CONTRIBUTION OF WRITERS FROM ELBASAN IN THE TEMPORARY MAGAZINE "NORMALISTI"
In an attempt to make a panoramic reading of the temporary “Normalisti”, in a period of eight years, starting from 1929 to 1937, we will look through the protagonists of the writings that will be part of it, is dictated by the object of the theme that was selected from the very beginning. The initiative to publish this object in the press was taken by some students who studied at the school “Normalisti”, originally from Elbasan, but not only. In most cases, they will remain in minor writers groups for the history of Albanian literature, but there were some of them like the case of Sterjo Spasse, who with his writings became known in larger areas. However, the contribution of the magazine carried weight in the literary life of the city of Elbasan during those years, since the writings were not only of a literary nature. The magazine would contain various articles: including those of a literary nature; didactics; an added value will have the translations, which are characterized by the diversity of some of the names of world classics, as a valuable oasis among all others, etc. It is promoted, mostly the type of novel and narration, while poetry is promoted less, in which the theme of the homeland or the teaching profession predominates. Novels that remind us of Koliqi’s style, with themes that strive to transcend the mentalities of the time. The progress of teaching in the school “Normalisti” is reflected through some examples of lessons, called “Test-lesson”, which are functionalized in the above-mentioned purpose. The other sections have an educational, literary, linguistic character with folklore content, creating a wider cultural spectrum and diversity for the reader and the nature of the magazine
A STUDY UPON FILIP SHIROKA’S POETIC TRAGEDY
When we confront the World of Oneness with the Fictional World, to compare the essence of the tragedy which occurs in separation in both worlds, taking into account the laws of both, we remember that the fictional world belongs to the observation without background, and it is all observed by having the lack of evocation. Whereas, the World of Oneness is the opposite, where every element must be declared through the illusion of refutation, necessarily by being self-proclaimed. We are convinced that both worlds are extensions of each other and by functioning with the same laws; they easily pass their competences to live in the other world. Sadness and melancholy are two of the indicative elements of Shiroka's poetics, which identify his poems. With a literary creativity, not quite outstanding during the period of the National Renaissance, a work which, can not fill the gap of shortcomings that had in the system the literature of that period, but probably, contributed positively to the great cause of all organization of the Albanian patriots, with the help of technique which expresses humble, humility, hope that brings good. Verse of Shiroka, with influences from the most famous author of our renaissance, Naim Frashëri, but with a gentle gheg, which comes with a simple verse, with the rhyme of a beautiful language and equally meaningful messages. The modest human value conveyed by Filip Shiroka's poetics, among the verses in which deep tones of tragedy are distinguished, where longing for the homeland, love for the mother, calls for freedom, in which the feeling of humility prevails, simplicity that stems from the temporal existence of each person.Keywords: Observation without background, Evocation, Filip Shiroka, Essence of the tragedy, Longing for mother and homeland, National Renaissance
War Monuments: Instruments of Nation-building in Bosnia and Herzegovina
This article gives an overview of the three main mutually exclusive ethnonational narratives developed during and after the war (1992–1995) in Bosnia and Herzegovina through one of the main instruments of memory politics, i.e., monuments, which have been erected in large numbers in the last two decades. Through the analysis of symbols, shapes and inscriptions, the aim is to show how war monuments in Bosnia and Herzegovina serve as instruments of nation-building processes, i.e., strategies of identity consolidation and how they function as “containers of symbolism”. Unlike in the other Yugoslav successor states, in Bosnia and Herzegovina there is more than one nation-building project, with two being related to the “outside motherlands”, Serbia and Croatia, and one to the state. After a general overview of the memorialization process in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its political and legal frameworks, the author focuses on war monuments and narratives of the three ethno-national groups and gives some examples of monuments that represent the fourth, civic, or “unconstituent” narrative, which is very rare and marginal

MAKNA DAN SIMBOL TARI PADA SENI PERTUNJUKAN CARULUNG DI PURWAKARTA
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini salah satunya bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai simbol dan makna tari pada seni pertunjukan Carulung melalui bentuk penyajian tari serta simbol dan makna tari pada seni pertunjukan Carulung di Purwakarta. Peneliti merasa tertarik untuk meneliti tarian ini karena adanya banyak penyimbolan dan pemaknaan gerak didalamnya tentang kehidupan masyarakat kampung Cikopak yang patut dipahami dan diketahui oleh masyarakat.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori etnokoreologi, simbol dan makna (semiotik), hermeuneutik, garis dan warna serta bentuk penyajian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan temuan bentuk penyajian tari pada seni pertunjukan Carulung ini dibagi menjadi beberapa elemen yang terdiri dari gerak, musik iringan, rias dan busana, properti dan tempat pertunjukan. Tari pada seni pertunjukan Carulung ini sarat akan simbol dan makna yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan masyarakat disana. Salah satunya simbol dan makna keseluruhan berupa rasa syukur dan hubungan antara manusia dengan sang pencipta (hablum minallah) maupun manusia dengan manusia (hablum minannas) serta gambaran kegiatan masyarakat agraris kampung Cikopak sebagai petani yang terdapat pada gerak, kostum serta propertinya yang dapat dijadikan sebagai cerminan diri untuk selalu bersyukur. Tari dalam seni pertunjukan ini memiliki simbol dan makna yang harus diketahui oleh para generasi muda maka dari itu peran kita sebagai calon pendidik penting untuk memberi informasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam bersikap.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to increase knowledge about the symbols and meanings of dance in the Carulung performing arts through dance presentation and the symbols and meanings of dance in the Carulung performing arts in Purwakarta. Researchers are interested in researching this dance because there are many symbols and meanings of motion about the life of the Cikopak village community that should be understood and known by the community. The theory used in this study is the theory of ethnochoreology, symbols and meanings (semiotics), hermeneutics, lines and colors, and form of presentation. The method used is the descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The author uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study to collect data. Based on the findings, the dance presentation in Carulung's performing arts is divided into several elements consisting of motion, musical accompaniment, make-up and clothing, property, and venue. The dance in Carulung performing arts is full of symbols and meanings related to people's lives there, namely symbols and overall purposes in the form of gratitude, and the relationship between humans and the creator (hablum minallah) and humans and humans (hablum minannas), as well as a description of the activities of the village agrarian community. Cikopak as a farmer is contained in his movements, costumes, and properties that can be used as reflections. To always be grateful. Dance in this performing arts has symbols and meanings that the younger generation must know; therefore, our role as prospective educators is important to provide information that can be used as a basis for attitude.

Preman Pensiun dan Kuasa Agama: Semiotika Visual Komunikasi Religius dalam Episode “Kembali Ke Fitriâ€
The Preman Pensiun cinema in the episode Return to Fitri has vital elements of the pull of religion so that humans return to Him. The purpose of this study is to interpret cultural signs visually. Using a critical paradigm with a visual semiotic method that is both structural and poststructural, the researcher uses a post-semiotic approach rooted in postmodernism to interpret the image that the author refers to from the Sinema Preman Pensiun episode of Return to Fitri. The study\u27s results, from the perspective of structural visual semiotics, show that the power of religion is clearly depicted in the scenes played by Muslihat and Ujang figures. However, in the post-semiotic perspective, the pull of religion is a method of capitalism to influence or grip the minds of the audience so that they are interested in being part of the film (the audience). This research is expected to impact researches on communication semiotics that continue to develop and on da\u27wah communication in general, which the authors define as religious communication in the context of a critical paradigm
Peran Komunitas Islam dalam Menyemangati Keagamaan para Pemuda
This study aims to find out how the work program, the constraints, the role, the success rate, and the implementation of the program conducted by Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal in empowering orphaned resources by building the community\u27s caring participation for abandoned orphans. Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with data collection technique through documentation study, observation and interview. Because the research is qualitative, the data collected is then analyzed by selecting and classifying the data in order to facilitate the conclusion. Based on the results of research conducted on this Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal, the authors found out that empowerment of orphans conducted by Al-Hilal pesantren by providing human resource development by improving both social and religious knowledge, by meeting the needs of life for orphans as the realization of the success of orphans in achieving their goals and can be useful for the nation, and the country.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program, kegiatan, pelaksanaan, peran dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah dalam menyemangati Keagamaan para Pemuda. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu di Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah yang bermarkas di Masjid Al- Lathiif Jalan Saninten No. 2 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Karena penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan memilih dan mengklasifikasikan data tersebut supaya mempermudah dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah sangat berperan dalam menyemangati keagamaan para pemuda, terutama pengajarkan dalam hal keagamaan yang sifatnya mampu menjadikan sorang insan yang benar-benar bertakwa dan beriman kepada Allah SWT. Â
Aktivitas Pengembangan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Pengelolaan Pelayanan Ibadah Haji
The purpose of this study was to analyze the competency activities of training and education of employees in the Hajj service, the assessment of employee work in the Hajj service and employee career activities. The author uses the theory of Human Resource Management proposed by Garry Dessler. The results showed, First: Training and education carried out by the staff of the Section for Hajj and Umrah Implementation of the method is to use the lecture system, internships, training in the classroom with the guidance of instructors. Second: Employee work assessments that include aspects of employee work assessment include positive actions, negative actions, attendance, discipline, loyalty, work performance, responsibility, obedience, honesty, cooperation, initiative, and leadership and carried out in the office using the critical incident method , methods of goal management, methods of important events, and methods of field review. Third: the benchmark for determining employee careers must have good understanding, skills, knowledge, capacity and competence in terms of management of study. So that human resources increase.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aktivitas kompetensi pelatihan dan pendidikan karyawan dalam pelayanan ibadah haji, penilaian kerja karyawan dalam pelayanan ibadah haji dan aktivitas karir karyawan. Penulis menggunakan teori Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang dikemukakan oleh Garry Dessler. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, Pertama: Pelatihan dan pendidikan dilakukan oleh Staf Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah metodenya adalah dengan menggunakan sistem ceramah, magang, pelatihan dalam kelas dengan bimbingan instruktur. Kedua: Penilaian kerja karyawan yang mencakup aspek penilaian kerja karyawan meliputi perbuatan positif, perbuatan negatif, kehadiran, kedisiplinan, kesetiaan, prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab, ketaatan, kejujuran, kerjasama, prakarsa, dan kepemimpinan dan dilakukan di dalam kantor dengan menggunakan metode kajadian kritis, metode manajemen tujuan, metode kejadian penting, dan metode tinjauan lapangan. Ketiga: yang menjadi tolak ukur penentuan karier karyawan harus memiliki pemahaman, keterampilan, ilmu pengetahuan, kapasitas dan kompetensi yang baik dalam hal manajemen perhajian. Sehingga sehingga sumber daya manusia yang meningkat.Â
Nur Hidayahan: Komodifikasi Dakwah
ABSTRACTDa\u27wah can be done through various approaches, one of the approaches is through culture. As was done by Raden Hidayat Suryalaga, through Nur Hidayah. This study aims to determine how the process of preaching through a cultural approach, namely the art of Nur Hidayah, understanding Nur Hidayah in its entirety, both from the historical and content side, Nur Hidayah, and the commodification of Da\u27wah and Nur Hidayah. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The author conducted a direct interview with Hidayat in 1996, and observations within the Atikan Sunda Foundation. The results showed that there was innovation both in the formulation of da\u27wah and in the content of Nur Hidayah. This innovation is a form of commodification because in the end, besides generating use-value it also generates exchange value. The impact of this research is expected to enrich the treasures of piety both in terms of methods and in terms of content.Keywords: Nur Hidayah; Dakwah; commodification.ABSTRAKDakwah dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai pendekatan, salah satu pendekatan adalah melalui kebudayaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penulis mengadakan wawancara langsung dengan Hidayat pada tahun 1996, dan observasi di lingkungan Yayasan Atikan Sunda. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi inovasi baik pada formulasi dakwah maupun pada konten Nur Hidayah. Inovasi tersebut merupakan bentuk komodifikasi karena pada akhirnya, selain menghasilkan nilai guna juga menghasilkan nilai tukar. Da\u27wah di Youtube: Upaya Representasi Nilai Islam oleh Para Content-Creator
ABSTRACTYoutube is one of the popular media used for preaching. This study aims to analyze the stretch of da\u27wah on YouTube as an effort to represent Islam and to develop a positive Islamic representation. They use descriptive qualitative methods using the theory of Nidzam al-Ukhuwwah Hasan al-Banna and Ting-Toome inter-cultural communication in building a positive model of Islam in the Maya world. The author found that the younger generation carried out da\u27wah\u27s propagation through Youtube and positively, Islam was represented through this preaching. They also access YouTube more than any other media platform. Therefore, somebody can build positive content and opinions in developing Islamic representation. The two strategies found are content-creating and collaboration. Through this research, Islamic da\u27wah via Youtube can be encouraged and grown to become a reference media in exploring Islam.ABSTRAKYoutube menjadi salah satu media populer yang digunakan untuk berdakwah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis geliat dakwah di YouTube sebagai upaya representasi Islam dan Pembangunan Representasi Islam yang Positif. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori Nidzam al-Ukhuwwah Hasan al-Banna dan komunikasi antar-budaya Ting-Toome dalam membangun representasi positif dari Islam di dunia Maya. Penulis menemukan bahwa Geliat dakwah dilakukan oleh generasi muda melalui Youtube dan Secara Positif Islam direpresentasikan melalui dakwah tersebut. Mereka juga mengakses YouTube lebih dari platform media lain. Konten dan opini positif dalam pengembangan representasi Islam dapat terbangun. Dua strategi yang ditemukan adalah content-creating dan collaboration. Melalui penelitian ini, dakwah Islam melalui Youtube dapat didorong dan dikembangkan sehingga menjadi salah satu media rujukan dalam mendalami Islam.Kata Kunci: Dakwah Islam, Komunikasi, Dunia Maya, Representasi Islam, YouTub
