No full textLõputöö keskendus Ahtri ja Hobujaama ristmiku rekonstrueerimise töökorralduse planeerimisele, arvestades Tallinna linna eripärasid ning ehitustööde erilisi nõudeid ja väljakutseid. Vanade ja amortiseerunud kommunikatsioonivõrkude terviklik rekonstrueerimine ristmiku all oli hädavajalik ehitustööde edukaks läbiviimiseks ning linna transpordiinfrastruktuuri tõhusamaks muutmiseks.
Projekti raames teostati põhjalikud uuringud ja analüüsid, et tagada rekonstrueerimistööde sujuv kulgemine ning kõigi osapoolte vajaduste ja ootuste rahuldamine. Eemaldati vanad töötavad kommunikatsioonid trammitee alalt ning rajati uus ja kaasaegne side-, elektri- ja tänavavalgustuse paigaldis vastavalt linna kõrgendatud standarditele. Lisaks rajati trammitee koos kontaktvõrguga, mis kulgeb üle Ahtri tänava, eelduseks uue trammiliini loomisele, ühendades Tallinna Lennujaama Sadamaga.
Tööde planeerimisel ja elluviimisel kasutati ettevõtte poolt väljatöötatud jõudluse norme ja parimaid töövõtteid, mis tuginesid varasematele edukalt teostatud projektidele. Lisaks võeti arvesse alltöövõtjate reaalset hinnangut tööde teostamisele ning rakendati õppetöö käigus omandatud teadmisi ja isiklikke kogemusi, mis on autor omandanud teisi ehitusobjekte juhtides. Ajaarvestuse ja kalendergraafiku koostamisel kasutati ettevõttes väljakujunenud arvutusmudeleid, ning ajagraafik koostati Microsoft Project programmiga, et selgelt määratleda ja visualiseerida teostatavad tööd ning ajaline kestvus.
Kokkuvõttes võimaldas lõputöös käsitletud töökorraldus rekonstrueerimistööde tõhusat ja edukat läbiviimist, arvestades Tallinna linna eripärasid ja vajadusi. Uus trammiliin Ahtri ja Hobujaama ristmikul annab olulise panuse linna liikluse jätkusuutlikumaks ja efektiivsemaks muutmiseks ning pakub väärtuslikku teavet tulevaste sarnaste projektide planeerimise ja elluviimise jaoks.The following thesis is Construction Management Project for Reconstruction of a City Street
Tallinn is a city that is constantly changing and developing, most notably with regard to its public transport infrastructure. At present the city operates four tram lines and the construction of the fifth, the Old City Harbour (Vanasadama) tram line, is underway. In recent years, the City of Tallinn has been working towards its objective of designing greener and more sustainable environments, with a special emphasis on developing public transport and improving the urban environment. One important step in this direction is the design and construction of a tram line connecting the Old City Harbour and Rail Baltic’s Ülemiste passenger terminal. This project will create a new connection between Tallinn Airport and Rail Baltic’s Ülemiste passenger terminal, which will support the development of tourism, strengthen local public transport and will be an important part of the city's ongoing effort to move from the ever-increasing motorisation to more environmentally friendly transport modes.
This thesis focuses on the organization of the construction works of the tram line connecting the Old City Harbour and Rail Baltic’s Ülemiste passenger terminal at the intersection of Ahtri and Hobujaama streets. The aim is to draw up a design for the organization of reconstruction works including the description of all construction work and their related time demand. All works are carried out by subcontractors and all necessary resources and productivity goals have been agreed in advance. In order to draw up a realistic timetable and construction schedule, site inspections have been arranged together with subcontractors, and in addition, knowhow acquired in the course of the study and on the experience based of the general contractor's previous projects has been used. Resource and calendar schedules have been prepared in order to give an overview of the need for labor and construction equipment on the construction site. The calendar schedule has been created with the help of Microsoft Project, which provides an overview of the work phases and the construction work that needs to be done at the given phase.
Within the framework of the project, it is important to remove old infrastructure located under the intersection from the area under the tram line and replace them with new and

modern telecommunication, electrical and street lighting installations. A new asphalt-covered intersection will also be built, along with a new tram line and related communication systems, which will help to improve the public transport infrastructure and make urban traffic smoother. The calculations use performance standards developed by the company that are based on previously successfully completed projects
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
