An Analisys of Code-Mixing in “Wendy’s Wishes†Novel
This study aims to investigate the mixing of the code used in the novel Wendy\u27s Whishes. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods to investigate utterances in novels. The subjects in this study were writers and characters in the novel. The transcription of the Wendy\u27s Wishes novel contains collected data regarding the reasons people mixed the code. based on research results, in the novel Wendy\u27s Whishes, the author uses several mixing codes. There are thirty-five sayings that have mixed codes in the novel. In conclusion, the author uses thirty-five words that have mixed codes to make conversations in the novel interesting.

Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Madrasah MIS Muhammadiyah 14 Talang Ulu Dalam Menghadapi Tantangan dan Perubahan Pendidikan
This study aims to examine the application of transformational leadership style by the Principal of MIS Muhamadiya 14 Talang Ulu in responding to the dynamics of educational change. A qualitative approach was used with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the principal can internalize the values of transformational leadership through inspiring vision communication, empowering teachers and staff, and encouraging technology-based and character-based learning innovations. The challenges faced include limited facilities and internal resistance to change, but are overcome through a collaborative approach and ongoing coaching. This study suggests the need for ongoing leadership training and strengthening of an adaptive madrasah organizational culture.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional oleh Kepala Madrasah MIS Muhammadiyah 14 Talang Ulu dalam merespons dinamika perubahan pendidikan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai kepemimpinan transformasional melalui komunikasi visi yang inspiratif, pemberdayaan guru dan staf, serta dorongan terhadap inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan karakter. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan sarana dan resistensi internal terhadap perubahan, namun diatasi melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan pembinaan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan kepemimpinan berkelanjutan dan penguatan budaya organisasi madrasah yang adaptif.
