HASIL UJI TINGKAT KESUKAAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP LASAGNA TEMPE
Lasagna tempe koro putih dengan isian sambal tempe ikan tongkolmerupakan hidangan inovatif yang menggabungkan konsep lasagna dengantempe koro putih dan sambal tempe ikan tongkol. Hidangan ini menawarkankombinasi rasa dan tekstur yang baru serta manfaat kesehatan dari keduabahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Menemukan resep Lasagna yangakan disubtitusi oleh tempe koro putih dengan isian sambal ikan tongkol. (2)Menentukan kemasan yang sesuai untuk produk lasagna subtitusi tempe koroputih dengan isian sambal ikan tongkol. (3) Mengetahui tingkat kesukaanterhadap produk pengembangan Lasagna Tempe Koro Putih dengan isiansambel Ikan Tongkol. (4) Menghitung harga jual dan BEP (Break-EvenPoint) produk pengembangan Lasagna Tempe Koro Putih dengan isiansambel Ikan Tongkol. (5) Menentukan BMC dari produk Lasagna TempeKoro Putih dengan isian sambel Ikan Tongkol. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D(Define, Design, Development, dan Dissemination). Ha sil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa lasagna tempe koro putih dengan isian sambal tempeikan tongkol memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi (30% lebih tinggi darilasagna tradisional) dan kaya akan nutrisi lainnya, seperti serat, vitamin B,mineral, omega-3, dan probiotik. Hidangan ini juga memiliki rasa dan teksturyang disukai oleh remaja.Lasagna tempe koro putih dengan isian sambaltempe ikan tongkol merupakan pilihan makanan yang sehat, lezat, dan kayaakan protein bagi remaja. Hidangan ini dapat membantu m emenuhikebutuhan nutrisi remaja untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan aktivitasmereka
Use of water resources in mountain. The case study of the Montellina Spring
The Montellina Spring (370 m a.s.l.) represents an example of groundwater resource in mountain region. It is a significant source of drinking water located in the right side of the Dora Baltea Valley (Northwestern Italy), SW of Quincinetto town. This spring shows a morphological location along a ridge, 400 m from the Renanchio Torrent in the lower sector of the slope.
The spring was investigated using various methodologies as geological survey, supported by photo interpretation, structural reconstruction, NaCl and fluorescent tracer tests, discharge measurements. This multidisciplinary approach, necessary due to the complex geological setting, is required for the importance of the Montellina Spring. It is interesting in the hydrogeological context of Western Alps for its high discharge, relatively constant over time (average 150 l/s), and for its location outside a fluvial incision and suspended about 40 m above the Dora Baltea valley floor (Lasagna et al. 2013).
According to the geological setting, the hydrogeological reconstruction of the area suggests that the large amount of groundwater in the basin is essentially favoured by a highly fractured bedrock, covered by wide and thick bodies of glacial and gravitational sediments. The emergence of the water along the slope, in the Montellina Spring, is essentially due to a change of permeability between the deep bedrock and the shallow bedrock and/or surficial sediments. The deep bedrock, showing closed fractures and/or fractures filled by glacial deposits, is slightly permeable. The shallow bedrock, strongly loosened as result of gravitational phenomena, and the local gravitational sediments are, on the contrary, highly permeable.
The concentration of water at the spring is due to several reasons. a) The spring is immediately downward a detachment niche, dipping towards the spring, that essentially drains the water connected to the change of permeability in the bedrock. b) It is along an important fracture, that carries a part of the losses of the Renanchio Torrent. c) Finally, it is favored by the visible and buried morphology. Although it is located along a ridge, the spring occurs in a small depression between a moraine and a landslide body. It also can be favored by the likely concave trend of buried base of the landslide.
At last, tracer tests of the Renanchio Torrent water with fluorescent tracer are performed, with a continuous monitoring in the Montellina Spring. The surveys permit to verify and quantify the spring and torrent hydrogeological relationship, suggesting that only a small fraction of stream losses feeds the spring

This technology, called Lasagna (TM) because of the layers of electrodes and treatment zones, has been developed to combine electrokinetics with treatment zones for use in low-permeability soils where rates of hydraulic and electrokinetic transport are too low to be useful for remediation of contaminants. The technology was developed by two groups, one involving industrial partners and the U.S. Department of Energy and another involving U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the University of Cincinnati, who each pursued different electrode geometries. This report deals with the horizontal configuration where electrodes and treatment zones are installed by hydraulic fracturing in soil. This report covers a period from October 1993 to August 2001 and work was completed September 29, 2001

Near-field coherent structures in circular and fractal orifice jets
To investigate the influence of the orifice geometry on near-field coherent structures in a jet, Fourier proper orthogonal decomposition (Fourier-POD) is applied. Velocity and vorticity snapshots obtained from tomographic particle image velocimetry at the downstream distance of two equivalent orifice diameters are analyzed. Jets issuing from a circular orifice and from a fractal orifice are examined, where the fractal geometry is obtained from a repeating fractal pattern applied to a base square shape. While in the round jet energy is mostly contained at wave number m=0, associated to the characteristic Kelvin-Helmholtz vortex rings, in the fractal jet modal structures at the fundamental azimuthal wave number m=4 capture the largest amount of energy. In addition, energy is scattered across a wider range of wave numbers than in the round jet. The radial Fourier-POD profiles, however, are nearly insensitive to the orifice geometry, and collapse to a universal distribution when scaled with a characteristic radial length. A similar collapse was recently observed in POD analysis of turbulent structures in pipe flow. However, unlike in pipe flow, the azimuthal-to-radial aspect ratio of the Fourier-POD structures is not constant and varies greatly with the wave number. The second part of the paper focuses on the relationship between streamwise vorticity and streamwise velocity, to characterize the role of the orifice geometry on the lift-up mechanism recently found to be active in turbulent jets [P. Nogueira, A. Cavalieri, P. Jordan, and V. Jaunet, Large-scale streaky structures in turbulent jets, J. Fluid Mech. 873, 211 (2019)JFLSA70022-112010.1017/jfm.2019.365]. The averaging of the streamwise vorticity conditioned on intense positive fluctuations of streamwise velocity reveals a pair of vorticity structures of opposite sign flanking the conditioning point, inducing a radial flow towards the jet periphery. This pair of structures is observed in both jets, even if the azimuthal extent of this pattern is 30% larger in the jet issuing from the circular orifice. The coupling between streamwise vorticity and velocity motions is also examined using Fourier-POD. The analysis reveals that in the jet with a circular orifice lower wave-number modes, corresponding to structures at larger scales, capture a larger fraction of the vorticity-velocity coupling. This evidences that the orifice geometry directly influences the interaction between velocity and vorticity.</p
PENGARUH SUBSTITUSI TEPUNG ONCOM MERAH TANPA SPORA TERHADAP DAYA TERIMA PRODUK PASTA LASAGNA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan
tepung oncom merah tanpa spora yang disubstitusikan dalam p embuatan pasta
lasagna terhadap daya terima pasta lasagna yang meliputi penilaian pada aspek
rasa, aroma, warna dan tekstur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di L aboratorium R ekayasa
dan Analisis boga Program Studi Tata Boga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri
J akarta. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan sejak bulan April 2015 hingga
Januari 2016. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji organoleptik oleh 30 orang
panelis agak terlatih, yaitu mahasiswa program studi Tata Boga Universitas
Negeri Jakarta. Produk pasta lasagna ini sebelumnya telah melalui tahap validasi
oleh 5 orang dosen ahli dan dinyatakan memenuhi syarat kelayakkan untuk
dilanjutkan ke tahap uji daya ter ima produk. Hasil yang didapat dari penilaian
daya terima produk adalah pasta lasagna dengan subst itusi tepung oncom merah
tanpa spora sebanyak 0%, 7,5% dan 15% memperoleh nilai warna 3,9 untuk
substitusi tepung oncom m erah tanpa spora 7,5%, rasa 3,9 untuk substitusi tepung
oncom merah tanpa spora 7,5%, aroma 3,9 dari substitusi tepung oncom merah
tanp a spora 7,5%, dan tekstur 3,9 dari substitusi tepung oncom merah tanpa spora
0%. Hasil statistik dengan menggunakan uji Friedman dengan taraf signifikan α
0,05. Membuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh substitusi tepung oncom
merah tanpa spora terhadap daya terima produk pasta lasagna dengan persentase
0%, 7,5% dan 15% pada a spek warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur.

This research aimed to identify and analyze the effect of the red flour oncom
without spores were substituted in the manufacture of pasta lasagna, pasta
lasagna acceptance of the covering on the aspects of flavor, teste, color and
texture. This research was conducted in the Food Engineering And Analysis
Laboratory. Food and Nutrition Programme, Faculty of Technique, State
University of Jakarta. The timing of the studies carried out since April 2015 to
January 2016. This research used the organoleptic test by 30 semi trained panelist.
This lasagna pasta products had been tested by 5 trained. The of the acceptability
of products pasta lasagna with red oncom flour substitution without spores as
much as 0%, 7,5% and 15% received grades of 3,9 for the substitution red oncom
flour without spores 7,5%, flavor 3,9 for the substitution red oncom flour without
spores 7,5%, 3,9 taste of red oncom flour substitution without spores 7,5%, and
3,9 texture of the red oncom flour substitution without spores of 0%. The
statistical results used Friedman test with significance level α of 0,05, proved that
there was no substitution effect of red oncom flour without spores substitution to
the lasagna pasta product acceptance with a percentage of 0%, 7,5% and 15% on
the aspects of colour, taste, flavor, and textur
