Hellison’s Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility Model through Physical and Sport Activity
No full textHellison's Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model, based on physical and sport activities (within or outside educational institutions) is a model that helps children and young people build their personality and gain some life skills both inside and outside the gym. This paper describes the model of teaching personal and social responsibility, the objectives, the five levels, some learning strategies for the program by levels, provides some program applications that have been erected in different environments and cultures. Finally, suggests some recommendations, including the implementation of personal and social responsibility program during physical and sports activities in the local environment.Le modèle d'enseignement de la responsabilité personnelle et sociale d'Hellison, basé sur les activités physiques et sportives (au sein ou en dehors des établissements d'enseignement) est un modèle qui aide les enfants et les jeunes à construire leur personnalité et à acquérir des compétences de vie à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du gymnase. Cet article décrit le modèle d'enseignement de la responsabilité personnelle et sociale, les objectifs, les cinq niveaux, certaines stratégies d'apprentissage pour le programme par niveaux, fournit quelques applications de programme qui ont été érigées dans différents environnements et cultures. Level of State Anxiety among Youth Football Players According Different Playing Positions
No full textThe aim of the study was to examine and describe the level of state anxiety among football players according different playing positions. The research group consisted 61 male youth football players (goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and (forwards) attackers) of age ranged from 16 to 19, from Fanzeres Academy -city of Porto Portugal-The subjects were randomly selected and were categorized by their playing positions. The Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2) was used to collect data, sport-specific state anxiety scale, the CSAI-2 was developed to Portuguese version. Descriptive statistics, kruskal-wallis Test and spearman’s correlation analysis were used to calculate data. The results showed that there was above moderate level of state anxiety among youth football players and no significant difference in state anxiety among youth football players according playing positions. It is essential that coaches and sport psychologists develop strategies to identify the state anxiety of youth football players in order to enhance their performance
SELF-EFFICACY SCALE VALIDATION AMONG FOOTBALL PLAYERS (ALGERIA)
No full textThe purpose of this study was to adapt the Algerian football players of general self-efficacy scale (GSES) developed by Schwarzer & Jerusalem (1995) which were adapted into more than thirty-three languages. The study conducted on a total of 216 male football players, ranging in age from 15-18 years. After translating the scale according to the local language, it was presented to specialists in psychology and sports psychology to formulate it to suit the applied category. the principal components analysis with varimax rotation was used for the construct validity.The results indicated that there are two-factor structure, the two factors together explained 54.5 % of the total variance. The reliability scales were found by Alpha Cronbach coefficient (0.79). These results confirmed that the self-efficacy scale among football players valid and reliable. It is necessary to conduct future studies in the local culture and on different sports and ages
The relationship between the social responsibility and the job performance among physical education professors
Get PDFBackground and Study Aim. The study aimed to know the level of social responsibility and job performance among the physical education professors and examine the relationship between the social responsibility and the job performance.
Material and Methods. The participants were 29 physical educations professors (male) from Institute of Physical Education and Sport University of Ouargla. The social responsibility and the job performance scales were used as search tools. Data analyses were carried out by means of statistical packet for social sciences (SPSS) 26.00 software program. The Mean, Std. Deviation and Pearson Correlation were used in the main study. In addition, alpha-Cronbach was used in the exploratory study
Results. The level of social responsibility and job performance is high among physical education professors, and there is a positive correlation between social responsibility and job performance.
Conclusions. Given the importance of the role of social responsibility and job performance and the lack of enough studies in this specialization, it is necessary to conduct more additional studies that would serve knowledge in this specialization

Get PDFThe Object of the study aims to identify the relationship between self-efficacy, sports achievement motivation, and level of aspiration in emerging football players U-17, for this purpose, we used the relational descriptive method. On a sample composed of 500 male football players U-17. Chosen as Intentionally, and for data collection, we used three scales (self-efficacy scale, sports achievement motivation scale, and the level of aspiration scale). After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude that the level of self-efficacy, the level of sports achievement motivation, and the level of aspiration were high and that there was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and sports achievement motivation, as well as self-efficacy and level of aspiration, likewise, self-efficacy could be predicted according to sports achievement motivation and level of aspiration. On this basis, the study recommended the development of training programs to enhance the self-efficacy of emerging football players has become more than necessary

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
