Proyectos y utopías urbanas en la Argentina. 1966-1975
Full text linkEn la edición número 36 de abril de 1971, la revista Summa publicó el dictamen del concurso “Summa ’70, la vivienda de interés social”. Tres obras premiadas pertenecían a equipos de vasta producción en materia de vivienda social, MSGSSV y Staff, mientras que otros dos proyectos seleccionados habían sido realizados por los estudios de arquitectura más reconocidos de Córdoba: GMRUP junto al conformado por Jaime y Miguel Angel Roca. Lejos de considerarlo un hecho accidental, la realización del concurso es reveladora de un cuadro de época complejo e inédito en el campo disciplinar de la Argentina, dando cuenta del extenso debate en relación a la conformación de proyectos urbanos y nuevas formas de sociabilización, junto a la consecuente exploración de propuestas alternativas en materia de vivienda a las dominantes en la primera mitad del siglo XXIn the 36th edition of April 1971, Summa magazine published the results of the contest "Summa '70, social housing". Three winning works belonged to vast production teams in social housing, Staff and MSGSSV, while two other selected projects had been carried out by the most renowned architectural firms of Córdoba: GMRUP and Jaime and Miguel Angel Roca. Gas volume fraction and velocity profiles: vertical and inclined bubbly air-water flows
No full textUpward inclined gas-liquid flows are frequently encountered in the oil industry and data relating to the local gas volume fraction distribution and the local gas velocity distribution is important, for example, in pressure gradient prediction and in modeling oil well 'blowouts'. In this paper measurements are presented of the local gas volume fraction distribution and the local axial gas velocity distribution which were taken in bubbly air-water flows in an 80 mm diameter pipe which was inclined at angles of 0°, 15° and 30° to the vertical. Qualitative arguments are presented to explain the influence of the liquid superficial velocity on the local gas volume fraction distribution in inclined flow and also to explain the very high axial gas velocities observed towards the upper side of the inclined pipe

Die Einleitung nimmt zunächst Lucas Geizkoflers Leben und Werk in den Blick, ehe allgemeine Informationen zur Universität im 16. Jahrhundert zum Text hinführen. Eine ausführliche literaturwissenschaftliche Analyse geht neben den Entstehungsumständen des Textes auch auf die Gattung der Deklamation, die verschiedenen Gliederungsprinzipien des Textes, seine intertextuellen Bezüge sowie auf Geizkoflers Stil ein. APPLICATION OF LUCAS-KANADE DENSE FLOW FOR TERRAIN MOTION IN LANDSLIDE MONITORING APPLICATION
Full text linkLandslides are natural hazards that can cause severe damage and loss of life. Optical cameras are a low-cost and high-resolution
alternative among many monitoring systems, as their size and capabilities can vary, allowing for flexible implementation and location.
Computer vision is a branch of artificial intelligence that can analyze and understand optical images, using techniques such as
optical flow, image correlation and machine learning. The application of such techniques can estimate the motion vectors, displacement
fields, providing valuable information for landslide detection, monitoring and prediction. However, computer vision also faces
some challenges such as illumination changes, occlusions, image quality, and computational complexity. In this work, a computer
vision approach based on Lucas-Kanade optical dense flow was applied to estimate the motion vectors between consecutive images
obtained during landslide simulations in a laboratory environment. The approach is applied to two experiments that vary in their
illumination and setup parameters to test its applicability. We also discuss the application of this methodology to images from
Sentinel-2 satellite optical sensors for landslide monitoring in real-world scenarios
