Full text linkIn questo testo viene recensito Microfisica di un movimento. Economia occupata. Trieste, dicembre 1969, libro scritto da Claudio Venza e Simonetta Lorigliola e dedicato all’occupazione studentesca della Facoltà di Economia di Trieste che si svolse nel dicembre del 1969. Si tratta di una ricerca basata su una gran quantità di materiali d’archivio (volantini, verbali, documenti …), su una raccolta di articoli di giornali pubblicati in quei mesi e su alcune interviste realizzate ai protagonisti di quell’occupazione. Tale lavoro arricchisce la conoscenza che abbiamo dei movimenti giovanili di quell’epoca: esso dà un contributo significativo alla messa in discussione di alcuni degli stereotipi più diffusi relativi a quel ciclo di mobilitazioni.This article reviews Microfisica di un movimento. Economia occupata. Trieste, dicembre 1969, the book written by Claudio Venza and Simonetta Lorigliola and related to the students’ occupation of the Faculty of Economics in Trieste, which took place in December, 1969. The research is based upon a rich quantity of documents (leaflets, minutes, pamphlets, …), a collection of newspapers articles published during those months and some interviews with the protagonists of that occupation. It is a work that enriches the knowledge about the youth movements of that period: it gives a significant contribution to the questioning of some of the best known stereotypes about those movements

No full textThe Author analyzes the reform of social protection provisions for the unemployed. The reform turns out to be rather a soft rationalization of the existing provisions. There are important provisions and an attempt at outlining a systematic framework. However, the pieces of the whole jigsaw puzzle are far from finding the right place. We assisted to a virtual reform, the main object of which is that of restoring the political credibility of the Country. However, on the whole, the Author does not believe that something much different could be have been done, considering the deep economic crises of the Country, the complexity of the provisions under review and the fact that the Monti’s Government is a temporary one. The main shortcomings of the reform, however, are the lack of a universal provision on minimum income for the unemployed and the softness of the link between unemployment benefits and labour market active policies
