Biography of Lin Wen Zhong Gong has another way to call, that is Judge Lin. The leading character is Lin Ze-Xu. This book is based on functionary experience of Lin Ze-Xu, with the captivating plots of court case, helping by highly skilled military attach\uc3\ua9s and chivalrous knights, and the history facts of Opium War. It makes Lin Ze-Xu\ue2s Confucian temperament and tragic mood more, also contrasts with author\ue2s sorrow and furiousness for the politics at the time. History, court case, martial arts\ue2\ua6\ue2\ua6etc. are essence of this book and it broadens the way of this writing style. The topic of the thesis is \ue2An Analysis of Judge Lin\ue2. The following thesis will be divided into six different chapters. The introduction is Chapter one of the thesis, which is including researching motive and purpose, literature review of predecessors, researching version by existing information, raising questions, choosing research methods and arranging chapters. In chapter Two, I discuss the study of characters of Lin Ze-Xu, also makes a deep analysis of author\u27s purpose of writing him. In chapter Three, I analyze supporting actors and actress. Meanwhile, I illustrate author\u27s purpose of writing supporting actress because the author had different manner to describe supporting actress. Moving to the Chapter Four, I mainly focus on the plots of Judge Lin, and organize cases of Lin Ze-Xu and his subordinates to understand features of cases. In Chapter Five, I represent the causes of Opium War. China and England had difference of opinions of opium. Therefore, it is easier to comprehend what the author\u27s purpose is. In the last chapter I summarize the main points of the preceding chapters and confirm particularity of Judge Lin

SISTEM KONTROL INVERTED PENDULUM PADA BALANCING MOBILE ROBOT

    No full text

Architectural heritage surveying plays a fundamental role in the preservation of historic buildings for scientific research, education and tourism. The use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Terrestrial Laser Scanning techniques are essential for architectural heritage surveying and mapping. In recent years, the combination of Building Information Modelling (BIM) with heritage studies has been presented as Historic BIM (HBIM) which, integrated with UVA and TLS, is a technique that is able to deal more efficiently with the management and protection of historic buildings. This paper focuses on the integration of UVA images and point clouds from laser scanning to build a 3D architectural model for the documentation of Chinese historic buildings. In particular, the method, tested in the case study of the traditional village, Hexinwu, China, can contribute further to the analysis, evaluation and heritage planning of this remarkable architectural structure, thus increasing its historical significance for the future. A sequential two-step priming scheme reproduces diversity in synaptic strength and short-term plasticity

Glutamatergic synapses display variable strength and diverse short-term plasticity (STP), even for a given type of connection. Using nonnegative tensor factorization and conventional state modeling, we demonstrate that a kinetic scheme consisting of two sequential and reversible steps of release–machinery assembly and a final step of synaptic vesicle (SV) fusion reproduces STP and its diversity among synapses. Analyzing transmission at the calyx of Held synapses reveals that differences in synaptic strength and STP are not primarily caused by variable fusion probability (p(fusion)) but are determined by the fraction of docked synaptic vesicles equipped with a mature release machinery. Our simulations show that traditional quantal analysis methods do not necessarily report p(fusion) of SVs with a mature release machinery but reflect both p(fusion) and the distribution between mature and immature priming states at rest. Thus, the approach holds promise for a better mechanistic dissection of the roles of presynaptic proteins in the sequence of SV docking, two-step priming, and fusion. It suggests a mechanism for activity-induced redistribution of synaptic efficacy
