EFEK EKSTRAK KULIT BUAH RAMBUTAN (Nephelium lappaceum L.) TERHADAP PEROKSIDASI LIPID HEPAR TIKUS OBESITAS

Si Kata Kunci: obesitas, peroksidasi lipid, malondialdehyde, antioksidan Individu obesitas dapat mengalami kerusakan hati karena tingginya stress oksidatif dalam tubuh. Stress oksidatif dapat menyebabkan terjadinya peroksidasi lipid. Proses peroksidasi lipid dapat dicegah dengan pemberian antioksidan dari luar tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak kulit buah ram-butan (Nephelium lappaceum L.) terhadap penurunan peroksidasi lipid pada hepar tikus obesitas. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Biosains dan Laboratorium Fisiologi Molekuler Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya Malang, pada bulan Juli 2012-Maret 2013. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada-lah RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu tikus non treat-ment, tikus yang diberi aquades, tikus yang diberi ekstrak kulit buah rambutan 15mg/kgbb, 30mg/kgbb, dan 60mg/kgbb masing-masing dengan 5 kali ulangan. Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah tikus wistar jantan umur 13 minggu dan dibuat obesitas dengan pemberian pakan tinggi kalori (3812 kalori/kg) mulai lepas sapih. Ekstrak kulit buah rambutan diberikan per oral setiap dua hari sekali. Pada minggu ke-12 tikus dibedah. Hepar diambil dan dilakukan uji TBA. Data berupa kadar malondialdehyde (MDA) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik Analisis Varian Tunggal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan peroksidasi lipid yang ditandai dengan rendahnya kadar MDA pada kelompok perlakuan dibandingkan dengan kontrol dan yang diberi aquades. Kelompok perlakuan yang memiliki ka-dar MDA terendah yaitu pada dosis 15 mg/kgbb yang menunjukkan adanya ak-tivitas antioksidan pada kulit buah rambutan. Kadar MDA pada dosis 30 mg/kgbb dan mg/kgbb lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok perlakuan lainnya
Eksistensi Perempuan Dalam Novel Mahabharata Karya Chakravartin Rajagopalachari (Kajian Feminisme)
This research aims to describe the existence of women in it The Mahabharata novel by Chakravartin Rajagopalachari is based on the study of feminism existential approach. The qualitative descriptive analysis research method is a method used in this research. The techniques used are reading, listening and reading techniques Note down the steps, namely determining the novel to be studied, reading the novel thoroughly repeatedly, determining studies as a tool for analysis, namely the study of feminism, collect feminist data, and draw conclusions. Data analysis in this research by identifying the data that has been collected, then feminist data that remains good. The description of women's existence is then explained in detail so that it is easy to understand understand, then draw conclusions. The results obtained are (1) Inequality.The gender experience experienced by the character Draupadi is in the form of acts of violence and humiliation by kurawa in the dice game arena; (2) Draupadi experienced polyandry when she married fifth Pandava; (3) King Pandu committed polygamy against Queen Kunti married Dewi Madri; (4) Goddess Kunti as Mother Earth as proven by the birth of Pandu's son, namely the 5 Pandavas, (5) Intelligence and decisiveness possessed by Draupadi in responding to various events that happened to her and her family. A short film discussion, Candra Aditya’s Dewi pulang

Any remaining errors, oversights, and infelicities are the author's own.Short films have proven an important medium for social commentary in contemporary Indonesia. As an example of the genre, this special issue of bki presents Candra Aditya’s (2016) short film, Dewi pulang (Dewi goes home), which follows a young Javanese woman as she travels from Jakarta to her natal home in Central Java to attend her father’s funeral. A critically annotated transcript and translation of the film’s dialogue is followed by four essays on various aspects of the film and a conversation with the filmmaker. Issues addressed include the changing nature of short films and ‘indie’ cinema in post-authoritarian Indonesia; the filmmaking practices specific to Dewi pulang; the interplay of absence and presence in Dewi’s movement between Jakarta and her natal home in Central Java; and the juxtaposition of Indonesian-, English- and Javanese language dialogue, and the forms of sociality they respectively embody. Taken as a whole, the special issue offers at once a window onto short filmmaking in Indonesia and new primary materials for further analysis.FacultyReviewe

All remaining errors, oversights, and infelicities are the author's own.This essay explores the relationship between language and mutual (mis)understanding in Candra Aditya’s short film Dewi pulang. The film follows Dewi, a young Javanese woman, as she travels from Jakarta to her natal home in Central Java to attend her father’s funeral. The tension between Dewi’s multiple and often conflicting obligations is marked by the use of language—from the colloquial Indonesian she speaks with her friends in Jakarta to a brief exchange with her English-speaking boss on the telephone and the various forms of Javanese employed ‘at home’. Drawing on examples in both Indonesian and Javanese, it is argued that the film’s use of language may be understood as a form of social commentary, reflecting critically on the complex and at times incongruous desires, expectations, and aversions at play in the lives of a growing number of young Indonesians.FacultyReviewe
Analisis SWOT Dalam Menentukan Strategi Pemasaran Pada Fashion Brand
The fashion business is a promising business because fashion ranks at the top of sales in the current era. Along with the development of technology, producers are increasing in creating product innovations they make. The tight competition in fashion requires manufacturers to take advantage of existing opportunities. This study aims to determine the right and competitive strategy by first identifying, through internal business factors and external environmental factors that influence the business. This is done using the SWOT Analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to identify opportunities and threats in the business environment as well as evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the internal business. The results of the research show that the strategy that can be applied is product development
Transposisi Kreatif Gerak Wayang Makidhipuh dalam Film Setan Jawa Karya Garin Nugroho
Abstract: Garin Nugroho\u27s ‘Setan Jawa’ is a performance film that carries a large narrative background to the story is the beginning of the 20th century in Java. With the accompaniment of live music by Rahayu Supanggah, the film was first released in 2016, and until 2020 a world tour is scheduled. \u27Movement\u27 becomes important in this film, which is a silent cross-disciplinary film, which combines dance and puppet shadows. The \u27Movement\u27 in the film ‘Setan Jawa’ gives a certain cultural meaning, that is Javanese culture, which arises through visual movement’ code, a creative transposition adapted from the wayang. Using a case study approach, supported by visual data analysis in the form of ‘Setan Jawa’ film documentation and referential data in the form of movement’ classifications in puppet shadows (Roger Long, 1979), this study produced findings that there were creative puppet movement transpositions made in the film ‘Setan Jawa’, i.e. Makidhipuh\u27s movement. This finding reinforces the importance of adaptation and collaboration in the performing arts in the era of visual onslaught in order to maintain local culture. Dengan iringan musik live buatan Rahayu Supanggah, film ini pertama kali dirilis tahun 2016, dan hingga tahun 2020 dijadwalkan tur keliling dunia. ‘Gerak’ menjadi penting dalam film yang merupakan film bisu silang disiplin ini, yang diantaranya memadukan seni tari dan wayang. ‘Gerak’ pada film ‘Setan Jawa’ memberikan makna kultural tertentu, yaitu kultur Jawa, termunculkan melalui kode gerak visual, sebuah transposisi kreatif diadaptasi dari gerak wayang kulit. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, didukung analisis data visual berupa dokumentasi Film ‘Setan Jawa’ dan data referensial berupa klasifikasi gerak pada wayang (Roger Long, 1979), penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa ada transposisi gerak wayang yang dilakukan secara kreatif pada film ‘Setan Jawa’, salah satunya, gerak Makidhipuh. Efektivitas Media Papan Pintar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media papan pintar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik khususnya materi sifat-sifat bangun datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-Experimental Design, dengan bentuk One- Group Pretest-Posttest Deign, karena penelitian ini tidak menggunakan kelas control. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas II ASDN Pedurungan Kidul 01 Semarang, yang berjumlah 28 Peserta didik. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pretest dan posttest. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji t (paired sample t-test) dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest 64,28, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada posttest 75,00. Artinya terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika pada peserta didik. Nilai pada uji N-Gain yaitu 0,68 menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan rata-rata sampel penelitian termasuk dalam kreteria sedang. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas media papan pintar dilakukan analisis data menggunakan uji t (paired sample t test). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilaisignifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat adanya efektivitas pada Penggunaan Media papan pintar Terhadap Hasil Belajar matematika pada Peserta Didik Kelas II A
Desain Jam Tangan Personalisasi Dengan Tema Weton Jawa Untuk Pengenalan Budaya Dan Strategi Komersialisasinya
Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan keanekaragaman budaya, sayangnya banyak kebudayaan lokal yang luntur akibat kurangnya minat pemuda untuk belajar dan mewarisinya. Menurut data BPS tahun 2010, terdapat 1.340 suku bangsa yang ada di Indonesia, dengan suku terbesar adalah Suku Jawa yang jumlahnya mencapai 41% dari total populasi masyarakat Indonesia. Di sisi lain, mulai tumbuh kesadaran untuk kembali mengangkat budaya lokal yang sebelumnya ditinggalkan melalui mode. Melihat fenomena tersebut, terdapat peluang untuk mengenalkan budaya lokal melalui produk mode yang juga menyampaikan makna dan filosofi yang dikenalkan. Dilakukan wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur untuk memahami kebutuhan user. Hasil wawancara dan data sekunder yang telah dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan prinsip design thinking. Didapatkan temuan bahwa pengguna menyukai produk personalisasi yang unik untuk mengekspresikan dan menunjukkan jati dirinya. Jam tangan dengan mengangkat budaya weton Jawa dinilai tepat menjadi media karena mendukung fenomena serta tren yang saat ini gaung di kalangan pemuda Indonesia. Filosofi desain disusun dengan basis primbon Jawa yang diselisik bersama yayasan dan budayawan lokal. Desain dibuat dengan sketsa, dilanjutkan dengan 3D modelling, manufaktur, dan perancangan model bisnis sebagai strategi penyampaian produk ke target pengguna. Hasil tes pasar pada kegiatan pameran menunjukkan respons yang positif dari masyarakat dan diketahui tanda-tanda yang disematkan dalam desain berhasil memantik keingintahuan pemuda terhadap Weton Jawa.

Indonesia is a country rich in cultural diversity. Unfortunately, many local cultures are fading due to the lack of interest of youth to learn and inherit them. According to 2010 BPS data, there are 1.340 ethnic groups in Indonesia with Javanese as the largest ethnic group, who
make up 41% of the total population of Indonesian people. On the other hand, there is a trend that brings back local culture that was previously abandoned through fashion. Seeing this phenomenon, there is an opportunity to introduce local culture through fashion that also conveys the meaning and philosophy being introduced. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted to understand user needs. The results of interviews and secondary data that have been collected are processed using design thinking principles. It was found that users like unique personalized products to express and show their value. Wristwatches with the Javanese weton concept are considered proper to be media because they support phenomena and trends that are currently resonating among Indonesian youth. The design philosophy was formed based on Javanese Primbon which was studied with experts and local cultural organization. Designs are made with sketches, followed by 3D modeling, manufacturing, and formulating business model design as a product delivery strategy to target users. The results of the market test in the exhibition showed a positive response from the public and it was known that the signs embedded in the design had succeeded in sparking the curiosity of the youth towards Weton Jaw
