Benchmarks for the ordered flow shop scheduling problem
Data includes three sets of benchmark instances for the Ordered Flow Shop Scheduling problem. The benchmarks are entitled as T, S and L, including 120, 240 and 240 instances. Each instance file (in .txt format) contains the processing times of jobs (n) on machines (m) as an (m * n) matrix. Assessment of food heritage to improve virtuous cycles
The purpose of this paper is to contribute the advancement of knowledge on food heritage and indigenous entrepreneurship in a non-Western country, specifically in the Persian gardens as the touristic destination for increasing the tourism and food businesses in Iran.
The methodological approach adopted is based on qualitative and quantitative approaches to compare two representative gardens named as Bagh-Chehel-Sotoun and Bagh-Fin, as famous examples of a Persian garden in Iran. The methods supported the research to explain the lack of strategies for improving virtuous cycles in Persian gardens despite their potentials as the main places to attract many tourists.
Regarding local food and the quality of servicing, most of the visitors and tourists (85–90%) had interest to test local and traditional foods around both gardens, but they had no sufficient awareness of Iranian traditional foods. According to the tourists’ interests, the authors concluded the lack of servicing and facilities to present and introduce local and traditional food for tourists.
Despite the limitation of local food services and lack of awareness of tourists about local foods, the implication of the study offers possible avenues to promote local food business.
The results could be useful for cultural heritage and tourism organizations and for investors in the economic sector due to more exploitation of the tourism industry.

Overview of liquid biopsy
New studies are mainly focused on the new, minimally invasive biomarkers presenting in body fluids as the real-time representative of tumors, entitled “liquid biopsy.” Liquid biopsy contains tumor-derived cells, nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), and tumor vesicles that represent the tumor characteristics. Tumor-derived cells and cells’ contents are subject to complete molecular analysis-mostly unbroken circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cell-free circulating tumor DNA (cfDNA or ctDNA). Liquid biopsy analysis means the counting and characterization of CTCs, ctDNA/ctRNA, and exosomes to reach the main genetic information of the tumor. Advanced molecular techniques, like next-generation sequencing, droplet digital PCR, cell search, and microfluidic systems, make a comprehensive case for liquid biopsy analyses in a broad range of settings. Initially, the liquid biopsy data was just for the cancer diagnosis, preferably including screenings, but now it is considered for the prediction of response or resistance to the specific medication strategy and personalized medicine. Importantly, the detection of mutations is enabled, which has a high critical impact on making the best therapeutic decisions. The optimized practical setting of liquid biopsy in cancer has not been realized yet, but constant research is focused on establishing innovative liquid biopsy in oncology. EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK SELF TALK DALAM MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN PENYELESAIAN SKRIPSI PADA MAHASISWA ANGKATAN 2020 (Studi Mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah Dan Komunikasi Uin Suska Riau)

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan konseling dengan menggunakan teknik self talk dalam menurunkan kecemasan penyelesain skripsi pada mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Islam angkatan 2020. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan penggunaan analisis kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 10 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yakni kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Konseling dengan menggunakan teknik self talk ini diterapkan pada kelompok eksperimen dalam 6 sesi pertemuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemberian angket pretest dan posttest kepada kedua kelompok. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest dan pengolahan data dibantu menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.00 for windows. Setelah data diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan hasil asymp sig.(2-tailed) yakni 0,005 yang artinya < 0,05 maka hasilnya adalah Ha diterima, Ho ditolak dengan persentase penurunan kecemasan penyelesain skripsi sebesar 59%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini terdapat efektivitas teknik self talk dalam menurunkan kecemasan penyelesaian skripsi pada mahasiswa angkatan 2020 (Studi Mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah Dan Komunikasi Uin Suska Riau).

Implementation of the local density approximation in the 3D Fermi-Hubbard model
<p>Here I present code to carry out the local density approximation (LDA) assuming spherical symmetry in the 3D Fermi-Hubbard model realized in an optical lattice experiment with ultracold atoms.</p>
<p>The LDA is used to calculate profiles of the thermodynamic quantities, using as a seed the results from numerical calculations of the homogeneous 3D Fermi-Hubbard model.</p>

Passive arching in rubberized sand backfills
The deformation and stress profiles of passive arching in a coarse sand and two rubberized sand backfills were investigated using a trapdoor apparatus. The trapdoor apparatus was instrumented with high-speed imaging equipment and a series of pressure sensors. The images of the deformation process in the backfills were analysed using the digital image correlation technique. The effect of a local surcharge on the deformation and stress profiles was also examined. It was observed that the rubber inclusions helped reduce the deformation of the backfills.
