No full textAeromonas hydrophila Lin. merupakan bakteri patogen oportunistik akuatik yang virulensinya dipengaruhi oleh adanya enzim kitinase, lesitinase, dan toksin haemolisin, merupakan penyebab kematian ikan nila yang tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengamati aktivitas enzim kitinase, lesitinase, dan toksin hemolisin dari 30 ikan nila dari keramba jaring apung waduk Jatiluhur dengan metode tehnik agar. A. hydrophila menunjukkan positif virulen ditunjukkan adanya zona bening untuk lesitinase sebesar 7,9 mm; kitinase 8,0 mm; dan hemolisin 6,6 mm dibandingkan dengan isolat Enterobacter sp., Pseudomonas sp., dan Vibrio sp. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa A. hydrophila bersifat patogen dan virulen terhadap ikan nila.Aeromonas hydrophila Lin. is one of opportunistic aquatic pathogen bacteria where its pathogenic behavior is influenced by chitinase, lechitinase, and toxin haemolycine, and causes high mortality in nile tilapia culture. The purpose of the research was to observe the activities of two A. hydrophila’s enzymes i.e.: chitinase and lechitinase, and one extracelullar toxin, haemolycine, isolated from 30 nile tilapias cultured in floating net cage at Jatiluhur using quantitative plate assay technique. A. hydrophila was positive virulent marked with transparent zone of lechitinase of 7.9 mm, haemolycin of 6.6 mm, and chitinase of 8.0 mm compared to Enterobacter sp., Pseudomonas sp., and Vibrio sp. Therefore, A. hydrophila is determined as highly pathogenic bacterium and virulent for nile tilapia

No full textIndonesia sebagai negara maritim memiliki banyak peluang dan ancaman. Hal tersebut memerlukan adanya perhatian yang lebih besar terhadap wilayah laut. Penelitian ini membahas strategi Pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan peluang ekonomi dan mengatasi tantangan melalui Poros Maritim Dunia. Tujuan riset ini adalah menganalisa kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dalam pengembangan wilayah pesisir menggunakan teori geopolitik dan teori kekuatan laut. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku, artikel jurnal dan publikasi daring. Penulis menemukan bahwa sinergitas penegak hukum, diplomasi maritim sudah cukup baik, namun perlu lebih aktif melibatkan masyarakat untuk pengelolaan sumber daya hayati yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan SDM masyarakat pesisir. Sementara Visi Gubernur DIY bernama Abad Samudera Hindia belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Masyarakat membutuhkan tambahan pembangunan TPI baru dan pengembangan TPI menjadi PPN dan PPS untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan nelayan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerintah pusat dan daerah harus selalu memperhatikan pengelolaan laut, khususnya untuk pemanfaatan sumber daya dan pangan. Bahwa laut memiliki kekayaan alam yang berlimpah dapat digunakan meningkatkan gizi masyarakat dan pendapatan negara. This condition requires greater attention to the sea area. This research discusses the strategy of the Government of Indonesia to increase economic opportunities and overcome challenges through the World Maritime Fulcrum. This research aims to analyze the policies of the Government of Indonesia and the Provincial Government of DIY in developing coastal areas using geopolitical theory and the theory of sea power. This study uses a qualitative case study method. The data used are primary data through interviews and secondary data obtained from books, journal articles and online publications. The author finds that the synergism between law enforcement and maritime diplomacy is good enough. However, it is necessary to involve the community more actively in the sustainable management of biological resources and to increase the human resources of coastal communities. Meanwhile, the vision of the Governor of DIY called the Century of the Indian Ocean, has not been implemented optimally. The community needs additional construction of new TPI and development of TPI to become PPN and PPS to increase the productivity and welfare of fishermen. It can be concluded that the central and regional governments must always pay attention to marine management, especially for utilising resources and food. penggunaan waktu, tenaga maupun sarana. Dalam pengelolaan rekam medik, kenyataan masih
umumnya penggunaan rekam medik manual yang dinilai tak lagi andal menangani data medik
melahirkan ide konversi rekam medik manual kertas ke rekam medik elektronik karena efektivitas dan
efisiensinya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi rekam medik elektronik yang lebih dikenal
sebagai EMR (Electronic Medical Record) dari rekam medik kertas di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah
Sakit Umum Ananda Salatiga. Rekam medik elektronik dirancang dengan membuat form-form isian
catatan-catatan medik dalam proses perawatan pasien selama dirawat. Data-data medik ini kemudian
disimpan dalam basis data sistem dan dikelola secara digital. Setiap kali pengisian data medik pada
form-form tertentu, sistem akan menghasilkan kode yang membawa informasi khusus.
Pada akhirnya, sistem akan menghasilkan deret kode ICD (International Statistical
Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) dari kode-kode yang dihasilkan pada
pengisian form-form catatan medik. Deretan kode-kode ini mampu menggambarkan perkembangan
kondisi pasien dan penanganan medik yang diberikan selama perawatan. Data-data medik yang
tersimpan dapat ditampilkan kembali dalam bentuk catatan medik digital.

Many factors lead to low precision of the smash, including the explosive power arm muscles and flexibility. Therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the arm muscle explosive power and flexibility of the accuracy smash club members STKIP Meranti Meranti Islands District. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study are members of the Club STKIP Meranti. numbered as many as 20 people. The sampling technique using total sampling numbering as many as 20 people. Techniques of data retrieval is done with measurements of all three variables, variable arm muscle explosive power using one hand medicine ball test put, variable flexibility is by flexiometer. While accuracy is by using the smash smash Accuracy tests. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation and multiple correlation and continued contributions to the formula determined. Based on data analysis found that there is a contribution to the explosive bicep smash accuracy of 25.30% and amounted to 22.47% flexibility. While the contribution of the arm muscle explosive power and flexibility together to smash accuracy is 41.73%. No full textWasripin dan Satinah is a novel that reflects the political tensions of the Indonesian people during the New Order rule. Various experiences of the society are expressed primarily on issues pertaining to poverty and denial of the right to freedom of expression. In this novel, Kuntowijoyo presents the weaknesses of the government system that is based on ideology and extreme ideas. It may be observed that Kuntowijoyo strongly criticizes certain groups who are interested in dominating the lower strata of society. This paper shows the reprehensible traits and moral decay of political rulers who disregard the suffering of the people. Their governance has created differences between social classes, resulting in opposition and dissatisfaction, especially among the poor and powerless. Indeed, Wasripin dan Satinah has succeeded in presenting the emancipation and social responsibility towards the oppressed as a way to redeem the bitterness of life they had borne. Here, the author is able to shape the enlightened soul and prophetic mission in Wasripin by highlighting the element of reform to guide society towards a better direction. In fact, his work also clearly elevates his critical stance and intellectual abilities on humanitarian issues. Thus, this paper examines Wasripin dan Satinah from the perspective of Islamic humanism by Ali Shari'ati of Iran who pioneered the ideas of liberation and reform. The finding of this study is important because it highlights the strength of Wasripin dan Satinah as a novel that is laden with strong human values.
Full text: PDFWasripin dan Satinah ialah sebuah novel yang mencerminkan ketegangan politik rakyat Indonesia sewaktu pemerintahan Orde Baru. Pelbagai pengalaman masyarakat diungkapkan terutamanya tentang masalah kemiskinan dan penafian hak kebebasan bersuara. Dalam novel ini, Kuntowijoyo memaparkan kelemahan sistem pemerintahan yang bertunjangkan ideologi dan pemikiran ekstrim. Jika diamati, Kuntowijoyo tegas mengkritik kelompok tertentu yang mempunyai keinginan untuk mengekalkan dominasi mereka terhadap masyarakat bawahan. Makalah ini memperlihatkan sifat tercela dan kemerosotan moral penguasa politik tanpa mempedulikan penderitaan rakyat. Pentadbiran mereka telah mewujudkan jurang antara kelas sosial sehingga menimbulkan pertentangan serta rasa tidak puas hati khususnya golongan yang miskin dan tidak berkuasa. Sesungguhnya, Wasripin dan Satinah berjaya menampilkan emansipasi dan tanggungjawab sosial terhadap golongan yang tertindas bagi mengatasi penderitaan hidup yang telah ditanggung mereka. Di sini, pengarang berupaya membentuk pencerahan jiwa dan peranan kenabian dalam diri Wasripin dengan menyerlahkan sisi pembaharuan untuk membimbing masyarakat ke arah yang lebih baik. Malah, karya beliau juga jelas mengangkat pendirian dan kebolehan intelektual pengarang yang kritis terhadap isu-isu kemanusiaan. Oleh itu, makalah ini meneliti Wasripin dan Satinah dari perspektif humanisme Islam oleh Ali Shari’ati dari Iran yang mempelopori idea-idea pembebasan dan pembaharuan tersebut. Penemuan kajian ini penting kerana dapat menonjolkan kekuatan novel Wasripin dan Satinah sebagai novel yang sarat dengan nilai manusiawi yang kukuh.

No full textThis article explains the available nature of interpretants derived from the structural organization of poems in Bahtera Madani, an anthology by A. Aziz Deraman, the poet. The author tries to show how interrelated factors are gathered to contribute to the possible realization of poetic realm in terms of cultural appearances on the face and heart of the message as intended by the poet. The factors may include the concepts of idea and though as the basis for interpreting the cultural philosophy that lies beneath the surface structures of poetry, the function of sign in the signification of human actions and realities as interpreted by their semantic and pragmatic relations through structural sequences of words in poetry as well as the knowledge of culture possessed by the reader about the same culture understood by the poet. This endeavor will prove an intended study of meaning among and beneath other meanings in poetry.Makalah ini menerangkan sifat interpretan yang mungkin dapat dikesan daripada organisasi struktural puisi dalam Bahtera Madani karya penyair A.Aziz Deraman. Penulis makalah ini cuba menunjukkan cara mana beberapa faktor yang sating berhubungan dapat disatukan untuk menghasilkan realisasi hakikat puisi yang termungkin dari sudut bentuk budayayang tergambar pada wajah dan hati mesej sebagaimana yang dimaksudkan oleh penyair. Faktor tersebut mungkin meliputi konsep tentang idea dan fikiran sebagai asas menafsir falsafah budaya yang terletak baik di bawah, mahupun di permukaan puisi, fungsi tanda dalam penandaan tindakan dan realiti manusia sebagaimana yang ditafsirkan oleh hubungan semantik dan pragmatik melalui struktur urutan kata dalam puisi, termasuk pengetahuan pembaca tentang budaya yang sama yang difahami dan dimiliki oleh penyair.
