L’approccio storico-interpretativo adottato consente di comprendere come il progetto politico di Kim Il Sung abbia plasmato l’identità della Corea del Nord contemporanea.The thesis reconstructs the historical and ideological formation of North Korea through the figure of Kim Il Sung, founder and first leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. By examining the Japanese occupation, the national liberation struggle, and the creation of the socialist state, the study highlights the leader’s key role in shaping a political system based on self-reliance (Juche ideology), the cult of personality, and the fusion of party, army, and state. Low Voltage Operating InGaZnO[sub 4] Thin Film Transistors with Sputter-Deposited PMMA/High-k BST Stacked Gate Dielectric Layers
No full textThis study reports the enhanced electrical properties of InGaZnO4 thin film transistors (TFTs) with sputter-deposited poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) stacked gate dielectrics. A noticeable reduction in the leakage current density (similar to 10(-8) A/cm(2) at 0.3 MV) was achieved by coating a PMMA overlayer. The InGaZnO4 TFTs utilizing the PMMA (30 nm)/BST (270 nm) stacked gate dielectrics exhibited a high on/off current ratio of 2.6 X 10(6), a high field effect mobility of 10.2 cm(2)/V center dot s, and a low threshold voltage of 1.1 V. Using stacked gate dielectric layers, we realized the low voltage operating InGaZnO4 TFTs on a poly(ethylene terephthalate) substrate. (C) 2010 The Electrochemical Society. No full text학위논문(박사)--아주대학교 일반대학원 :의학과,2009. 8본 연구의 목적은 췌십이지장절제술후에 잔여췌장의 문합방법에 따른 수술적 결과와 잔여췌장의 형태학적 결과 및 기능적인 결과를 비교 분석하여, 가장 안전하고 추천할 수 있는 문합방법을 알아 보고, 아직까지 우리나라에서는 잘 알려져 있지 않은 췌위장문합술의 안정성을 알리는 것이다. 2001년 1월부터 2006년 12월까지, 147건의 췌십이지장절제술이 아주대 병원에서 시행되었다. 수술의 적응증으로 췌담도계 및 십이지장의 악성종양환자가 124명이었으며, 췌담도계 양성질환 환자가 19명이었다. 수술방법으로 췌공장문합술과 췌위장 문합술을 받은 두 환자군을 비교 분석 하였으며, 각 그룹을 점막대점막법과 함입법을 구분하여 비교 분석하였다. 잔여췌장의 문합방법으로 췌위장문합술을 43명(점막대점막법 30명과 함입법 13명)에서 시행하였고, 췌공장문합술은 100명(점막대점막법 33명과 함입법 67명)에서 시행하였다. 췌장누공은 췌위장 문합술에서 7%로 췌공장-문합술의13%보다 적게 나타났으나 통계학적으로는 차이가 없었으나 (P>0.05), 문합하는 장기에 상관없이 점막대점막법과 함입법 간의 췌장누공의 발생에는 통계학적으로 차이가 있었다(3.2% vs 17.5%, P<0.05). 그러나, 췌위장문합술과 췌공장문합술간의 추적관찰기간은 통계학적인 차이가 없었으며, 잔여췌장의 췌관의 변화, 췌장실질의 변화, 지방변의 유무, 그리고 새로이 발생한 당뇨 발생에 있어서도 통계학적인 차이가 없었다. 함입법을 시행한 군에서, 췌관의 직경이 증가하고 췌장실질의 두께가 점점 감소하였다. 문합하는 장기에 상관없이 점막대점막법이 함입법보다 췌장누공발생이 낮았고 췌관의 보존이 잘되며, 췌장위축이 적음을 알 수 있었다. 또, 점막대점막법 췌위장문합술이 함입법 췌위장문합술보다 췌장누공발생이 낮았지만, 췌공장 문합술의 비교에서는 췌장누공발생이 통계학적인 차이가 없었다. 따라서, 췌십이지장절제술후 점막대점막법 췌위장문합술이 수술 후 합병증이나 단기적인 추적관찰 시에 더 안전하고 잔여 췌관의 보존성이 좋기 때문에, 비교적 예후가 불량한 암환자에서는 추천 할 만한 수술방법 중에 하나라고 할 수 있겠다. 하지만, 이는 암환자에서 단기적인 결과에 국한된 결과로, 양성질환 또는 장기생존 암환자에서의 수술 후 결과에 대해서는 향후 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.국문요약 i

주의는 노동계급의 혁명사상 발전의 가장 높은 단계를 이루는 완성된 혁명사상이고, 주체시대·선군시대의 유일하게 올바른 지도사상이라고 한다. 그러므로 온 사회의 김일성-김정일주의화가 시대적 요구라고 하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 김일성-김정일주의의 의미와 특성을 체계적으로 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 김일성-김정일주의를 북한 사회에 정착시키려는 의도에서 이념적 도구로 활용하고 있는 김정일애국주의도 규명해야 한다. 김일성-김정일주의를 분석하기 위하여 주체사상이나 선군사상에 대한 역사적·객관적인 그리고 현실에 대한 이해에서부터 시작해야 한다. 주체사상과 선군사상의 선험적 분석에 바탕을 둔 새로운 통치이념에 대한 접근이 필요하다. 그리고 이를 김정일애국주의와 어떻게 연결시키고 있는가에 대한 분석도 해야 한다. 김일성-김정일주의는 백두혈통을 이어받은 김정은에 대한 충성심과 김정일 따라 배우기를 강조하고 있다. 모든 인민들이 김정일의 애국심을 본받아 강성국가로의 발전에 헌신해야 한다는 것이다. 김일성과 김정일의 업적과 사상을 연결시켜, 이것을 지도사상 이라는 기치로 내세우면서 인민들의 통합성과 동원을 극대화하려 하고 있다.
With the official assumption into the office, Kim Jong Eun designated Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism as the governing ideology of North Korea. On April 11, 2012, the revised Party article announced that the North Korea Workers Party takes great Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism as a guidance for the development and behavior of the party. It is said that
the doctrine is the perfect revolution ideology that realizes the highest level of evolution of revolution ideology of the working class and the only righteous guiding thought during the Juche and Military-First era. Accordingly, the whole societys Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilization for epochal requirement is narrated. The purpose of this study is to systematically explore the implications and characteristics of Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism. For this, it will analyze Kim Jong Il patriotism as an ideological implement for the establishment of Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism. The historical, objective, and realistic comprehension of the Juche and Military-First ideologies is prerequisite for the analysis of the doctrine. Namely, an approach to the new governing ideology based on the empirical analysis of the former ideologies is necessary. Additionally, it requires an analysis on how Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism is connected to
Kim Jong Ils patriotism. The new governing doctrine gives an emphasis on the loyalty to Kim Jong Eun from the Baekdu lineage and on learning after Kim Jong Il. No full textThe authors report on the dielectric and leakage current properties of room temperature grown MgO-Ba(0.6)Sr(0.4)TiO(3) (MgO-BST) composite thin films to be utilized InGaZnO(4) thin films transistors (TFTs) fabricated on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate. The InGaZnO(4) TFTs with MgO-BST gate dielectrics exhibited low operation voltage of 4 V, high on/off current ratio of 4.13x10(6), and high field effect mobility of 10.86 cm(2)/V s. These results verify that a room temperature grown MgO-BST gate dielectric is a good candidate for producing high performance InGaZnO(4) TFTs on plastic substrates.
