Using notarial and court documentation, the author explores the work of Pere Albert as judge and advocate. The Customs of Catalonia and other of Pere Albert's treatises form the basis for the review of the legist's career as a theorist in feudal law. The basis for this article is the collection of documents pertaining to Pere Albert, which the author includes in an appendix.En este artículo se estudia la vida y la carrera de uno de los jurisconsultos medievales más importantes de Cataluña. Utilizando la documentación notarial y judicial, el autor analiza la labor de Pere Albert como juez y abogado. ElsCostums de Catalunya y otros tratados de Pere Albert constituyen la base para el estudio de la carrera del jurisconsulto, como teórico en ley feudal y real. Get PDFEl ms. 804 de la Biblioteca Històrica de la Universitat de València és una col·lecció factícia de goigs en castellà que, en bona part, són fulls impresos datats o datables del segle XVIII. L’article comença amb un esbós general sobre el contingut i les característiques d’aquest volum. Després, se centra en alguns goigs manuscrits atribuïts a Pere Vicent Sabata conservats en el ms. 804 o en el ms. 3619 de la Biblioteca de Catalunya. Finalment, a partir d’una anàlisi de l’estil i de les relacions intertextuals, es fa una proposta d’atribució de tres poesies més, dues d’elles impreses, que fins ara mai no havien estat assignades a Pere Vicent Sabata. L’article es clou amb la transcripció de vuit obres poètiques del gènere gogístic escrites o atribuïdes a l’autor susdit.The Ms. 804 of the Biblioteca Històrica of the University of Valencia is a miscellany volume of “goigs” (popular religious songs) printed, for the most part, in Spanish as broadsides dated from the 18th century, explicitly or not. This paper begins with an overview of the content and characteristics of this volume. Then it focuses on a few handwritten “goigs” attributed to Pere Vicent Sabata which have been preserved in the Ms. 804 or in the Ms. 3619 of the Biblioteca de Catalunya. Finally, three more poems -two of them printed- are attributed to him through an analysis of the style and intertextual relationships. Until now any of them had never been attributed to Pere Vicent Sabata. This paper concludes with the transcription of eight “goigs” written or attributed to the aforementioned author

acontecimientos de una familia monoparental, desestructurada y con poca
comunicación entre ellos. Dicho proyecto ha sido creado por José Lapaz Rubio,
Alvar Sánchez Llorens y Pere Allès Sánchez, como proyecto del Trabajo de Fin de
Grado (TFG).
Este proyecto audiovisual nace gracias a la colaboración del personal técnico y
artístico ajeno a la Universidad Jaume I, quienes sin su participación no habría sido
posible. También nace del objetivo de crear un producto audiovisual de ficción con
un mensaje que cale en la sociedad y que sea de actualidad. En este caso elegimos
el tema de la maternidad, como punto de partida ya que en nuestra opinión, es un
tema a la orden del día y a la que muchas familias monoparentales se enfrentan
cada día a través de la rutina.
Estos meses de trabajo, ha supuesto para cada uno de los miembros un trabajo
constante, y que nos exigía estar disponibles y dispuestos en todo momento, desde
noviembre hasta finales de mayo, con el trabajo de post producción. Dicho proyecto
nos ha servido como un aprendizaje continuo, sobre todo en el apartado de la
producción audiovisual y darnos cuenta de la exigencia que requiere dichos
proyectos, aunque luego en minutado puedan parecer pequeños.
Podemos concluir, de que Mamá se escribe con acento, nos ha proporcionado una
experiencia única enfocada al mundo laboral como futuros comunicadores, y nos ha
exigido poner a punto nuestra competencias en todo momento, sabiendo que en
muchas ocasiones no estábamos de acuerdo el uno con el otro, por lo que siempre
enfocamos el trabajo en equipo a través del entendimiento y el respeto
The welfare effects of private sector participation in Guinea's urban water supply
Get PDFIn 1989 the government of Guinea enacted far-reaching reform of its water sector, which had been dominated by a poorly run public agency. The government signed a lease contract for operations and maintenance with a private operator, making a separate public enterprise responsible for ownershipof assets and investment. Although based on a successful model that had operated in Cote d'Ivoire for nearly 30 years, the reform had many highly innovative features. It is being transplanted to several other developing countries, so the authors evaluate its successes and failures in the early years of reform. They present standard performance measures and results from a cost-benefit analysis to assess reform's net effect on various stakeholders in the sector. They conclude that, compared with what might have been expected under continued public ownership, reform benefited consumers, the government, and, to a lesser extent, the foreign owners or the private operator. Most sector performance indicators improved, but some problems remain. The three most troublesome areas are water that is unaccounted for (there are many illegal connections and the quality of infrastructure is poor), poor collection rates, and high prices. The weak institutional environment makes it difficult to improve collection rates, but the government could take some steps to correct the problem. To begin with, it could pay its own bills on time.
