No full textThe article discusses a youthful bourgeoistragedy written in German entitled Miss Jenny Love (1779), which represents the beginning of the playwriting by Anton Tomaž Linhart. Although the bourgeoistragedy has been present in the Slovene literary and historical consciousness since 1918, when it was discovered in Vienna by France Kidrič, to date its reception has been rather poor (the play was staged only once, at the Slovene National Theatre, marking the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Dramatic Society in 1967). The article aims to first unveil the reason for such reception, and then to discuss tragedy as part of the German pre-Romantic and Sturm und Drang bourgeois tragedy. This, together with the works by Lessing, Klinger and Wagner, was the most significant stimulation for Linhart; the article shows how he applied various features of the bourgeois tragedy in his playwriting, and what significance they had for his plays. This is why his play is categorised as a typical example of bourgeois tragedy.Razprava obravnava mladostno, v nemščini napisano meščansko žaloigroMiss Jenny Love (1779), s katero se začenja dramski opus A. T. Linharta. Čeprav je žaloigrav slovenski literarnozgodovinski zavesti prisotna vse od leta 1918, ko jo je na Dunaju našel F. Kidrič, pa je njena recepcija vse do današnjih dni šibka (igra je bila uprizorjena samo enkrat, ob stoletnici Dramatičnega društva, 1967 v Drami SNG Ljubljana). Razprava skuša najprej ugotoviti, kje so razlogi za tako recepcijo, nato pa žaloigro obravnava v okvirih nemške predromantične in viharniške meščanske žaloigre. Le-ta, posebej z deli Lessinga, Klingerja in Wagnerja, je bila zagotovo najmočnejša Linhartova spodbuda, saj v razpravi pokažemo, kako je Linhart uporabil posamezne prvine meščanske žaloigre in kakšen pomen imajo za njegovo igro. S tem tudi igro zvrstno uvrščamo med značilne primerke meščanske žaloigre

No full textTato bakalářská práce poskytuje relevantní a aktuální analýzu dopadů COVID-19 na americkou ekonomiku. Zjištění naznačují, že COVID-19 měl dopad na riziko krize v USA, jak je uvedeno výsledky EWS použitým v této práci. Systém identifikoval zvýšené riziko krize v pozorovaném období, což zdůrazňuje důležitost monitorování důležitých ukazatelů v reálném čase k detekci rizik a zmírnění krizí.This thesis provides a relevant and up-to-date analysis of the COVID-19 impacts on the U.S. economy. In conclusion, the findings suggest that COVID-19 has had an impact on the risk of a crisis in the U.S. as indicated by the results of the EWS used in this thesis. The system identified an increased risk of a crisis in the observed period which highlights the importance of monitoring important indicators in real-time to detect risks and mitigate crises
Efektivita řízení fondů kvalifikovaných investorů v České republice: Komparace s praxí v Lichtenštejnsku a návrhy systémových opatření
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá fondy kvalifikovaných investorů (FKI) a jejich rolí v rozvoji kapitálového trhu v České republice. Na základě odborné literatury, rozhovorů s odborníky z České republiky a Lichtenštejnska a srovnání praxe v obou jurisdikcích identifikuje klíčové překážky a příležitosti pro další rozvoj FKI v českém prostředí. Práce využívá kvalitativní přístup a metodologii případových studií. Rozhovory s odborníky, jako jsou Lukáš Hrma (Česká republika), Bernhard Weininger a Michael Simmeth (Lichtenštejnsko), poskytly hluboký vhled do fungování správy aktiv prostřednictvím fondů, rozdílů v regulaci, přístupu k investorům a institucionální kultury. Na základě těchto zjištění byla formulována konkrétní doporučení pro český trh, inspirovaná osvědčenými postupy z Lichtenštejnska. Výstupy této práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro odbornou diskusi o budoucnosti FKI v České republice a jako inspirace pro tvůrce politik a správce fondů, kteří hledají způsoby, jak zvýšit efektivitu, důvěru a atraktivitu českého kapitálového trhu.This thesis examines qualified investor funds (FKIs) and their role in the development of the capital market in the Czech Republic. Based on professional literature, interviews with experts from the Czech Republic and Liechtenstein, and a comparison of practices in both jurisdictions, it identifies key obstacles and opportunities for the further development of FKIs in the Czech environment. The thesis uses a qualitative approach and case study methodology. Interviews with experts such as Lukáš Hrma (Czech Republic), Bernhard Weininger and Michael Simmeth (Liechtenstein) provided deep insights into the functioning of asset management through funds, differences in regulation, access to investors, and institutional culture. Based on these findings, specific recommendations for the Czech market were formulated, inspired by best practices from Liechtenstein. The outputs of this work can serve as a basis for expert discussion on the future of FKIs in the Czech Republic and as an inspiration for policymakers and fund managers seeking ways to increase the efficiency, trust, and attractiveness of the Czech capital market

První výzkumná otázka této práce se týká umístění výrobních kapacit vybraných kritických léků. Léky byly vybrány na základě zdravotního stavu obyvatelstva a prevalence častých onemocnění. Druhá výzkumná otázka se týká připravenosti bezpečnostního systému na narušení dodávek léčiv velkého rozsahu. V práci autor čerpal z expertních rozhovorů a z otevřených zdrojů. Dalším klíčovým zdrojem byla data poskytnutá Státním ústavem pro kontrolu léčiv a Institutem ochrany obyvatelstva Lázně Bohdaneč. Výsledky práce poukazují na velice významnou indickou a čínskou produkci u vybraných kritických léků s tím, že se objevují výrazné rozdíly mezi jednotlivými léky. The first research question of this thesis concerns the location of manufacturing capacity for selected critical drugs. The drugs were selected based on the health status of the population and the prevalence of common diseases. The second research question concerns the preparedness of the security system for large-scale disruptions in the supply of pharmaceuticals. In this paper, the author drew on expert interviews and open sources. Another key source was data provided by the State Institute for Drug Control and the Institute of Population Protection of Lázně Bohdaneč. The results of the thesis indicate a substantial Indian and Chinese production for the selected critical drugs, with significant differences between the drugs. No full textFollowing the sudden and untimely death of Anton Tomaž Linhart (1756–1795), a distinguished historian, poet, pioneer of Slovenian theatre, and erudite scholar, his widow Josepha found herself in a precarious situation. She sold their family home in Ljubljana and relocated to Vienna with her young daughters, Sophie and Amalia. This monograph ('Sophie Linhart’s Musical Career: In the Footsteps of A. T. Linhart’s Family') meticulously traces the lives of Linhart’s descendants, revealing the intricate paths they followed. The book’s seven chapters are united by a central theme: the role of music in Biedermeier bourgeois society. Special attention is given to Linhart’s daughter Sophie, who rose to prominence as an acclaimed concert and opera singer, a star of private music salons, and a figure of considerable social stature. The study offers fresh insights into the cultural and musical pulse of Vienna and Ljubljana during the early nineteenth century, re-evaluating the significance of music within bourgeois circles. Prodala je družinsko hišo v Ljubljani in se z mladoletnima hčerkama Sophie in Amalio preselila na Dunaj. Pričujoča monografija pronicljivo razkriva eno sled za drugo in osvetljuje življenjske poti Linhartovih potomk in potomcev. Sedem poglavij povezuje rdeča nit: glasba in njen pomen v meščanski družbi bidermajerja. Med vsemi Linhartovimi potomci posebej izstopa Sophie Linhart, ki se je kot iskana koncertna in operna pevka ter ljubljenka zasebnih glasbenih salonov gibala v visokih in uglednih družbenih krogih. Monografija osvetljuje in vrednoti dosedanje razumevanje pomena glasbe v meščanskem okolju ter večplastno predstavlja kulturni utrip Dunaja in Ljubljane v prvih desetletjih 19. stoletja. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
The specifics of a Czech radio foreign correspondent's job - a comparative case study
No full textSpecifika práce zahraničního zpravodaje Českého rozhlasu - komparativní případová studie Tomáš Linhart Abstract The thesis examines aspects of the job of foreign correspondents for Czech Radio. Apart from identification, description and analysis of those aspects, the thesis also includes secondary research aims: how is gatekeeping used in correspondents' practice, what influence social networks have on the transformation of their job and what are their views on the coverage of Austria in the Czech media landscape, which is the only neighbouring country without a permanent Czech foreign correspondent. The theoretical chapter describes the methodological approach, reviews related literature and summarizes information about gatekeeping, the influence of social networks, specific aspects of radio broadcasting with an emphasis on foreign correspondents, and the position of Austria in the world news by Czech media. The theory is followed by an analysis of eleven interviews (six current Czech Radio foreign correspondents, three past correspondents and two reporters with a personal experience from Austria) divided into nine sections. Kromě identifikace, popisu a analýzy specifik zahrnuje sekundární výzkumné cíle: jak vypadá gatekeeping v praxi zahraničních zpravodajů, jak se jejich práce proměnila vlivem sociálních sítí a jak nahlížejí na postavení Rakouska ve zpravodajství, které jako jediné ze sousedních zemí Česka není pokrývané žádným stálým zpravodajem. Teoretická část rozebírá metodologický přístup, odbornou literaturu, gatekeeping v médiích, vliv sociálních sítí na novinářskou práci, dostupné poznatky o roli a postavení zahraničních zpravodajů a specifické postavení Rakouska. Na teoretická východiska navazuje analýza rozhovorů s jedenácti respondenti (šest současných zpravodajů Českého rozhlasu, tři bývalí a dva novináři s osobní zkušeností z Rakouska), které je rozdělena do devíti výzkumných celků. Analytická kapitola je zakončena reflexí získaných dat ve vztahu k popsané teorii. V praktické části je za pomoci poskytnutých obchodních případů od firmy Hellmann vysvětlena aplikace dodacích parit včetně jejich porovnání.
