Early rheumatoid arthritis: Clinical aspects of new classification criteria and modern treatment strategies
No full textIn this thesis Lena Bugge Nordberg assessed clinical aspects of new classification criteria and modern treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The thesis is based on data from the ARCTIC trial, in which 230 early RA patients were followed for 2 years.
Nordberg examined whether the use of ultrasound, in addition to clinical examination, better identifies joints that will benefit from intra-articular glucocorticoid injections. The efficacy of injections was best if ultrasound showed active inflammation in the joint at the time of the injection. The findings support ultrasound as a tool for selection of joints for injection therapy.
Nordberg also compared seropositive and seronegative patients fulfilling the new classification criteria for RA. At baseline, seronegative patients had markedly higher levels of joint inflammation than seropositive. After two years of treatment, disease outcomes were similar between groups. The findings suggest that patients now classified as seronegative RA have a more serious disease than before, and require intensive therapy. The results have also contributed to a discussion of the performance of the new classification criteria in seronegative patients

No full textI denne rapporten ønsker forfatterne å beskrive innholdet i Operativt politiarbeid på B3. De velger først å se på det samlede arbeidet studentene har av litteratur. Dette inkluderer skriftlig materiale og digitale leksjoner. Annett Bugge har i den sammenheng gått igjennom all litteratur som studentene har hatt tilgang på i studieåret 2023-24. Dette vil også være utgangspunktet for timetallene som blir presentert i rapporten.
Det andre temaet omhandler hvilke fag emnet består av. På grunn av de strukturelle endringene av ny rammeplan som ble innført i året 2019, består emnet i dag av flere fag. Noen av disse er politifag, juss, fysisk aktivitet, kommunikasjon og konflikthåndtering, og psykologi. Forfatterne har brukt undervisningsplanen for å finne ut hvor mange timer de ulike fagene er delaktige i undervisningen. Fagene er representert enten alene som enkeltfag, eller i en tverrfaglig sammenheng.
Det tredje temaet er hvilke læringsaktiviteter emnet består av – presentert i fire hovedgrupper kalt digital undervisning, ferdighetstrening, teoriundervisning og øvelser. Hvert enkelt av disse består av flere underkategorier. Også har her er det tatt utgangspunkt i undervisningsplanen, med utgangspunkt i alle undervisningstimene.
I hoveddelen er det et eget avsnitt som omhandler Refleksjon og tiltak. Her ønsker forfatterne å få frem sine synspunkter knyttet til de ulike utfordringene de har møtt på i løpet av de årene emnet har eksistert. Refleksjonene vil blant annet ta utgangspunkt i noen av momentene som er nevnt ovenfor.publishedVersio
