Convergence of Adaptive Algorithms for Equilibrium Problems in Hadamard Spaces
Get PDFIn this paper, we consider the equilibrium problems under the setting of Hadamard spaces. For an approximate solution of equilibrium problems, iterative adaptive two-stage proximal algorithms are proposed and studied. At each step of the algorithms, the sequential minimization of two special strongly convex functions should be done. Our self-adaptive algorithms do not calculate bifunction values at additional points and do not require knowledge of the bifunction’s Lipschitz constants. For pseudomonotone bifunctions of the Lipschitz type that are weakly upper semicontinuous in the first variable and convex and lower semicontinuous in the second variable, we prove convergence theorems about sequences generated by proposed algorithms. First, we show weak convergence of generated sequences to a solution of the equilibrium problem. Then we prove strong convergence of Halpern regularization of adaptive extraproximal algorithm. Also it is shown that proposed algorithms are applicable to variational inequalities with Lipschitz-continuous, sequentially weakly continuous and pseudo-monotone operators acting in Hilbert spaces

Get PDFThe article attempts to scientifically reflect the prerequisites and semantic causes of russian aggression, which lie in an attempt to level Ukrainian identity as the determining basis for the existence and development of the nation. The idea of destroying everything Ukrainian has been dragging on for centuries, choosing different forms and methods. One of its tools was an artificially created inferiority complex, which was embodied through Russification.
The russian-soviet empire tried for centuries to destroy the Ukrainian language, limiting the publication of books, modifying words and terms. Even during independence, there was a politicization of the language issue. The Ukrainian culture was also distorted, which the empire showed as primitive. The real history was replaced by pseudo-historical facts, which said that the Ukrainians do not have their own elite.
To restore national identity, it is necessary to revive the historical memory that forms the historical consciousness and cultural code of the nation. It is they who testify that we are one nation, with its own territory, culture.
In order to realize themselves and take their place among the peoples of the world, Ukrainians need objects of modern pride from the technological, scientific, information or economic spheres that would be progressive and characterize Ukraine as a postmodern and innovative state.У статті здійснено спробу наукової рефлексії передумов та смислових причин російської агресії, які полягають у намаганні нівелювати українську ідентичність як визначальну засаду існування й розвитку нації. Зазначено, що ідея руйнування всього українського триває століттями, обираючи ті чи інші форми та методи гібридної війни. Одним із її інструментів був штучно створений комплекс меншовартості, який утілювався через політику русифікації. Російсько-совєтська імперія намагалася знищити українську мову, багату палітру культури, підмінити й переписати історію. Щоб відновити національну ідентичність, потрібно реанімувати історичну пам’ять, яка формує й історичну свідомість, і культурний код нації. Саме вони є свідченням того, що ми одна нація, зі своєю територією, культурою та героями.
Щоб реалізуватися та посісти чільне місце серед народів світу, українцям потрібні предмети гордості сучасності з технологічної, наукової, інформаційної чи економічної сфер, які були б прогресивними й характеризували Україну як постмодернову та інноваційну державу

Get PDFПрисвячено актуальній проблемі визначення напрямів удосконалення управління інформаційно-комунікативною компонентою медичного обслуговування в умовах адміністративно-територіальної реформи на прикладі об’єднаних територіальних громад. Досліджено проблеми прогнозування суспільних протиріч та організації взаємовідносин у цих умовах у повоєнний період. Розглянуто можливі заходи для організованого протистояння кризовим явищам, спровокованих конфліктною ситуацією, шляхом упровадження сучасного інформаційно-комунікативного забезпечення як засобу регламентування економічної діяльності в державі. Запропоновано заходи з забезпечення ефективного розгляду заяв і скарг та впливу на якість медичного обслуговування ОТГ, попередження негативних наслідків. Означено практичну цінність результатів дослідження за названою темою, яка полягає у широких можливостях використання наукових розробок та пропозицій і зокрема організаційно-економічного механізму для державного регулювання національної економіки у повоєнний період та удосконалення управління соціально-трудовими відносинами і таким чином забезпечити Європейську якість та надійність його функціонування у період відновлення повоєнної сфери послуг. Викладено авторський підхід до дослідження теоретичних і практичних аспектів управління інформаційно-комунікативною компонентою закладів охорони здоров’я в умовах адміністративно-територіальної реформи на прикладі комунікаційного забезпечення функціональної діяльності медичних закладів об’єднаних територіальних громад, зробити більш скоординованим соціогуманітарний розвиток ОТГ в умовах трансформаційної економіки. Визначено відповідність теми дослідження актуальної проблеми відповідно до напрямів упровадження сучасної соціальної економіки та політики в Україні відповідно до Євроінтеграційних процесів. Досліджено, що практичне впровадження отриманих результатів полягає в широких можливостях використання розробок для підвищення якості іноформаційно-комунікативного обслуговування закладами охорони здоров’я, розвитку реклами, посилення стабільності роботи ОТГ.The paper is devoted to the important problem of determining the directions of improving the management of the information and communication component of health care in the context of administrative-territorial reform, for example, united territorial communities. The problems of forecasting social contradictions and organization of relations in these conditions in the post-war period are studied. Possible measures for organized confrontation of crisis phenomena provoked by the conflict situation, by introducing modern information and communication support as a mean of regulating economic activity in the state, are considered. Measures to ensure effective consideration of applications and complaints and the impact on the quality of UTC medical care, prevention of negative consequences are proposed. The practical value of the research results on this topic is marked. It consists in the wide possibilities of using scientific developments and proposals and in particular the organizational and economic mechanism for state regulation of the national economy in the post-war period and improving the management of social and labour relations. functioning in the period of restoration of the post-war sphere of services. The authorʼs approach to the investigation of theoretical and practical aspects of management of information and communication component of health care institutions in the administrative-territorial reform on the example of communication support of functional activities of medical institutions of united territorial communities, thus making more coordinated socio-humanitarian development of UTC economy is presented. The correspondence of the research topic to the current problem in accordance with the directions of implementation of the modern social economy and policy in Ukraine in accordance with the European integration processes is determined. It is investigated that the practical implementation of the obtained results consists in wide possibilities of using the developments to improve the quality of information and communication services by health care institutions, the development of advertising and strengthening the stability of UTC
