving the caring character of the school environment through providing group guidance services using discussion techniques
The low character of caring for the school environment in students makes the school environment dirty and causes damage to school facilities, even though this character is crucial in forming a caring and responsible attitude in students. This research aims to improve the caring character of the school environment in students through group guidance services using discussion techniques. The research method used is action research with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. The research sample used purposive sampling consisting of 10 students who had a low level of concern for the school environment. Data collection was carried out by distributing a character scale that cared about the school environment after taking action. The results of the research show that discussion technique group guidance services can improve the caring character of the school environment in students
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
