Studi bibliometrik terhadap performance jurnal standardisasi periode 1999 - 2016
Jurnal ilmiah bagi kalangan peneliti merupakan sumber informasi penting karena jurnal ilmiah memuat informasi primer hasil dari penelitian atau pemikiran para ahli yang disampaikan pertama kali. Jurnal standardisasi adalah salah satunya. Penelitian ini mempelajari performance Jurnal Standardisasi. Sebanyak 298 artikel yang termuat dalam 49 nomor sejak diterbitkan pertama kali sampai tahun 2016 dipelajari. Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa jumlah artikel setiap nomor berfluktuasi antara 3 - 10 artikel. Mulai volume 13 tahun 2011 jumlah artikel konstan dengan 8 artikel. Jumlah penulis yang berkontribusi adalah sebanyak 302 nama penulis dari 49 lembaga tempat penulis tersebut bekerja. Penulis paling produktif adalah Ellia Kristiningrum dengan 14 karya tulis. Nilai kolaborasi kepenulisan adalah sebesar 0.52 yang berarti bahwa karya kolaborasi hampir sama banyaknya dengan karya tunggal. Abstract
This study examines how institutional, market, technological, regulatory, and human capital issues impact the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise Fish Processing Units (SME-FPUs), specifically in Indonesia. The study's goal is to provide an ecosystem-based model for improving the performance of SME-FPUs by combining essential institutional, market, and technology components. Thirteen multi-sectoral experts from government, business, academia, and certification organizations were consulted for the study using the Delphi technique. Strategic variables for model building were identified and prioritized using the expert's insights. Ten strategic priorities were determined by the analysis. These priorities included business licensing facilitation, raw material supply assurance, cold chain infrastructure development, managerial and technical competency capacity building, quality certification promotion, and consumer awareness campaigns. These goals were incorporated into a systemic model that places certification as the primary facilitator in a framework that is favorable to consumers, organizations, and regulations. Study adds to the theoretical conversation by presenting a comprehensive and adaptive ecosystem model that goes beyond reductionist or linear frameworks. In practice, it provides a practical blueprint for governments, development agencies, and industry players to create coherent and sustainable solutions. More study is needed to experimentally evaluate the model's applicability across various geographic settings and sectors of the blue economy
Green building standard assessment at a higher education institution
The environmental impact caused by the construction of the building is very large. A building will require great energy, electricity, water, and also produces large amounts of waste. To prevent that, a concept of development that caring the state of the environment is needed. The concept is known as the green building concept. This research was conducted to assess academic buildings at a higher education institution using green building assessment. The criteria for assessment is based on Greenship Rating System which consists of six categories such as appropriate site development, energy efficiency and conservation, water conservation, material resources and cycle, indoor air health and comfort, building and environment management. The results of this research are comparison between the green building actual and ideal conditions using gap analysis. Action plans also developed to achieve the expected green conditions according to Green Building Certification
The Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on the Performance of SNI Certified SMEs
The COVID-19 pandemic is causing unprecedented economic disruption and downturn in communities and organizations globally, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Indonesian National Standard (SNI) certified products have good quality and are competitive in trade. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the performance of SNI-certified SMEs. The research method used is descriptive quantitative involving 34 SMEs that apply SNI. The data collection method is an online interview using a structured questionnaire to SMEs implementing SNI with research variables covering four independent variables, namely financial, operational, supply chain, and reputation of SMEs. The analysis used is using quantitative analysis techniques using a Likert scale. The COVID-19 pandemic has harmed the performance of SMEs from the financial, operational, supply chain, and reputation aspects. The percentage of the impact caused is 70 with the information level being high. Financial and operational impacts have a high level of impact with a percentage of 72 and 73, while the supply chain and reputation aspects have a moderate level of impact with an impact percentage of 68 and 63, respectively. In the aspect of reputation, brand image, product quality, and competitiveness can be maintained by the implementation of SNI, so that it has the lowest percentage value. SNI certification also helps SMEs in product promotion and sales. Although the majority of SMEs stated that recertification was a priority, not a few SMEs experienced difficulties and incompetence in the SNI certification process. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc.. Formulating a comprehensive model for the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) awards: the higher education category
Purpose – This paper aims to develop an Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Award model that follows
university business operations while still considering the National Standard for Higher Education (NSHE) as
mandatory standards and SNI standards based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as
voluntary standards (SNI ISO).
Design/methodology/approach – We used the case study method to investigate the phenomenon of completing
the SNI Award questionnaire, interviewing informants and conducting remote observations on a sample of the
university that had completed the desk and remote evaluation stages.
Findings – The SNI Award questionnaire responses revealed that they satisfactorily addressed only a portion
of the SNI ISO questions. However, they typically alluded to the NSHE, internal quality assurance systems
and university accreditation in their responses to the standard inquiries. To address this, we suggest a
concept in which the SNI Award for higher education incorporates statutory and optional standards. As a
result, universities may now more readily comprehend the questionnaire and its completion correctly and
precisely using the model’s results. Additionally, we supplement the proposed model with a quality roadmap
that outlines how universities attain national and worldwide excellence through standardization.
Research limitations/implications – This study is limited to the higher education SNI award category, which
has a different set of educational standards than other educational organizations like elementary schools, junior
and senior high schools and non-educational categories.
Practical implications – The development of the SNI Award model offers leaders a pathway to enhance their
organization’s SNI Award assessment score. This involves integrating mandatory standards and relevant SNI
ISO standards, leveraging accreditation outcomes, international program accreditations and university rankings
for the result criterion and, finally, utilizing a quality roadmap aligned with SNI ISO standards to attain
organizational excellence and global competitiveness.
Originality/value – This paper’s findings bridge the existing research gap by offering empirical insights into
assessing the SNI award model within the higher education framework
