La migración mexicana hacia Estados Unidos : un desafío para la pastoral de la Iglesia

El primer capítulo se abre con una narración y una percepción de la realidad de los migrantes
mexicanos hacia Estados Unidos, enfocando más la atención a la situación de los migrantes
indocumentados.
En el segundo capítulo se analizará las principales causas de los problemas mencionadas en el
primer capítulo y, al mismo tiempo, se hará una crítica a la indiferencia de la sociedad, la cual
genera la injustica, exclusión y discriminación a los migrantes, especialmente donde se atenta
contra a la dignidad humana de ellos.
Por último, en el tercer capítulo, se indicarán algunos desafíos que se le presentan a la acción
pastoral de la iglesia católica y, al mismo tiempo, proponer algunas pautas actuales posibles para
acompañar a los migrantes.This work is divided into three chapters:
The first chapter opens with a narrative and a perception of the reality of Mexican migrants to
the United States, focusing more attention on the situation of undocumented migrants.
In the second chapter, the main causes of the problems which are mentioned in the first
chapter will be analyzed and, at the same time, it will do a critique of the indifference of
society, which generates injustice, exclusion and discrimination against migrants, especially
where it undermines their human dignity.
Finally, in the third chapter, some challenges which are presented for the pastoral action of the
Catholic Church will be indicated and, at the same time, propose some possible current

Philippe Le Bon's, Duke of Burgundy, message-dispatch organization rested on various men of a modest standing who gravitated around him. The main body of this activity was a dozen of horse-riders from the Duke's stables. But many municipal messengers as well as various serving-men from his hotel were entrusted in the same way with the Duke's and his councillors' missions. And all the envoys were similarly inscribed in the accounting books of the General Receivers. The Duke prefered a flexible system which allowed him to follow closely the situation itself, changing as it was in the Netherlands in the 1420s.Les messageries de Philippe le Bon, duc de Bourgogne, reposaient sur les divers hommes modestes gravitant autour de lui. Le corps principal de cette activité était une douzaine de chevaucheurs de l'écurie du duc. Mais de nombreux messagers municipaux ainsi que divers domestiques de son hôtel étaient chargés de la même manière des missions du duc et de ses conseillers. Et tous les envoyés étaient semblablement inscrits dans les registres des comptes des Receveurs généraux. Het voornaamste korps bestond uit twaalf bereden boodschappers uit zijn stal maar daarnaast voerden ook gemeentelijke boodschappers en andere knechten van het hof opdrachten uit voor de hertog en zijn raadgevers. En aile zendingen werden op dezelfde manier ingeschreven in het rekeningenboek van de algemene ontvangers. Researching the Effect of Views and Feedback About Products on Customer’s Purchase Intention. Case of Shopping on the Social Media
No full textPurpose: There has been a recent uptick in interest in studying the impact of user ratings and comments posted on social networking sites. The growth of the Internet and e-commerce sites have made it more simpler to locate and assess data, lessened the possibility of identity theft, and increased confidence in the data's accuracy. The study's goal is to determine whether or not customers' exposure to reviews and comments influences their propensity to make a purchase on e-commerce site.
Theoretical framework: In contrast to previous research that has examined the impact of user reviews and comments on e-commerce sites, the team behind this investigation looked solely at the impact of such data on media consumers
Design/methodology/approach: In a poll, participants were asked about their recent internet shopping experiences and whether or not they were impacted by word-of-mouth advertising. Then, give impartial evaluation data on how views, reactions, and eWOM affected online shopping intent
Findings: Based on a structural equation modeling study of 384 observations, we learn that the most influential components in shaping purpose are knowledge, attitude, perceived value, familiarity, and reference group
Research, Practical & Social implications: The study help business use social media to sell product or service effectively through understanding consumer behavior in referencing feedback and view on product
Originality/value: The value of the study provide researcher theoretical framework in studying consumer behavior through product purchase intention impacted by feedback and view of consumer on social media
Van Bourges tot Haarzuilen: 19e-eeuwse Restauratiepraktijken in Frankrijk en in Nederland
No full textDit onderzoek neemt de lezer mee naar vroege Middeleeuwse praktijken: hoe het stadspaleis van Jacques Coeur in Bourges onderworpen is geweest aan meerdere restauraties. Tussen alle delen van dit hoofdstuk zijn bruggen gelegd, om op deze manier grip te krijgen op de opkomst van de neogotische restauratiepraktijken in Frankrijk en Nederland. Het Palais van Jacques Coeur is in haar hoedanigheid zo vaak gerestaureerd, dat het eind negentiende eeuw in aanraking kwam met Viollet-le-Duc. Aansluitend daarop is de opkomst van de architectuur en daarbij de rol van de architect Viollet-le-Duc besproken in hoofdstuk twee. Uit deze passage kunnen we concluderen dat Viollet-le-Duc een enorme invloed uitoefende op de wijze waarop negentiende-eeuwse architecten aan het werk gingen. Zijn theoretische manier die zich beriep op functionaliteit van het materiaal, waarbij tevens teruggegrepen werd op het historische Franse verleden middels archeologie, verspreidde zich over Europa. Zo kwam deze theorie in aanraking met
Cuypers, die zowel zijn katholieke sacraal- als woningbouw inzette namens het gotische rationalisme. Cuypers stortte zich aan het einde van zijn carrière op het herstel van Kasteel de Haar, een gesammtkunstwerk dat de idealen van de Middeleeuwen moest uitstralen. In dit bouwwerk kwamen de negentiende-eeuwse restauratie idealen echt tot uiting: er werd gekeken naar de toepassing van betere, sterkere materialen, terwijl het bouwwerk in eerste oogopslag gotisch deed lijken. Concluderend diende het woonhuis van Jacques Coeur in Bourges, direct en indirect, als grote inspiratiebron voor verdere, vernieuwende, restauratiepraktijken van zowel Viollet-le-Duc als Cuypers

Přínosem je přenesení práce do praxe za účelem úspěšné implementace finanční strategie, která bude vést k zisku. Podnikatelský plán se zaměřuje na proveditelnost, úkony potřebné k realizaci a životaschopnost projektu z ekonomické stránky. Veškeré údaje byly zanalyzovány na základě reálných podkladů, které autor práce získával z komunikace s obchodními partnery. Statistiky, rozvahy a jiné finanční analýzy byly vytvořeny porovnáním dat rodinné firmy autora. Mezi nejzajímavější výsledky patří konečná finanční rozvaha, která popisuje nákladnost maloobchodního projektu. Práce je kvalitním podkladem pro začínající podnikatele, kteří chtějí uspět v retailovém odvětví.This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the creation of a business plan, whose main aim is to compare two investment options of two newly made non-residential premises. The added value of this work is the transfer into practice in order to implement the financial strategy, which will generate income. The business plan is focusing on verifying the feasibility of this project, all the needed steps to the realization as well as the viability from the economic point of view. All the data, which is used, has been analyzed by virtue of real basis, which had been gathered by the author from various communications with business partners. One of the most interesting results is the final financial analysis, which is describing the expenses of the retail project. This work is a good basis for beginning entrepreneurs, which are trying to make it in the retail industry
