Autobiographical Markers in Halyna Pahutiak’s Mythopoetics
No full textThe purpose of this research is to identify autobiographical markers in H. Pahutiak’s mythopoetics on image and motif levels and characterize the specific character of mythologizing her spiritual-biographical experience. The paper looks at the peculiarities of literary interpretation of the actual events, toposes and persons related to the writer’s neomyth. The author’s essays are used for finding out mythogenic sources of her fiction and discovering the autobiographically marked material, interpreted in the literary prose. The paper analyzes the assimilation of the narrator and the author images characteristic of many H. Pahutiak’s works, which results in the similarity of some philosophical stories to essays on the genre level. It describes the interaction of autobiographical and mythical components in the semantics of the recurring images in the writer’s neomyth: the stone, the river, the road, the black bird, The Girl with yellow hair. The article focuses on the autobiographical marker in the correlation of the female characters with the mythologem of the setting sun. It reveals the interaction of the spiritual-autobiographical and philosophical-mythological intertexts in the “small novel” “The joyous desert”. The paper traces connections of the mythosemantics of the name Lada with the facts of H. Pahutiak’s biography and the motif of the lost harmony, which is considered one of the major motifs in the writer’s neomythological prose. The paper focuses on the strategies of cosmization, mystification and personification of the “private topography” in the writer’s fiction as well as in her essays. It looks at the peculiarities of the readers’ reception of the hypermythologized image of Urizh. The article considers the contamination of autobiographical and mythological elements to be a characteristic feature of H. Pahutiak’s idiostyle. The prospects of further research in this direction lie in defining the role of the autobiographical intertext in H. Pahutiak’s neomyth, in studying the strategies of myhologizing the author’s spiritual experience in her new works
The rear region in wartime Ukraine – language policy and the language situation in Transcarpathia
Get PDFThe article highlights the peculiarities of the linguistic and political situation in Zakarpattia as a rear border region of Ukraine during the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Attention is drawn to the fact of acute challenges and, at the same time, new opportunities
for the country as a whole and for each of its regions in particular, especially for the state
language policy and institutions involved in its implementation. Examples of successful
implementation of projects in the field of language policy are given, including the adoption
of regional programs for the establishment and development of the Ukrainian language as
the state language and other initiatives. The author emphasizes the change in the language
situation in the region due to the active emigration of local residents of Transcarpathia,
in particular from among the representatives of national minorities, while the population
is replenished by internal migrants. The main reasons for this situation are, on the one
hand, the low level of socio-economic development of the region in the pre-war period,
and on the other hand, the security factor associated with the war in Ukraine. It is noted
that the language issue in the region continues to be used for manipulative purposes.
This is evidenced by the monitoring of all-Ukrainian and regional media content during the
war and the analysis of language biographies concluded with representatives of national
minorities in Zakarpattia during 2021–2023 as part of the international research project
“Debates on Linguistic Diversity - Managing Minority Languages in Post-Soviet Ukraine”.
Important conditions for the return of Ukrainian citizens after the war are the
adoption of a law on multiple citizenship in Ukraine, as well as the creation of conditions in
the region for the proper mastery of Ukrainian as the state language and the coordination of
efforts by government officials and NGOs to study the current needs of ethnic communities
and develop a work plan for the implementation of the necessary programs and activities

Get PDFThe article considers one of the indicators of the effectiveness of information management, namely the quality of information. The definition of quality is a complex concept that reflects the effectiveness of all aspects of the organization. The main characteristics of this concept are defined, the scheme of interrelations of hierarchical levels of characteristics of this indicator is allocated. It was proposed to consider the following categories as the characteristics of the second level for assessing the quality of information: information security, information environmental friendliness, information relevance, information reliability and management value of information. The methodological basis of the study is qualimetric modeling. This method is a powerful tool for quality analysis, as it allows you to compare characteristics at different levels and determine their impact on the overall indicator. This approach helps to identify information weaknesses, allowing you to focus on improving and improving them. Despite the fact that this approach is based on expert assessments, the development of evaluation tools from qualimetric positions will allow to quantify the quality of work of any management object. The result of the study is the assessment of the quality of information of Alfa-Stal LLC using qualimetric modeling. The 5 of the main business processes that take place at the enterprise were identified, namely: planning of goods movement, resource business process, warehouse process and product accounting, accounting and management of the enterprise, the process of marketing products and the process of service logistics. Then experts were identified to assess thequality of information of each business process in the enterprise and based on the estimates obtained, a comprehensive integrated indicator was calculated for each business process. Assessment of the quality of information showed that the lowest quality of the information that accompanies the processes of accounting and management of the enterprise. Practical recommendations for improving the quality of information in the enterprise are provided, namely, the organization of control over the flow of information from departments to the accounting department and the management of the enterprise.У статті розглянуто один із показників ефективності управління інформацією, а саме якість інформації. Виділено складність та неоднозначність показника. Визначено основні характеристики цього поняття, виділено схему взаємозв’язків ієрархічних рівнів характеристик цього показника. Методичною основою дослідження є кваліметричне моделювання. Цей метод є потужним інструментом для аналізу якості, оскільки він дозволяє зіставити характеристики на різних рівнях і визначити їх вплив на загальний показник. Цей підхід допомагає виявити «слабі місця» інформаційного потоку, що дозволяє зосередитись на їх удосконаленні та покращенні. Результатом дослідження є оцінка якості інформації ТОВ «Альфа-Сталь» за допомогою кваліметричного моделювання. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення якості інформації на підприємстві

The process of the historical development of artificial intelligence in the world is considered and the implementation of artificial intelligence as an element of management in the activity of the enterprise is analyzed. Scientific novelty. Despite the fact that significant progress has been made in understanding the algorithm itself and the features of using artificial intelligence, many questions regarding its historical development in the management process still remain undefined.Practical importance. One of the most relevant innovations recently is artificial intelligence. From its inception to today, it hascome a long way, evolving from theoretical concepts to real world-changing applications. Artificial intelligence is one of the most powerful technologies of today, which has the potential to change the management of enterprises at all levels. From automating routine tasks to making strategic decisions, it offers numerous opportunities to improve business efficiency and competitiveness. A separate study is required to determine the essence and historical development of such a control element as artificial intelligence. Thanks to today's technology, most businesses around the world are improving their productivity, increasing the efficiency of their business processes, and automating much of their production. For greater visibility and expansion of the conducted analysis, the origin, formation and main stages of the development of artificial intelligence, the founders of this field, their contribution to the future of artificial intelligence, as well as some achievements and the level of development of artificial intelligence to date were considered. Attention is focused on the application of artificial intelligence in various economic and social spheres. The implementation of artificial intelligence in enterprise management has the potential to significantly improve its operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase competitiveness. Artificial intelligence offers numerous opportunities for automation, data analysis and informed decision-making.Основною метою дослідження є висвітлення і пояснення ключових аспектів розвитку штучного інтелекту, його історії, сучасного стану, досягнень та визначення потенційних напрямків його розвитку як елемента управління підприємством. Для досягнення поставленої мети нами були застосовані такі методи, як порівняння, аналогія, групування, конкретизація, аналіз та синтез, табличний метод. Інформаційною базою дослідження є наукові напрацювання вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців і фахівців. Розглянуто процес історичного розвитку штучного інтелекту в світі та проаналізовано впровадження штучного інтелекту як елемента управління у діяльність підприємства. Окремого дослідження потребують визначення сутності та історичного розвитку такого елемента управління як штучний інтелект. Get PDFThe purpose of the study is to investigate the theoretical foundations of the formation and management of enterprise assets under conditions of economic uncertainty, to identify the main factors influencing the effectiveness of this process, and to substantiate directions for improving the asset management system to ensure the stable development of the enterprise. In the course of the research, theoretical methods were used to analyze scientific literature, regulatory documents, and the conceptual basis of asset management. Qualitative methods were applied to gain a deeper understanding of the processes and phenomena accompanying the management of enterprise assets, with particular attention to the identification of risks, uncertainty factors, and their impact on the efficiency of asset utilization. The methodological approach integrates analytical, comparative, and systemic analysis, which allows for the assessment of the interrelations between the structure of assets, their liquidity, and profitability under dynamic market conditions. The study establishes that the assets of an enterprise constitute a key economic resource determining its capacity to operate effectively, maintain competitiveness, and generate profit. The value of assets depends on their composition, level of utilization, and efficiency, which is reflected in the enterprise’s financial statements. Effective management of assets ensures optimal capital allocation, supports innovation and investment activity, and strengthens the financial stability of the enterprise in the face of uncertainty and market volatility. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to enhance the efficiency of enterprise asset management amid fluctuating market conditions and economic uncertainty. The developed recommendations can be used to optimize asset structure, improve monitoring and evaluation systems, and create adaptive mechanisms of management that contribute to sustainable enterprise development and long-term value growth.Мета полягає у дослідженні теоретичних засад до формування та управління активами підприємства в умовах економічної невизначеності, визначенні основних факторів, що впливають на ефективність цього процесу, а також в обґрунтуванні напрямів вдосконалення системи управління активами для забезпечення стабільного розвитку підприємства. У процесі дослідження були використані теоретичні методи для аналізу літератури, нормативних документів та визначення теоретичних засад управління активами підприємства; якісні методи, які допомагають глибше зрозуміти процеси та явища, що супроводжують управління активами підприємства. Визначено, що активи підприємства становлять ключовий економічний ресурс, який визначає його спроможність ефективно здійснювати діяльність і отримувати прибуток. Їх вартість залежить від структури, рівня використання та результативності, що знаходить відображення у балансі підприємства. Практична значимість дослідження полягає у можливості використання отриманих результатів для підвищення ефективності управління активами підприємства в умовах мінливої ринкової кон’юнктури та економічної невизначеності

IDEOLOGICAL INFLUENCE OF THE SOVIET AUTHORITY ON WOMEN IN THE WESTERN REGIONS OF THE USSR

Abstract
The article highlights the features of ideological influence on women in the western regions of the Ukrainian SSR in the first postwar years. It was established that ideological work among women had its own structure, a number of activities and employees of the «ideological front». The quantitative and qualitative composition of agitators was found out, which was often characterized by low level of education, lack of professional experience, elementary culture of behavior. Political distrust of the locals prompted the authorities to enlist the support of immigrant women, mostly from the eastern regions of the Ukrainian SSR and the USSR.
The main forms and methods of ideological work are characterized, among which it is necessary to single out verbal means of influence – conversations, seminars, lectures. In addition, women were involved in meetings and gatherings of various levels, were participants in clubs and conferences. Means of visual propaganda became widespread.
It is investigated that women's worldview was formed under the influence of generally accepted social roles, ways of thinking and patterns of behavior. This practice was to form a myth about the advantages of the Soviet way of life, to impose the image of a «new Soviet woman».

ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Get PDFThe aim of the study is to systematize and deepen the theoretical basis of the concept of "investment attractiveness" of an enterprise, as well as to identify its key characteristics based on an analysis of existing definitions in the scientific literature. Understanding this concept is crucial for forming enterprise strategies for capital attraction, which ensures financing for development and the implementation of investment projects. The study analyzed various approaches to defining investment attractiveness at the country, industry, region, and enterprise levels, which allowed for the identification of the main factors influencing this process. The research methodology involved applying the dialectical method to analyze economic phenomena and processes in their interconnection and development. Additionally, synthesis and comparison methods were used to identify common features and differences in the interpretation of the concept of "investment attractiveness." This approach not only clarified the essence of this concept but also allowed it to be examined in the context of the modern economic environment. The results of the study confirmed that investment attractiveness can be assessed at various levels: for a country, industry, region, and also for an individual enterprise. An enterprise, in this system, is the final point where investments are directed and where specific projects are implemented that can influence the further development and financial stability of the organization. The practical significance of the study lies in its contribution to a better understanding of the theoretical aspects of investment attractiveness, which, in turn, can serve as a basis for making effective managerial decisions regarding the financing and development of enterprises. The findings provide investors with the necessary information to make informed investment decisions, thereby improving the efficiency of capital attraction and reducing investment risks.Мета дослідження полягає у систематизації та поглибленні теоретичної бази поняття «інвестиційна привабливість» підприємства, у виділенні його характерних рис на основі аналізу наявних визначень у науковій літературі. У дослідженні використано діалектичний метод дослідження економічних явищ і процесів у їх взаємозв’язку та розвитку, методи синтезу та порівняння. Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to develop guidelines for the modernization of enterprises in Ukraine’s housing and communal services sector, based on the principles of sustainable development, taking into account the current state, development prospects, and the need to enhance their energy efficiency.Methodology. The study employs statistical and graphical analysis methods to evaluate the dynamics of housing and communal services enterprises’ development, along with comparative analysis, generalization, and a systems approach, to identify trends, challenges, and prospects for their modernization within the framework of sustainable development.Results. The article examines the current state and main development trends of enterprises in Ukraine’s housing and communal services sector under the conditions of economic transformation and increasing environmental challenges. The key problems of the sector are analyzed, including infrastructure deterioration, insufficient investment, low energy efficiency, and the need for the implementation of innovative technologies. The current state of enterprises in the housing and communal sector has been analyzed. It was found that Ukrainian households spend a significantly larger share of their income on housing and communal services compared to European countries, which limits opportunities for further development of this sector. It has been proven that enterprises in the housing and communal services sector require modernization based on the principles of sustainable development, which involves the formation of an integrated management system that combines economic, environmental, and social factors.Practical significance. The identified possibilities for applying the concept of sustainable development as a fundamental basis for modernizing the housing and communal services sector – with an emphasis on energy-saving measures and the development of energy management –can contribute to improving the quality of housing and communal services, enhancing environmental safety,and ensuring the economic stability of sector enterprises.Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні напрямів модернізації підприємств житлово-комунального сектору України на засадах сталого розвитку з урахуванням сучасного стану, перспектив розвитку та підвищення їх енергоефективності. У дослідженні використано методи статистичного та графічного аналізу для оцінювання динаміки розвитку підприємств житлово-комунального сектору, а також порівняльний аналіз, метод узагальнення та системний підхід для визначення тенденцій, проблем і перспектив їх модернізації на засадах сталого розвитку. У статті досліджено сучасний стан та основні тенденції розвитку підприємств житлово-комунального сектору України в умовах трансформаційних процесів економіки та зростаючих екологічних викликів. Проаналізовано ключові проблеми галузі, серед яких – зношеність інфраструктури, недостатній рівень інвестицій, низька енергоефективність та потреба у впровадженні інноваційних технологій. Здійснено аналіз поточного стану підприємств житлово-комунального сектору. Виявлено, що витрати населення України на оплату послуг підприємств житлово-комунального сектору складають набагато більшу частину доходу, порівнюючи з європейським країнами, що обмежує можливості для подальшого розвитку цієї сфери. Практична значимість дослідження: реалізація визначених можливостей застосування концепції сталого розвитку як базової основи для модернізації житлово-комунального господарства, з акцентом на заходи енергозбереження та розвитку енергоменеджменту у цьому секторі, може сприяти підвищенню якості надання житлово-комунальних послуг, екологічній безпеці та економічній стабільності підприємств сектору
Determination of the term “Government official” in the Context of the United Nations Convention against Corruption

Автобіографічний роман Галини Тарасюк у діалозі з філософією екзистенції
Get PDFThe paper considers novels “Between Hell and Paradise” and “Sister of My Solitude” by Halyna Tarasiuk with a focus on their autobiographical character and in the light of the philosophical ideas of existentialism. The emphasis is made on the fact that the content of the novels is human being in all its manifestations – historical, existential, religious, metaphysical. Existential discourse is closely intertwined here with the concept of ‘blocking’ the artist in society. Features of the writer’s philosophical reflections are traced in connection with the social and political events at the turn of the 20th – 21st centuries and existential guidelines of the modern literature. It has been indicated that the existential direction of the novels by H. Tarasiuk finds itself in inner need of the author to design pages of her own biography for the manifestations of the national existence.
The research focuses on the historiosophical and culturosophical foundations of the artistic consciousness of the writer. It is noted that the concepts of choice, authenticity of being, loneliness, suicide, absurdity, boundary situation, love, transcendence, suffering and death are presented as central in the philosophical discourse of her novels. It is established that the whole complex of philosophical problems is solved by the writer in the oppositions ‘artist/ruler’, ‘talent/botcher’, ‘person/crowd’, etc. As a result of the research, it is proved that an in-depth understanding of the text is possible under condition of both reading it in the context of existence of the writer herself and taking into account the concepts of the Christian philosophy of existence. Such an approach provides for identification of the author’s conceptual views on the Ukrainian realities at the turn of the 20th – 21st centuries.Стаття присвячена аналізу романів Галини Тарасюк “Між пеклом і раєм”, “Сестра моєї самотності” з погляду проблеми автобіографічності та крізь призму ідей філософії екзистенціалізму. Зроблена спроба довести, що поглиблене розуміння тексту твору можливе за умови його прочитання як у контексті екзистенції самої письменниці, так і в контексті понять християнської філософії екзистенції.
