No full textCilj je rada istražiti i ilustrirati korelate prihvatljivog i neprihvatljivog izgovora njemačkog
uvularnog R u hrvatskih studenata njemačkog jezika i književnosti. Njemački i hrvatski jezik su
karakterizirani različitim realizacijama rotičkih glasnika te se studenti njemačkoga jezika i
književnosti susreću s uvularnom realizacijom fonema /r/ koju ne nalazimo u hrvatskom jeziku.
Artikulacijski opis hrvatskog glasnika /r/ je vibrant, nadzubni (vrh jezika + sredina nadzubnog
grebena) (Horga i Liker, 2016). U njemačkom jeziku fonem /r/ realiziran je kao postalveolarni
vibrant [r], uvularni frikativ [ʁ] i uvularni vibrant [ʀ]. Izgovor se razlikuje ovisno o regiji i
govorniku, a najzastupljeniji je uvularni izgovor.
Istraživanje koje je provedeno bila je kombinacija perceptivnog istraživanja i artikulacijske
ultrazvučne ilustracije izgovora. Istraživanje se sastojalo od snimanja studenata kako izgovaraju
ciljane riječi u rečenicama. Zatim su slušači radili procjenu izgovora studenata na temelju snimki.
Nakon obrade perceptivnih rezultata provela se artikulacijska ultrazvučna analiza u kojoj se
usporedila artikulacija najbolje i najlošije procijenjenih rotika te se utvrdilo ima li razlika i kako
se one očituju.Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, bestimmte Zusammenhänge der Aussprache der deutschen uvularen
Realisierung des Phonems /r/ bei kroatischen Germanistikstudenten zu untersuchen und sie zu
illustrieren. Die deutsche und die kroatische Sprache zeichnen sich durch unterschiedliche
Realisationen rhotischer Laute aus, und die Germanistikstudenten, deren Muttersprache Kroatisch
ist, begegnen der uvularen Realisation des Phonems /r/, die in der kroatischen Sprache nicht
vorhanden ist. Das kroatische Phonem /r/ wird als alveolarer Vibrant [r] (Zungenspitze + Mitte
des Zahndamms) realisiert (Horga und Liker, 2016), während im Deutschen das Phonem /r/ als
postalveolarer Vibrant [r], uvularer Frikativ [ʁ] und uvularer Vibrant [ʀ] realisiert wird. Die
Aussprache variiert je nach Region und Sprecher, aber die uvulare Aussprache ist am häufigsten.
Die Forschung ist eine Kombination aus Wahrnehmungsforschung und artikulatorischer
Ultraschalldarstellung der Aussprache und besteht aus drei Teilen. Die Studierenden lesen die
Sätze mit Zielwörtern. Die Äußerungen der Studierenden werden aufgezeichnet und die Hörer
nehmen eine Bewertung der Aussprache der Studierenden vor. Nach der Verarbeitung der
Wahrnehmungsergebnisse wird eine artikulatorische Ultraschallanalyse durchgeführt, bei der die
Artikulation der am besten und am schlechtesten bewerteten Artikulation verglichen wird und
Unterschiede analysiert werden

Get PDFThe article reflects the experiences of the author after having served as one of the three international judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH from 1997 to 2002. Based on the relevant case-law of the Constitutional Court it gives a basic overview of the constitutional structure of BiH and analyses the position of the Court vis-à-vis other institutions established under the Dayton-Agreement and the powers of judicial review and human rights protection based on its appellate jurisdiction. Moreover means of interpretation and the elements of constitutional doctrine elaborated through case-law as well as organisational and procedural matters such as the role of dissenting opinions are discussed. In conclusion the article reflects the role of the Constitutional Court in transition from an ethnically divided and war-torn society to democracy and the effective protection of human and minority rights

No full textSome of the most successful works in the opus of Marko Ruždjak would have been impossible to conceive without the clarinet, the composer’s favourite instrument, as well as wit- hout the guitar, percussion, and voice (soprano, baritone or choir). The author researches how the composer’s choice of instrumental timbres and the voicing of the instruments as solo part or part of a larger sound aggregates (or units) is guided by a singular idea, which can be defi- ned as sound space. The timbre in this context is not conceived just as an element of a two- dimensional unit (building contrasts or overflowing and fusion in the temporal flow), rather it participates in the building of the spatial (and emotional) perspective. It contributes to a building of a specific musical form and expression. Ruždjak’s works have been analyzed through the categories that are linked to the Klangkomposition aesthetics of the Sixties. In the first part of the text, the formal function of individual parameters such as dynamic and regi- ster in the works Passamezzo, Tentatio, Canto peregrino, Versus, Ricercar is analyzed. In the se- cond part of the text, the analysis of Odrazi, Andantino, Notturno is developed through the more complex dimensions such as "static immobile surfaces", "surfaces in movement", "globally static surfaces, flecked with internal movement". They have been deduced from the published and unpublished texts by Györgi Ligeti. The theoretical background for the analysis of the sound's formal functions in the works of Ruždjak is part of the Klangkomposition's aesthetic. Together with the analysis of harmonic and motivic dimensions of the composer's language, they conduct to the possibility of a deeper understanding of the synthesis between various stylistic trajectories that are characteristic for the musical path of Marko Ruždjak
