RIC-HSCT for MF/SS
Advanced-stage mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome (MF/SS) have a poor prognosis. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), particularly using a reduced-intensity conditioning (RIC) regimen, is a promising treatment for advanced-stage MF/SS. We performed RIC-HSCT in nine patients with advanced MF/SS. With a median follow-up period of 954days after HSCT, the estimated 3-year overall survival was 85.7% (95% confidence interval, 33.4-97.9%) with no non-relapse mortality. Five patients relapsed after RIC-HSCT; however, in four patients whose relapse was detected only from the skin, persistent complete response was achieved in one patient, and the disease was manageable in other three patients by the tapering of immunosuppressants and donor lymphocyte infusion, suggesting that graft-versus-lymphoma effect and "down-staging" effect from advanced stage to early stage by HSCT improve the prognosis of advanced-stage MF/SS. These results suggest that RIC-HSCT is an effective treatment for advanced MF/SS
THE SPATIAL DIFFERENTIATION AND SEASONAL RHYTHMS OF THE TOURISM LANDSCAPE IN KON KA KINH NATIONAL PARK
Cảnh quan là tiếp cận phù hợp để nghiên cứu về phát triển du lịch tại khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên. Mặc dù vậy, chủ đề nghiên cứu này liên quan đến nhiều ngành, lĩnh vực nên đến nay việc làm nổi bật tính đặc thù cảnh quan du lịch còn nhiều hạn chế. Để đóng góp một phần vào khoảng trống lí luận, bài viết bắt đầu từ nghiên cứu nội dung căn bản, nhưng quan trọng hàng đầu của cảnh quan là thuộc tính phân hoá. Dữ liệu được sử dụng từ các bản đồ hợp phần tự nhiên của cảnh quan, đặc biệt là dữ liệu khí hậu, địa hình và sinh vật. Phương pháp chính được sử dụng bao gồm phân tích tổng hợp tài liệu, khảo sát thực địa, chồng lớp bản đồ và thống kê. Trên cơ sở đó bài báo đã: (1) thành lập được bản đồ cảnh quan theo định hướng du lịch; (2) phân tích được sự phân hoá không gian; và (3) sự phân hoá thời gian (qua nhịp điệu mùa) tại vườn quốc gia Kon Ka Kinh. Cách thức xây dựng bản đồ cảnh quan du lịch và cách nghiên cứu nhịp điệu mùa tại khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên có thể được vận dụng cho các nghiên cứu khác.Landscape is a suitable approach for studying tourism development in protected areas. However, due to its interdisciplinary nature, the landscape approach has yet to highlight the distinctiveness of tourism landscapes. To address this gap, this article begins with a fundamental content analysis, emphasizing landscape differentiation as its primary concern. Data is sourced from comprehensive landscape maps, particularly climate, topography, and biodiversity data. Methodologies include document synthesis, field surveys, map overlays, and statistical analysis. Based on this foundation, the article accomplishes the following: (1) develops a tourism-oriented landscape map; (2) analyzes spatial differentiation; and (3) analyzes temporal differentiation (through seasonal rhythms) in Kon Ka Kinh National Park. The methodologies for creating tourism landscape maps and studying seasonal rhythms in natural conservation areas can be applied to other research contexts

That's 'é' not 'þ' '?' or '☐': a user-driven context-aware approach to erroneous metadata in digital libraries
In this paper we present a novel system for user-driven integration of name variants when interacting with web-based information systems. The growth and diversity of online information means that many users experience disambiguation and collocation errors in their information searching. We approach these issues via a client-side JavaScript browser extension that can reorganise web content and also integrate remote data sources. The system is illustrated through three worked examples using existing digital libraries
