Mobile Wallet Adoption and Continuous Use in Generation Z in Yangon ( Kyaw Win Thein, 2024)
The main objectives of this study are to analyze the factors influencing mobile wallet adoption and to investigate the relationship between adoption and continuous use in generation Z in Yangon. The study focuses on key factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, social influence, trust, and marketing activity. Data for this study was collected through both primary and secondary sources. The primary data was obtained via a questionnaire survey conducted with 115 respondents, selected using random sampling. Descriptive statistics and Multiple Linear Regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, social influence, trust, marketing activity are significant on mobile wallet adoption. The findings also reveal that the relationship between adoption and continuous use of mobile wallet is also strongly significant. This highlights the critical role of initial adoption in ensuring continuous use of mobile wallet. Based on these findings, it is recommended that mobile wallet providers focus on enhancing user experience, building trust, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase adoption and continuous use among Generation Z in Yangon. Additionally, reducing risk and improving the functionality of mobile wallet are essential to meet the needs of this tech-savvy generation. According to the study, adoption is the primary factor that drives continuous use, which highlights the need for focused efforts to encourage adoption. This study provides valuable insights for mobile wallet providers, researchers, and policymakers aiming to understand and enhance mobile wallet use among young consumers in Yangon
Opportuntties and Challenges of Sustainable Logging System in Myanmar (Case Study: Thandwe District, ) (Oo Kyaw Win, 2022)
All native forests need to be actively managed for environmental reasons.
Sustainable logging Which means Myanmar Selection System (MSS) of logging
promotes good forest productivity in affecting low-impact production logging. This
study aims to examine the sustainable logging system of Myanmar and to identify the
opportunities and challenges of sustainable logging system in Myanmar. The SWOT
analysis method is used to achieve the research objectives. The opportunities of the
sustainable logging system of Myanmar are sustainable job creation, maintaining the
diversity of plants, monopoly power for log extraction and marketing. The challenges
of the sustainable logging system are deforesting, illegal logging and global warming.
Although Myanmar is rich in forest resource, there is a lack of wood-based industry
policy in Myanmar and is also a gap of wood-based technology. It is recommended
that the government needs to focus on the effective reform of the forestry sector,
beginning with the need for more transparent information for decision-making and
holding officials. Weak governance in the forest sector remains a major obstacle to
implementing SFM in Myanmar
Determinant Factors on Management Control, Labour Productivity and Performance at Jasmine Palace Construction Co., Ltd (Htut Kyaw Win, 2025)
The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of determinant factors on management control, to analyze the effect of management control on labour productivity and to analyze the effect of labour productivity on performance of Jasmine Palace Construction Co., Ltd. A sample of 110 out of 150 supervisors and above managerial level personnel engaged in building projects at Jasmine Palace Construction Co., Ltd are included in this study. The sample size is calculated using Yamane formula and participants are selected through simple random sampling. A structured questionnaire is distributed to the respondents by making personal interview to collect primary data. Data analysis is conducted using both descriptive statistics and linear regression. According to the results of regression analysis, delegation of responsibilities, supervision of subordinates, and the accuracy of information have significant and positive effects on management control. There is a significant and positive effect of management control on labour productivity. Moreover, labour productivity has a significant and positive effect on performance of building projects. Jasmine Palace Construction Co., Ltd. should establish standardized supervision practices across all levels by developing and implementing protocols for monitoring work quality, providing constructive feedback, and setting performance expectations
Influencing Factors on Buying Behavior of Consumers Towards Organic Eggs in Yangon (Kyi Pyar Kyaw Win, 2022)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of consumers personal and
situational factors on their buying intention and actual buying behavior of organic eggs in
Yangon. Data are collected from 300 respondents of organic eggs consumers with a
structured questionnaire. The findings shows that consumers interest in health,
environment, product quality, and their trust on organic eggs significantly influence on
their intention to buy organic eggs. Moreover, their buying intention positively affect the
buying behavior of consumers towards organic eggs. The results of this study describe
various essential conclusions for retailers, policy makers, and social and environmental
organizations who are working to establish effective strategies to increase organic egg
consumption in Yangon. The results provide valuable information to organic egg
producers to help them develop marketing strategies for buying organic eggs
“The Effect of Passion and Behaviors on Business Performance of Young Entrepreneurs in YRYEA (Hnin Hlwar Kyaw Win, 2024)
The purposes of the study are to analyze the effect of passion and entrepreneurial
behaviors on business performance among young entrepreneurs in the Yangon Region
Young Entrepreneurs Association (YRYEA). There are 200 active members registered
with the Yangon Region Young Entrepreneurs Association (YRYEA) in 2024. The sample
size of 132 is determined using Raosoft sample size calculator and simple random sampling
method. Both primary and secondary data are used in this study. Primary data are collected
by using online survey method. Secondary data are collected from the previous research
papers, documents of Yangon Region Young Entrepreneurs Association (YRYEA),
international journals, papers, articles, reports, and relevant websites. Descriptive statistics
and regression analysis are applied to analyze the collected data. According to the multiple
regression analysis, both harmonious and obsessive passion have significant and positive
effect on engagement and persistence among young entrepreneurs. Obsessive passion has
a significant and positive effect on opportunity creation, while harmonious passion does
not have significant effect on it. Persistence and opportunity creation significantly and
positively affect business performance. However, engagement do not significantly affect
business performance. This study recommends that the Yangon Region Young
Entrepreneurs Association (YRYEA) should balance gender-specific support, tailor
programs to address age-related needs, offer networking opportunities, support work-life
balance, manage obsessive passion, and establish advanced training and formal programs
to maintain continuous engagement and persistence. Additionally, promoting an inclusive
and collaborative environment will enhance young entrepreneurs' business performanc
The Effect of Talent Management on Organizational Performance of Origin Business Solutions Company (Kyaw Win Han, 2025)
The primary objectives of the study are to analyze the effect of talent management on organizational performance of Origin Business Solutions Company and to analyze the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between talent management and organizational performance of Origin Business Solutions Company. Both primary and secondary data are collected for this study. The population of the study consists of 100 employees at Origin Business Solutions Company, with a sample size of 80 determined using the Raosoft sample size calculator. Primary data are gathered through an online survey using structured questionnaires, while secondary data are collected from related textbooks, articles, websites, international dissertations, and other local MBA research papers from the library. For data analysis, both descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are applied. The findings reveal that talent attraction has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, and organizational commitment acts as a significant mediator on the relationship between talent attraction and organizational performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that aligning talent management practices with broader organizational goals is essential to maximize their effectiveness. By integrating organizational commitment, talent attraction, and career development strategies, Origin Business Solutions Company can foster a more focused and motivated workforce. Additionally, it is suggested that Origin Business Solutions Company should continue to invest in career development programs and create an environment that promotes employee engagement to enhance organizational performance further
