    Pelaksanaan penentuan denda keterlambatan (late charge) pada produk pembiayaan iB Hasanah Card di Bni syariah Cabang Bandung

    INDONESIA: Mekanisme kartu kredit pada umumnya dalam pembiayaan iB Hasanah Card, apabila card holder (peminjam) mengalami keterlambatan pembayaran atas transaksi yang dilakukan dengan batas yang telah ditentukan, pihak BNI Syariah Cabang Buah Batu Bandung memberikan sanksi denda atas keterlambatan pembayaran tagihan. Sanksi yang diberikan kepada nasabah yang terlambat membayar tagihan yaitu denda keterlambatan dengan menggunakan skema ta’widh. Ta’widh adalah ganti rugi yang harus dibayar oleh nasabah atas biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak bank dalam proses penagihan yang dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1). Pelaksanaan pemberlakuan denda keterlambatan (late charge) pada produk pembiayaan iB Hasanah Card dan (2). Tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah dalam denda keterlambatan dengan menggunakan skema ta’widh. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kerangka pemikiran, bahwa dalam segala aspek kegiatan perbankan syariah harus mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip syariah dan sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN atau PBI yang menjadi acuan utama dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Dengan adanya Fatwa dan PBI maka ini yang menjadi aspek pembeda dengan sistem konvensional dan syariah. Salah satu yang diatur dalam DSN-MUI dan PBI yaitu dalam hal pengenaan denda keterlambatan bagi nasabah yang lalai membayar kewajiban setelah adanya jatuh tempo yang akan dikenakan sanksi atau denda berupa ta’widh (ganti rugi) yang diatur dalam Fatwa DSN-MUI No.43/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 dan PBI No.7/46/PBI/2005. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode deskripstif analisis, yaitu pengumpulan data serta memberikan gambaran jelas dari pokok penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Adapun teknik penulisan ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengajukan kepada responden. Selanjutnya penulis melakukan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh bahan dan memahami teori-teori dengan masalah yang sedang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan denda keterlambatan pada produk pembiayaan iB Hasanah Card menggunakan skema ta’widh yang dihitung berdasarkan jumlah waktu dan langsung dikenakan biaya ta’widh H+1 setelah adanya waktu jatuh tempo. Tinjauan Ekonomi Syariah terhadap ketentuan ta’widh bahwa produk pembiayaan iB Hasanah Card dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No.43/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 tentang ta’widh belum sesuai dengan ketentuan umum pada poin 4 (empat) dan ketentuan khusus pada point 2 (dua) dan 3 (tiga), serta ketentuan ta’widh dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 7/46/PBI/2005 pada bagian ketiga ketentuan ta’widh pasal 19 pada point a belum sesuai. Dilihat dari tinjauan muamalah belum sesuai dengan asas-asas dan prinsip muamalah yaitu adanya unsur gharar di dalamnya serta melanggar prinsip pengambilan kesempatan dalam kesempitan dan kejujuran. ENGLISH: The mechanism generally in the iB hasanah card financing, if the card holder (borrower) experiences a delay in payment of the transaction carried out with a predetermined limit Bank BNI Syariah Buah Batu Bandung Branch provides a penalty for late bill payment.Sanctions given to customers who are late in paying bills are late fees by using the ta'widh scheme. Ta'widh is compensation that must be paid by the customer for the costs incurred by the bank in the collection process. The purpose of this study is (1).To find out the Implementation of late penalties on iB Hasanah Card financing products and (2). Review of sharia economic law in late penalties using the ta'widh scheme. This research is based on the framework of thinking, that in all aspects of Islamic banking activities must refer to the principles of sharia and in accordance with the fatwa DSN or PBI which is the main reference in carrying out its business activities with the existence of rules and PBI then this is an aspect of difference with conventional systems and Sharia. one of which is regulated in the DSN MUI and PBI, namely in the case of imposing late penalties for customers who fail to pay obligations after the due date, sanctions or penalties in the form of compensation (compensation) which are regulated by the DSN-MUI fatwa No.43/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 and PBI No.7/46/PBI/2005. This research uses descriptive analysis method, namely data collection and provides a clear description of the research subject. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The writing technique uses interview techniques, namely data collection techniques by submitting to the next respondent the author conducts literature study to obtain material and understand theory theory with the problem being studied. The results of this study can be concluded, that the implementation of late fines on IB Hasanah card financing products uses the ta'widh scheme, which is calculated based on the amount of time and is directly charged the ta'widh H + 1 fee after the due date. Islamic economic review of the provisions of ta'widh that ib hasanah card financing products with DSN MUI fatwa No.43/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 concerning ta'widh have not been in accordance with the general provisions in point 4 (four) and specific provisions on points 2 (two) and 3 (three), and the ta'widh provisions in Indonesian Bank Regulations No.7/46/PBI/2005 on the third part of the provisions of article 19 in point a is not yet appropriate. Seen from the muamalah tinjauan has not been given the principles and principles of muamalah namely the existence of the element of gharar in it and violates the principle of taking opportunity in the narrowness and honesty.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
