The Values Of Islamic Education In The Biography Of Utsman Bin Affan Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu By Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi Translation Of Umarul Faruq Abu Bakar
ABSTRACT
Utsman was one of the companions of the Propet Muhammad Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam who has guaranteed to enter heaven, the third Khulafa'u Rasyidin, and the son-in-law of Rasulullah Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam. His forehead was never tarnished to worship idols and never did heinous deeds even though he had not converted to Islam at that time. His greatest achievement while leading was collecting the Qur’an into one mushaf to unite Muslim. Utsman became an important part of the early history of the emergence of Islam since he made two sentences creed.
The biographical book of Utsman bin Affan by Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi discussed the personality of Utsman bin Affan radhiyallahu 'anhu and the time of his caliphate. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the values of Islamic education contained in the biography of Utsman bin Affan radhiyallahu 'anhu by Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi. The author uses the method of documentation as a method of data collection and content analysis as data analysis.
The results of this study can be concluded that there are three values of Islamic education in the biography of Utsman bin Affan radhiyallahu ‘anhu by Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi, namely: 1) The value of aqidah education, related to when Utsman converted to Islam and his sermon when he was designated to become a caliph. 2) The value of shari’ah education is divided into mahdlah worship and ghaira mahdlah worship (muamalah). Mahdlah worship is related to when Utsman moved to Habasyah, and muamalah is related when Utsman traded, married, collected the Qur’an into one mushaf, and formed a deliberation assembly. 3) The value of moral education which includes morals towards Allah, morals towards fellow humans, and moral towards nature. Moral towards Allah is related to when Utsman remembered and put his trust in Allah even though the deathwas before him. Moral towards human is Utsman's generous nature, helping each other in virtue and piety, avoiding quarrels and enmity, and fulfilling his mandate as a caliph. Meanwhile, example of morals towards nature include keeping nature clean and healthy, and preserving the environment

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Kepemilikan Tanah yang Belum Bersertifikat Menurut UUPA No. 5 Tahun 1960
Land is a necessary component of human life, and one of the purposes of land is that which is governed by Agrarian Law. A landowner must have proof of ownership. Certificates are proof of ownership of land rights and actions associated with first-time land registration that result in the production of proofs of rights in the form of certificates. Uncertified land is unregistered customary land with the State Land Agency Office. Uncertified land is prone to conflict or disagreements with third parties. Thus, this thesis addresses 3 (three) issues: the first concerns the nature of legal protection available to uncertified land owners, the second concerns the nature of legal protection available to certified land owners, and the third concerns the role of and government responsibility for uncertified land ownership.
The author conducted normative research for this thesis by evaluating and analyzing secondary data in the form of primary and secondary legal sources. All of these data were gathered and examined normatively utilizing the literature study technique.
A certificate provides legal protection for the owner of the land or land under control. Holders of land rights who have not been certified in relation to the registration of rights under Government Ordinance No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration may utilize evidence of ownership prior to the UUPA's inception as stipulated in Article 24 paragraph (1) of Government Ordinance No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration. Uncertified land is protected by law in two ways: preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection. The government's primary worry has been the lengthy procedure of issuing land certificates. To address these issues, the government established a National Priority Program called Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) under the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency.

Smart Sag Detection and Reactive Current Injection Control for a PV Microgrid under Voltage Faults
Low-power photovoltaic distributed generators are increasing rapidly in number by the grids of the modern era, but they also bring up the concern of grid stability. To maintain grid stability, it is essential for the network operators to update the grid codes at regular intervals due to the case of highly penetrated grid-connected photovoltaic systems (GCPVs). Integration of large-scale electrical grids with renewable energy sources, one being photovoltaic systems, faces the challenge of riding through low-voltage (LVRT) phases. As compared to the previous grid codes for power generation, recent advances require distributed generation resources to provide for such capabilities under grid faults. This work contributes to the ongoing investigation of this specified and destabilizing fault condition. Various simulations of a PV microgrid system are carried out with the ability to ride through low-voltage faults, with the help of a DC-chopper circuit to absorb DC-link over-voltage, and the current is also maintained within acceptable limits according to the required standards. The fundamental contribution of this research is a proposed neural network (NN) control framework. This framework effectively detects voltage sags, comprehends their characteristics, and provides support to the system by injecting reactive current in accordance with the demands imposed by designated grid codes. This NN control model has been systematically developed utilizing data gathered from a vast array of testing simulations conducted under different and dynamic conditions. The proposed strategy, on the other hand, is compared with the RMS fault detection method in combination with the conventional LVRT algorithm. The NN control approach showed better results as compared to the conventional methods in terms of accuracy and robustness, especially when confronted with difficult sag situations
Deep Symbolic Regression-Based MPPT Control for a Standalone DC Microgrid System
Enhancing the performance of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods is essential for optimizing the operation of solar systems under any weather condition. This improvement is crucial because MPPT methods serve as the controllers for power converters, directly influencing the ability to maintain a steady and efficient energy output from solar installations. Therefore, we propose a deep symbolic regression (DSR)-based MPPT method in standalone direct current microgrids, which is particularly useful under drastically shifted meteorological conditions. This study aimed to improve the significant performance parameters of the MPPT approach, such as the rate of convergence during transient periods, tracking accuracy, steady-state stability, and overshoot/undershoot reduction, creating more reliable and efficient solar microgrid systems. To evaluate the proposed method, performance comparisons were made with those of existing advanced algorithms, namely particle swarm optimization-, artificial neural network-, and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system-based MPPT methods. The comparative results demonstrate a significant improvement with the proposed method. Moreover, the simple mathematical expression obtained by the DSR process minimizes the computational complexity of the control
Effects of Mulligan Mobilization and Transverse Friction Massage on Pain, Ranges and Functional Activities in Patients With Rotator Cuff Syndrome: A Randomized Clinical Trial
Objectives: Rotator cuff syndrome (RCS) is a common upper extremity musculoskeletal condition in the working population, often leading to prolonged work absences. This study assesses and contrasts the impacts of Mulligan mobilization (MWM) and transverse friction massage in individuals with RCS.
Methods: A randomized clinical trial was conducted at Northwest General Hospital and Research Centre in Peshawar from January to June 2023. The trial involved 42 participants in the age range of 30 and 70 years who had grade I/II rotator cuff tear and pain. These participants were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was administered MWM, while group B received transverse friction massage in addition to standard care. Both groups received a six-week treatment and were evaluated at the beginning, third and sixth weeks using the visual analogue scale to measure pain, goniometry to assess shoulder range, and the disabilities of the arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) questionnaire to evaluate physical function.
Results: The between-group comparison showed a significant difference in VAS, shoulder ranges, and DASH scores in both groups in the third and sixth weeks (P<0.05). The pairwise comparisons within group A indicated a significant difference in VAS, shoulder ranges and DASH scores at baseline, the third week and the sixth week with P<0.05. Similarly, pairwise comparisons within group B showed a significant difference in VAS, shoulder ranges and DASH scores at the baseline, third week, and sixth week, with a value of P<0.05.
Discussion: The study concluded that MWM with movement and transverse friction massage can improve pain intensity, shoulder ranges, and physical function in people with grade (I) or grade (II) RSC
